Snooker's Biggest Loser

This is the podcast for "Snooker's Biggest Loser", a weightloss contest between Triple Crown winner "The Magician" Shaun Murphy and sports MC Phil Seymour. From 1st January 2021 until the eve of the Betfred Snooker World Championships in mid-April it's a real battle of the bulge! Both have weighed in on New Year's Day morning, Shaun tipping the scales at 18 stone 5.5 pounds, and Phil weighing in at 18 stone 11 pounds. Whoever can lose the most weight by April 16th win, with the loser having a forfeit yet to be decided. Throughout the challenge we'll be raising money for two fantastic charities, Kitchen for Everyone, who provide hot meals and more for the homeless and less fortunate in York (Phil's home city and the home of the UK Championship), and Jessie May, WST's chosen charity who provide respite at home care for terminally ill children and their families.
