In this episode, I connect with a dear sister Kin, who helps women tap into their feminine flow in our chaotic, modern world. Kin left corporate 8 years ago to begin her dharma journey quest. For the last 5 years, Kin has been living in Bali and had the pleasure of teaching on retreats, guiding women from all over the world back into their power and presence. A heartfelt conversation, to remind you to slow down to speed up, all we need to do is get clear on our intentions, take aligned action, and make space for trustful surrender so life, the universe, dharma can work its magic. We speak about developing the connection to our intuition and our inner Guru, through combining the ancient wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Tantra as holistic healing tools, that progress us on our spiritual path.
As the nervous system feels more regulated, we become more confident in trusting our own guidance, allowing for our masculine and feminine energies to come into balance, this allows for us to be in a joyful state a feminine flow.

I had the pleasure of interviewing Tanya Boigenzahn, a seeker and guide on the journey towards the fulfillment of purpose, joy, and liberation.
Chatting about all topics that we love, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, building reverence, shakti, and proficiency in our daily sadhana's. Tanya shares the meaning of Sadhana, which is a daily spiritual practice, done consistently, to help you grow into your best self. As we become proficient in our practice, we build energy, enthusiasm, self-discipline, discernment, and cultivate deep faith in life's auspicious unfolding events, there's a trustful surrender that is created through dedicated practice. A beautiful episode for seekers on the path who wish to give yourself permission to reinvent yourself, start again, and use the power of yoga as guidance on that Dharmic Journey. In this episode Julia guides me through a past life regression session, where she taps into the wisdom of the Akashic records, to help me heal and overcome a core wound around the fear of rejection. I love exploring different healing modalities, and I feel a big part of my life mission is to share my experiences with you, in the hope to guide you to the right people, practices that support you on your dharma journey. This was the first time during a healing session I felt totally safe to fully surrender to the experience, without needing to control, question, or understand what is happening. In this episode I interviewed Jeff, he shares his healing journey overcoming an autoimmune disease that caused severe chronic pain that nearly ended his life.
We speak about how suppressing certain emotions causes dis-ease in the body such as shame, fear, guilt, anger.
Jeff's work now is to help you uncover unconscious rage, tied to perfection that keeps you from experiencing JOY.
A lot of us myself included have not felt safe to express these emotions, this episode is giving you permission to express all of yourself. Knowing that this is the full human experience to ride the waves of each and every emotion.

I wanted to share with you my personal Vedic astrology reading, even though you feel quite vulnerable allowing others to listen to my chart, I do hope it inspires you to get a reading, it may just be the permission you need to follow what your heart already knows.
Maxiji shares about my reverent transition, what is next and on the horizon for me, the reading shares in depth guidance about my next steps, such as travels to India, on the hunt for sacred knowledge, to keep sharing the wisdom with more people far and wide.
I feel the reading was the permission I needed to continue accepting the grace, the abundance that is currently presenting itself to me, to continue to trust in the work I am doing, even when it can be challenging, and not an easy path to take.
After the reading I felt in deeper alignment to my purpose, to being on the right path, to making uncomfortable life decisions the last few months to walk solo, and have faith in life's bigger plan.
I hope you find this episode insightful, feel free to reach out and connect with Maxiji if you wish to get a reading yourself!

We talk about personal blocks affecting our intimacy and connections, we get into self-pleasure toys and answer the questions if we should use them or not, and we speak about the connection between the yoni and the throat.

This episode is a solo one, dedicated to Jord, whom we have decided to split ways and go on our own individual journeys. This episode is a reflection of that journey, and even though it's still pretty fresh, honouring the love, growth, and transformation that I received from a beautiful 3 year relationship.
I share from my heart the delicate transition that comes from break-up, one that is liberating, scary, and profoundly healing.
Life keeps teaching me to have a deep trust and faith in my heart, that life is always happening for us.
Love is teaching me everyday, deepening my viewpoint on what love truly is.
Love is a state of consciousness, and through the practices of meditation, cultivating a deeper love for myself, allows you to choose what's right over what is easy.
Letting go of attachment I have held, to a future, too security, too being afraid to be on my own, as the time is now to give everything I seek in a relationship to myself.
Meditation is one pillar of support I lean on, that brings my mind back to a heart-centered space, even when life is challenging and always changing, there is stillness and presence even amongst the external chaos.
When there's self-love, Inner peace can always be found.
Meditation is a process of non-attachment, it allows us to examine our minds, behavio's, addictions, and ways in which we like to hold on to tendencies, relationships, that keep us stuck in repetitive, unhelpful, eventually painful cycles of self-sabotage.
Allowing ourselves to fall apart gracefully, it is the sweetness of meditation and spiritual practice, is an effortless but slow process of awakening to your most authentic Self.
Meditation has allowed me to understand and love myself more fully, it has taught me love is unconditional and everything that is not love is just attachment, fear is attachment, when the love you have for yourself grows there’s no room for anything that is not love.
So the lesson I am taking is fear holds on love lets go.
Thanks for tuning in and listening, it means a lot.
May you Happy, May you be well, May you be Free.

This week's episode is with Natalie, a student, practitioner and teacher of the Himalayan Tradition. A practitioner for twenty years and a teacher for eight, Natalie is devoted to life long study and allows her teaching to develop and evolve as her own practice does.
Natalie shares her definition of dharma, and life lessons, it was through her own journey of deep surrender, letting herself fall apart, that brought forth the sorrow, darkness and depression needed, to no longer seek externally for love, approval, and validation.
As Natalie loosened her control, fear, and tension in practice, it changed her life, this led to a beauitful unveiling of her heart through the practices she loves to embody and now teach.
Natalie is co-founder of Sakti Rising, co-host of 'The Sun, the Moon, and the Truth' podcast, and founder of Imagine Fest and the Bohemian Ball. In this episode Natalie shares her experience of tantra and yoga, rooted in a tradition which honours the Divine Mother in her expressions of beauty and joy, Natalie's offerings endeavor to guide the practitioner back to their own essence.

In this episode I connect with a dear friend, Lilly is a food guru, and has had over 10 years cooking all over the world in incredible places, merging her love for food, gut health, Ayurveda, to help others feel inspired to be mindful of what they are putting in their body and how that affects the mind-body connection.
This episode helps you understand how to listen to the body's signals, to experience optimal health. Lilly takes on a journey to love learning about food, where it comes from and how it nourishes us from the inside out.
So many women I know and have worked with, myself included, have experienced a love, hate relationship to food. The more we can see food as energy, life force, the more we nourish ourselves, we feel good we can do good.
You are not just what you eat, you are what you digest, all disease begins in the gut from an ayurvedic perspective. Mindful eating and living is key to fully thriving in life.

In this episode I connect with Jamies, a Akashic Records and spiritual channel she guides you to reprogram your mind and there for life.
We discuss how the akashic records can help you overcome fear and limiting beliefs holding you back from your level.
Jamie and I had a session together before doing the episode, and in this episode I share the insights I got from our session, which gave me the permission I needed to believe in changing directions in my business, and starting a new online group coaching program in January focusing on guiding women to step courageously into their power, move beyond fear into discovering and sharing their gifts with the world, using spiritual practice (meditation) Ayurveda as the primary resources for this healing transformation.
This episode is an invitation to find the resources, tools, to explore different modalities that resonate with you, my session with Jamie ignited something in me, and I hope for you too.

This weeks episode with my dear friend Keli, shares her journey from living in Brazil, at a early age being diagnosed with depression, she knew her environment needed to change, so she made her way to New Zealand to begin her Dharma Journey, which led her to yoga, Bali, and now pursuing her path of Teaching Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga.
This episode Keli shares her lessons with surrender, restoring faith in her spiritual practices, and connecting deeper to her truth, when in the past she looked externally for the validation and answers, when the external sources seemed to make her loose faith, she got curious to understand why she was giving her power away, and realized that there is not just one to path, there are many.
This is a heart to heart conversation on being human, and understanding the suffering we experience can come from not knowing what our individual path is. Keli shares how we can restore faith in the teachings, and receive the lessons that guide us back to our own truth, our own path, and on that journey we can loosen the resistance, allowing us to see the contraction as a mirror for where in our life we are not yet free.

Brad has been teaching the ancient sister sciences of Tantra, Ayurveda and Yoga for many years, this path led him out of addiction into his own healing path and dharmic journey, where he discovered the teachings that lighted him up and allowed him to share them with others in need.

This week I had @Kelleymbode, an international intimacy coach based in Bali. She works with women, helping them create loving relationships + deep intimacy.
We talk about how women can reclaim their pleasure, sexual intimacy is a pathway to deep transformation and healing, whether it be with ourselves or a lover, prioritising our pleasure should be a non negotiable, but many of us, have lost connection to our feminine essence, which is our pathway to creating more spaciousness, creativity, and intimacy in our lives.
This episode is for you, if you wish to understand yourself and your relationship to Self, as it is the relationship that we have to ourselves that will consciously or unconsciously determine our relationship to our intimate partners.

This week on the podcast I got to connect with Dylan, an Ayurvedic Practitioner and holistic health educator who founded the Vital Veda clinic in Sydney and works very closely with the Raju family, an internationally renowned family of Ayurvedic doctors.
This episode we learn the importance of having a daily dinacharya, a routine, practices or rituals, that set us up for success.
Dylan shares about circadian rhythm and one of the most crucial pillars of Ayurveda is sleep, through the wisdom of Ayurvedic principles, learn how to work with the natural laws of nature, and align your mind and bodies biorhythm to live in greater harmony, experience a deeper rest, waking up energised, clear and connected. Once implemented you will really be embodying the Ayurvedic wisdom.
These practices are preventive, the more you practice them regularly the less likely you will experience occurring health issues. Which is what makes Ayurveda so profound in its methodology, it is the science of life, to live fully you need to understand what makes you in and out of balance.
One of Dylan’s focuses is to uncover the root cause of ailments, he talks about the incredible Ayurvedic therapeutic treatments he offers in his clinic, which aids in the body's detoxification and rejuvenation process, through carefully designed medicated oils, herbal treatments and massage, the body begins to heal itself, with the right guidance and effective treatment.
I highly recommend checking out his up-coming online Self-Pulse training collaborating with the Raju family if you wish to enliven your understanding of your own mind and body and become self-empowered.
Thank you, beautiful humans!

What does it feel like to be fully liberated? In this week's solo episode I share about my personal healing path, in hope to bring some humanness to healing and to remember to not take our lives so seriously sometimes. I discuss how I have been personally navigating, the work life balance, my intimate relationships, sharing some of the tools that have been incredibly powerful and supportive of this sometimes lonely, and uncomfortable path. They say ignorance is bliss, it truly is, yet there comes a time in your life where being ignorant to certain unhelpful patterns of self-sabotage prevents you from your new level of connection, abundance, and wholeness. I hope this slightly vulnerable and intricate topic is looked at with an open mind, I hope that you gain insight into certain beliefs, patterns, that are maybe keeping you ignorant. I had the pleasure to connect this week With Indu, she is a student for lifetime of Tantra, Yoga, and Ayurveda, her teachings are deeply rooted in the philosophy “ Nothing has the greatest power to heal but self”
Indu has been practicing as Ayurveda and a Yoga therapist, sharing yogic philosophy since 1999, inspiring and empowering her students to awaken to their inner guru.
Indu shares her grace, wisdom and the power of deep rest as a practice we call yoga nidra is actually a state of consciousness we can awaken to through a lifetime journey of consistent contemplation, devotion and deep listening.
The mind has layers like a tiramisu, a dreaming state, a deep sleep state, a awake state we can call it (ignorance) as we can be awake but still unaware, through the preparatory practices of asana, mudra, pranayama, meditation, mantra, savasana, when begin to pause and digest relaxation through listening to our bodies needs, when the time is ready it will be a effortless transition as you move towards an enlightened state of yoga nidra, a practice for self-healing, deep relaxation, awakened clarity, and discernment.
An insightful overview through the layers of consciousness, a yoga nidra is not just a practice, a state of beingness, that allows us to surrender and let go of who we are not, so we can touch the sacredness of who and what we truly are.
Indu has an upcoming 5 day Yoga Nidra Training in October, as well as many books and free resources on her website, please connect with her for more information.

This Week's short and powerful episode is with Delphine, she has so much courage, after being diagnosed with thyroid cancer, with a young daughter solo parenting, whilst working as a Osteopath she chose to walk a different path of healing.
Her big wake up call was hearing the question when she got diagnosed: Do you want to live?
Delphine knew that if she created it herself she could heal herself too.
The determination and strength she had to take radical ownership of her own healing path is highly motivating, to choose a path less conventional, she managed to heal herself all through natural alternative therapies.
Even though she was super fit and had a healthy lifestyle, she started to see signs of imbalance due to stress and anxiety which turned later into depression and fatigue, she believes it was due to poor boundaries, and a lot of repressed anger from childhood that was a big factor in creating the disease.
This episode we speak about the mind-body connection, how childhood trauma can hugely affect our mental and emotional well-being, which if not dealt with in adulthood most likely can manifest into di-ease in the body.
Delphine shares the healing modalities that helped her to heal the cancer and shrink the tumor hugely through diet, detoxing the body, meditation, and energy work.
Unfortunately today, 1 in 2 women and 1 in 3 men in the US will develop cancer within their lifetime.
We hope this episode inspires you to know you do have the power to heal yourself, our intention is to educate and empower, sharing other forms of alternative therapies out there, so you can find the one that resonates the most with you.

This week's episode I got to speak to a wonderful Ayurvedic Teacher Mary Thompson, who has been teaching Ayurveda for over 20 years. She has a wealth of knowledge and has taught me so much about women's health, the importance of digestion, fertility and living in alignment.
We speak about Ayurveda’s perspective around women's health, hormonal balancing and especially fertility, pregnancy, digestion, the mind-body connection, the dosha’s and how to understand when they are out of balance.
You will learn about how to optimize your fertility health journey through bringing the doshas into balance, and the key to improve your fertility health is Ayurvedic cleansing, something that I love teaching and guiding women through on my 4-week one on one Digest Your Life program.
We hope you love this episode and it gives you the guidance and inspired action to learn and integrate Ayurveda as a part of your daily lifestyle.
Mary Thompson has been an experienced educator and a heart-centered mentor to Ayurvedic practitioners. Having taught Ayurveda for over twenty years, she found joy in supporting her students as they stepped into their professional lives as Ayurvedic Health Counselors and Ayurvedic Practitioners.
As a teacher at the California College of Ayurveda for many years, she introduced Ayurvedic principles to adults who wanted to become practitioners. She left teaching there in 2018 to develop her own business supporting and mentoring practitioners. Never far from the classroom, she began collaborating with a number of schools and programs, preparing curriculum and teaching both on site and online.
Now retired, she enjoys finding ways to continue to support students and practitioners through podcasts, workshops and online continuing education.

A mini epsiode, sharing the life lessons that I had to digest, sharing the four pillars in my new Four week program.
In my four-week digest your life program we get to look at the 4-pillars above that helped myself and others, create a heart-centred way of living.
Living from this state of wholeness, life becomes a reflection of your internal state, through establishing a calm, and connected peace of mind, this allows the digestion to heal, the anxiety to stop, and your ability to tune into your body is fully switched on.
There comes a time, when you know… if you keep doing the same thing you will keep getting the same results and continue to repeat the familiar, and sometimes painful cycles, these signs or symptoms will become louder and louder to awaken the change within you.
As you move from this state of not digesting life, to fully taking your power back and digesting your life on a whole new level, you cultivate the internal joy, trust, and confidence in your body's innate excellent healing abilities.
This process is exactly what I guide you through in my 4-week one on one holistic health coaching program, through these exact four pillars I have used to regularly guide myself and other women through this journey.
If this sounds like something you are needing guidance, and radical self-love support with then I can help you.

Over the moon to release our 50th episode, on our 1st year anniversary, on the Dharma Journey podcast.
I wanted to say a big thank you to all the guests I have connected with, thank you to all the listeners who helped us grow organically the past year. From the bottom of my heart, we love and appreciate you so much.
I had the opportunity two interview incredible men in my life that have enriched my world view and continue to evoke profound change and growth in the people they work with.
This delicious episode is a three way chat sharing the individual life lessons we have all had to digest, to allow more spaciousness in our lives for the authentic self to arise.
A conversation around moving from fear to a new state of consciousness, being present and open to Dharma, is to show up and serve in this moment, a returning home to the authentic self, is where we begin to experience a state of effortless peace.
Micheal weaves in his life's lessons, through the lense of Vedanta meditation which has inspired his hunger for self-knowledge, a path that can lead to total self-realization, love, acceptance, and the approval we desire, which externally we can only access temporary but through meditative practice, it becomes a permanent state where we can access wholeness and peace from within, sustainably.
Jord shares the health obstacles that led him to becoming nobody, through the adequate suffering he went through, its from his darkest moments that helped him realize his greatest gifts, this shaped a new conscious way of living for himself, understanding and protizing his values, is what has allowed him to create a successful coaching business from a place of wholeness and integrity.

This week's epsiode I connect with Chrissie, she's spent the last five years traveling around the world teaching on different YTTS in India, studios in the Uk from the practice in Bali, retreats in South Africa and Europe.
We discuss the polarity that practice brings, the yearning for consciousness, the heartfelt joy of experiencing the womb of silence, even though we often self-sabotage when we are about to enter this state, due to the internal discomfort that our practice will invoke in us, asking us to expand and move through our limitations.
There are many paths but they all lead to one destination. In this conversation we explore how deepening our relationship to rest, silence, nature, and practice helps you to live in alignment with Dharma, through self-inquiry, overcoming resistance and the internal obstacles that prevent us from trusting our intuition, expressing the truth and wholeness of who we really are.
It is in the moment we experience contrast, we know to move forward; a part of us has to die, to help us live from wholeness, joy, as we create a life reflective of our heart's deepest desires.

This week I got the opportunity to connect with James, a beautiful open-hearted man who inspired me through his own Dharma journey. He is a film producer, psychologist and entrepreneur, but deep down a guy who wanted to explore the question -
Who am I?
A simple question that many of us on the “spiritual seeking path” explore, or begin to ask ourselves throughout different times of our lives.
James and I speak about the journey we have to go on to find the answers.
The film he produced called Chasing the present, allowed James to embark on a world wide journey, to explore the root cause of the modern societal epidemic of stress, anxiety, panic and emotional suffering.
In a world which is constantly demanding our attention, when we create an intention to show up fully in the presence of the moment, this is how we move beyond anxiety beyond thought. Freedom is possible.
James shares many great insights on mental health, but one that resonated most, is that many mental health imbalances are a sign that we are disconnected from our true-self.
He explores all different alternative routes from mindfulness practices, yoga, and meditation in India with Gurus, to flying to Peru to work with Shamans and plant-based medicine, as well as working with modern psychologists, he got to explored all of his edges, to find out how we can truly connect back to ourselves and nature.
James runs a plant-based cafe called @Alchemybali alongside a meditation centre both situated in Bali, that I highly recommend checking out, if you enjoyed this episode go check out the movie chasing the present, it includes one of my most favourite spiritual teachers @russelbrand sharing truth on mental health.

This week’s episode I am chatting to Nidhi Pandya, a 3rd Generation Ayurvedic Practitioner, we chat about all things Ayurveda, understanding and improving digestion, the 6-stage of disease, OJAS, our life force energy, and why women are becoming less fertile.
Nidhi grew up with a grandfather who was an Ayurvedic healer, she learnt Ayurveda as a second language, when she moved from India to New York she had no idea it would become so popular and desperately needed in the West as an alternative holistic medicine.
Nidhi also shares some ancient Yogic wisdom on the Bhagavad Gita texts.
Nidhi has an amazing course you can do if you wish to learn to become your own Ayurvedic healer.

This is episode is for you if you have yet to take the leap into the unknown, and want a little bit of inspired action to do so, Cris shares so many beauitful honest truths about himself before his perfect storm hit, which catapulted him to pack his bags, and go on his Dharma Journey, after experiencing a big grief the loss of his mother, he knew he needed to create more joy, truth and peace in his life, through doing what he loves to do.

This week's episode I invited Kartika, an incredible hypnotherapist and teacher, who runs workshops, and facilitates hypnotherapy training. She has created a holistic healing sanctuary here in Bali called Maja Healing.
Kartika has a background in Psychology, a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, Kartika has worked hundreds of hours of experience, she specialises in holistic healing hypnosis bringing together various teachings, processes and modalities to guide individuals on their healing journey.
This episode dives deeper into what hypnotherapy is and how it works on changing your subconscious, as these thoughts shape your everyday belief system, habits and current reality.
Learn to identify if you're stuck in a cycle of negative habitual thoughts that are causing self-doubt, shame, guilt, if they are not expressed fully overtime can and will lead into self-sabotage behaviours, unprocessed emotions, fear, guilt, anger can and will develop later into addiction or disease in the body.
Learn how hypnotherapy is a healing tool for the mind, through creating a safe container for you to release any trapped emotions, stories, or traumas.
This healing modality is a powerful tool for transforming your sub-cons conscious belief system to your new desired future self, so you can easily begin to self-regulate, which creates an empowered state that promotes resilience, self-agency, which creates a greater level of autonomy.

Tantra is a systematic process, we use this framework to increase efficiency and effectiveness in our lives, our yoga practice is the experiment so we can continue to develop an understanding of ourselves, on and off the mat, cultivate clear discernment in our lives, invite patience and stability, from that space we can express who we are and use our purpose/ dharma as a vehicle of that expression, which promotes a free-flowing state of more easeful transitions in life.

In this episode, I interviewed Sandey, a previous studio owner, who facilitates yoga 200hr and 300hr teacher trainings in New Zealand.
Sandey shares her personal story of awakening through the practices of yoga, she continued to find her joy through teaching others how to remember their light, overcome stories of limitations, the belief of I am not good enough, is one Sandey helps her students navigate.
Sandy truly embodies the traditional teachings that allow you to find your own worth, light, through studying and practising ancient teachings that can and will liberate us from our suffering.
A Beautiful episode to remind us why we practice yoga, in the moments of darkness we can use our practice to connect back to the universal love, in which we are made from, it's within you, me and everyone.
Sometimes we just need to find the right teachers, practices, to guide us back on the right path when we have lost connection to it.

In this episode I Invited Nikki on who specialised in Tantric Hatha Yoga, she weaves in her love for Ayurveda and Reiki, as a holistic wellness guide.
A reassuring episode for any ladies out there who also struggle with self-worth, boundaries, not trusting your intuition or using your voice, how to step up and create big shifts internally and externally.
Such an open-hearted, down to earth conversation that so many women will resonate with Nikki's realness, I saw myself in a lot of what Nikki had to share and I am sure you will too.
Nikki shares her journey and lessons through moving back to LA after working at the practice living in Bali, going from Island life back to LA where her life hugely shifted, and she had to really put into practice what she learnt.
She has been recently been touring with Oprah and Tony Robbins, and Julianne Hough as a part of a wellness platform called KINRGY, on stage in front of thousands of people, a huge contrast after months before showing up to teach a yoga class to just a few students or empty mats.
She shares her struggle and the humbling experiences that allowed her to ask herself bigger life questions about how this just was made clear, this is what she is here to do, to trust in self, to trust her worth, and keep showing up, regardless of the outcome.

We co-hosted this week’s episode, with my partner in crime facilitating a topic close to our heart’s. It was such an honour to have not one, but two inspiring guests thank you Awakened with Ally and Jord for joining us.
Ally shares her experience through healing her nervous system after a traumatic car crash, as well as navigating other childhood experiences, she slowly had to build herself back to a regulated nervous system, and shares how she did that, Ally is now guiding others on their journey towards liberation.
Many of us do not understand that a lot of common symptoms people struggle with like addiction, anxiety, depression, and eating habits come from some form of trauma.
Trauma is not what happens to you, trauma is what happens inside you as a result of what happens to you. -- Said by Dr. Gabor Mate
In this episode, we discuss the roots of trauma, what it is, how it affects our health, our lives, and how to begin the journey of self-regulation, which is feeling safe in our bodies and being able to attune accordingly to our emotional, mental and physical needs.
Healing the nervous system allows you to reconnect to your body, whilst expanding your capacity for connection and the expression of your authentic self in this world.
Trauma, especially developmental, can teach us many painful lessons, but for many, myself included, it has allowed us to consciously choose a life fuelled by connection, presence, purpose, as we step into our power and reclaim back our sovereignty.
If any of you resonate with this episode connect with Ally, she has a powerful healing container called The reconnection mentorship, to help you discover yourself from the inside out.

A short and sweet powerful guided meditation by Bryre, to awaken Kali's fierce transformative energy, this guided meditation is from Sally Kempton's book Awakening Shakti.
Invoke Kali for:
Such a blessing to host Yamuno on the dharma journey, from a Monk living in New York, to embarking on the pilgrimage journey into the heart of India on a quest for humility, truth and liberation.
I have no doubt his teachings will open your hearts as much as mine as he will spark the curiosity to self-reflect, to potentially explore the Ancient teachings and scriptures of the Vedas. The tradition that always keeps on serving to those who are ready to become the students.
This podcast is called the dharma journey. As we speak with guests who share their life lessons, dharma isn't just a job, it is to really know oneself, as Yamunoa quotes, the source of man's problems is the inability to sit in a quiet room.
The closer we get to ourselves, the more uncomfortable it becomes, as we get to sit still and listen and digest the lessons that are always presented to us, through life, for us to evolve.
The lessons that inspire us to overcome our sense of lack, to get clear on who we are, so we can serve from a place of wholeness, live an enriching life, fulfilling all of our desires, whilst contributing to making the world a better place.
Thank you for sharing your embodied wisdom entering into the heart, is where we truly get to meet ourselves..

Chanting the Mantra OM is a widely used practice in the Tantric Hatha Yoga lineage, to open the throat space and express yourself authentically.
You know you are low on Udana if you are feeling heavy and bogged down like gravity is too strong in you! Also if you are feeling restricted in your expression and your voice is shaky, or you are feeling unmotivated or void of inspiration it might be a good time to increase your Udana.
Udana is also the energy that moves spiritual energy, in the form of "Kundalini", up the spine.
In this week’s episode, we have Nikki on, we speak about why many people struggle with addiction, disordered eating and the comparison trap, and how to overcome the inner critic with greater levels of self-compassion.
Nikki has over 11 years of experience within the wellness industry, Nikki works specifically with women around issues of low self-worth, anxiety, addiction, and disordered eating.
She has spent time in an addiction clinic and shares with us why so many people resort to addiction in times of chronic stress.
This episode and approach to her work appraise the multi-dimensional approach to healing, Nikki and I both share the same outlook that ‘health’ is not merely about the internal workings of the body - but rather a fusion of balancing the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual self.

In this week's episode I Interview @thehonestbloke, he's on a mission to normalize men's vulnerability and healing journeys.
With a lot of men in power, we often see how the unconscious masculine energy has created so much division, war, and suffering throughout history which is still present.
This episode sheds light that there are many woke men out there, who are dedicated to doing the inner work necessary to create a new paradigm shift.
James is questioning the status quo, as he speaks up publically, why so many men especially now are struggling with their mental health. This is something close to his heart after losing his best friend to suicide.
Research from the World Health Organization (WHO), there were an estimated 793,000 suicide deaths worldwide. Most were men.
In the episode, he shares his struggles with mental health, how it led him to such a dark place, and how he overcame his mental health breakdown, which has been a catalyst that inspired him to embody a new conscious way of living. After recently quitting his 9-5 job to pursue his path of dharma, he is now guiding men through their own healing journey so they do not have to suffer in silence. This episode is motivating to anyone who is also ready to turn pain into their purpose.
An episode that helps us grow greater compassion for one another, as many of us listening will hopefully feel the reminder to check in with their loved ones, and become that safe nurturing container in which men can openly express their truth without feeling ashamed, guilty or weak.

This week I interviewed Rachel an Abundance and Business Coach, who's on a mission to help spiritual entrepreneurs rise into their next level of abudance.
In this episode, we discussed expanding our money mindset, especially for those of you who are in the wellness, coaching, healing and entrepreurial space.
We discuss how the feelings of scarcity will never go away, we just need to learn how to integrate them, learn from them and begin to cultivate greater levels of abundance - which is an inside job.
Rachel teaches us why you may not be receiving the experiences, opportunity's, clients and abundance you deserve, as well as how you can start to embodying abundance in your body, so you can fully express that into your life, through embodiment practices, that Rachel will be teaching us in her workshop this Saturday 11th, there are still spots left if you would like to join us!

This week I interviewed Alex on how to become more intentional with our sexual energy.
Alex is a men's sex coach he helps men to overcome performance anxiety and erectile dysfunction, so they feel confident as lovers and can connect deeper with women inside and out of the bedroom.
Sex education is often a discussion that is almost never explored during our teens, and we get the majority of our insights from how to do sex from porn, tv, films and other unnatural ways that do not express the real intimate connection that can be explored through a safe sexual container.
In this episode, we discuss how women can better understand men's worries around sexual performance, this will be able to heighten our pleasure through being open and vulnerable to our partners about our likes, dislikes and even fantasies.
This episode is helping to educate people around sex, so it feels less of a taboo topic, as we get more comfortable with our bodies, our partners and overcome our own conditioning around sex, we can really begin to explore our own pleasure potential, which is often hugely underestimated.
Get excited exploring the serious power of your incredible sexual energy, done with intention!

n this episode, Jord Cuiper and I discuss what it takes to live and lead from a place of authenticity and wholeness.
This episode shares the fundamental principles of working towards mastery, this begins with embodying your values, due to a lack of role models in our society and growing up with junk values, we choose profit over people, performance over happiness.
This is why there is a huge disconnect and a massive ongoing rise in mental and physical health issues.
As human's, we are still tribal and wired for true authentic connection but due to being in an environment that doesn't support this desire for freedom, mindfulness and connection IE one year of (ISOLATION) this madness, gradually begins to become the new NORM, and brings more separation and further dis-connection!
As we discuss the importance of gaining new perspectives and finding new role models that lead from this embodied place. Re-discover what is truly important for you, so you can live and lead from this place of wholeness and authenticity, from this heart centred space will allow true authentic connection to blossom, allowing us to feel and experience greater joy, and freedom, fueled by a deeper desire to increase our capacity for love and connection.

I interviewed Paul on the podcast this week, we discussed all things Eckart tolle, how to observe our egos, and how to identify with our higher self V our ego self. Paul shares some epic philosophy teachings on the yoga sutras, the four pursharatus the four (goals of life).
We had such a open conversation, with lots of laughs, and great pieces of wisdom on how to digest our life experiences and avoid getting caught up in our ego, and our vikalpa’s (which separates us from what we truly desire).
Paul shares in depth the the three nons to avoid suffering, non-attachment, non-judgment and non-reaction.
Practice these three and you will experience greater depths of connection, love and oneness.
I absolutely loved diving into these topics and dissecting the ancient and modern teachings that guide us on our path of spiritual development.

In this week's episode, I connect with a beloved teacher and friend Emma, who shares with us her powerful journey of how to embrace the unknown and let go.
Many of us struggle to let go, we hold on to our emotions, our pain, which manifests over time as physical disease, as Emma experienced through letting go, has allowed her to heal herself, as well as break free from cycles of unconscious programming, so she could create a new life fueled by love, trust, freedom and expansion.
Emma co-owns the practice Bali with her husband Octavio, she is a passionate yogini, devoted mother, wife, and is now living her fullest expression, facilitating women's circles, retreats, jewellery making, as well as running her new online course She let go.
Through Emma's many life experiences, overcoming her health challenges, losing her parents young, whilst being a solo parent. Emma shows her deep determination to let go of any of the non-constructive patterns holding her back from living a truly auspicious life.
A beautiful open-hearted conversation about her life, and her courageous journey into purposeful living, a reminder to us all we can have everything we want in life, we just need to let go of the how and the when and have huge trust in the universe's plan.
Emma is truly a role model for me and others, leading with love, humility and grace!
This week's episode we decided to dedicate to The Bali street mums, a charity close to Emma’s heart. If you enjoyed listening to this episode and feel called to donate, the link will be at the bottom. All donations are greatly appreciated.

Even when we experience challenges in our life, it's in these moments where we can really transform ourselves by shifting our attention to gratitude, the feeling we cultivate within is what is reflected externally.

I loved interviewing Siva, she has a wealth of wisdom on Ayurveda and why women experience health issues. Siva has an MD & master in public health and has been teaching Ayurveda for over a decade.
In this episode, we discuss how to digest life and use our internal conflict to guide us.
We chat about reproductive health, and why so many women experience depletion, and how to observe the relationship between our mind-body connection.
Cultivating this awareness of our patterns, emotions, and internal conflict, we can start to understand how connected our emotional body is with our womb space, this is extremely important for women to know this.
We discuss, how the quality of our life experiences get better the deeper we know our selves and can prioritize implementing self-care tools and practices, like Yoga, and Ayurveda that will bring us back into alignment, this means the less we suffer.
The less we need to over-give, the more time we have for prioritising our JuJu Ojas cups, and fulfilling emotional needs, this is how as women, we will create long term- wellness and balance in all areas of our life.

This week's episode I invited on my beloved @Jordcuiper to share his expertise on Shadow work and why it is so difficult to integrate.
Jord is a Self-Actualization specialist, who through his work helps high impact individuals, live and lead from a place of wholeness and authenticity.
What is Shadow work? It is the process of diving into the unconscious and revealing its fixations in order to integrate them into conscious awareness. This is not a walk in the park and most people will actively resist this process - - Carl Jung
Ironically, the term personality is derived from the Greek word for mask (persona), reflecting our tendency to confuse the masks we wear with our true selves, even long after the threats of early childhood have passed.” – Ian Morgan Cron.
In this episode we discuss how actualizing our true potential comes from understanding and integrating this work into your life, we talk about denial and how many of us carry these shame based pride identities, due to
repressing our desires, which often leaves us feeling conflicted in certain areas of our life.
When we are in the denial phase, we tend to project onto others what we disown in ourselves. Shadow work is looking within, and then taking radical ownership of our unhealthy coping mechanisms, that no longer serve our growth.
Integrating this work allows us to live in harmony with our values, when we begin to slow down, and practice this inner work from a place of self-acceptance, we can embrace any conflict that arises and continue to listen to the lessons of life, and act from a place of wholeness and authenticity.

Emma has been mastering her craft as an Energetic alignment coach, she loves to help you understand your human design, to cultivate your own unique super powers, create more abundance and flow in your life.
I love this open-hearted episode talking about what purpose really is, how to create Abundance through living in alignment with our design and how to overcome our money blocks which are linked to our self-worth. In order to up-level our wealth conscious, we need to be able to hold expansion in that area.
Emma shares how money is the bioproduct of being able to become magnetic, magnetism is not only attracting the things you desire, it’s the ART of receiving, which many of us feel unworthy of receiving, for example, how often do you feel uncomfortable when someone gives you a heartfelt compliment?
Exactly...we often feel not worthy of receiving a compliment.
How can we call in what we desire if we do not feel worthy of receiving it?
Emma also teaches us about the different human design types so you can understand what yours may be.
I loved chatting with Em, and learning about my Human Design, I am a manifesting generator would love to know what is yours? Send me a DM via Instagram or write in the comments below!

In this episode I interview Dania, a Ayurvedic specialist and nutritional scientist with over 10 years experience and study in her field, in this episode we focus on the importance of the mind-body connection, mindful eating, and how are emotions affect the way we eat, she shares how to become more intune with your emotions, which allows for intuitive eating practices to be more accessible.
Dania runs Ayurvedic teacher training online for people based in Germany, she is just about to launch her new book called intuitive eating, she is deeply rooted in the traditional teachings of Ayurveda and studied in India and with Vasant Lad. I love the way she expresses her knowledge in such a digestible way, without diluting the essence of Ayurveda.
We also discuss how to become in tune with your body and your emotions, so you can cultivate greater awareness of any subtle signs of imbalance that your body is giving you, this where Ayurveda is such a powerful preventive medicine
This awareness allows us to take preventive measures in our self-care routines that enable us to return back to Swasta - which means to be established in ourselves.
Swasta is a core Ayurvedic principle that encourages us to be explorative of our individual needs and tune in everyday to how we feel and act accordingly.
This is an easy to listen to episode for people who would like to learn more about the benefits of preventive medicine and Ayurveda as a holistic mind-body-spirit science.

In this episode I interview David Goulet, aka a actual wizard! David shares with us his five decades of experience in the healing field, after travelling all over the world to understand the many unqiue elements there are to healing the body holistically.
David is an international Yoga Teacher, Healer and Founder of numerous Retreat Centers, he lives at the one in Thailand called Pyramid Yoga which I went to and got to study with David a few years ago on one of his incredible healing retreats.
David discusses the importance of empowering our mind, to boost our immune system. Like we have seen in the placebo effect, if we think health we will create heath, if we believe in dis-ease that’s what we will manifest.
This episode talks about many different subjects and healing modalities that David has discovered over his years of observation, he’s been working with many people with long-term illness, such as cancer, auto-immune disorders, he has been able to help them reverse their terminal illness, and many have jumped back into “spontaneous” remission, through David’s work.
A really cool interview discussing a range of topics, from politics, to the pandemic, chakra healing, yantra yoga and quantum physics.
David is a fascinating man with a lot of knowledge on how to stay vibrantly healthy, he is a living example at age 70+ and still rocking it at full moon parties, out doing everyone at the dance floor!! Fueling up on prana and good vibes as he maintains his vitality!

In this episode, I interview Brad Hay, a world-class senior Level 3 ParaYoga and Meditation Teacher and an Ayurvedic Specialist. He is one of only 6 authorised level 3 ParaYoga teachers in the world and has been officially initiated into the ancient tradition of the Himalayan Masters (Sri Vidya).
This is one of my most favourite episodes so far as Brad inspired me to become an Ayurvedic lifestyle practitioner whilst I met him in Bali.
Brad shares his story into his Dharma, as he began practising yoga many decades ago whilst in a rehabilitation centre, Brad knew he had found a strong and powerful practice that could lead him away from his dependency on alcohol and drugs, to pursue something that would lead him to be on the most well-known Yoga teachers of the Sri Vidya lineage.
After meeting his teacher @Rod Stryker the founder of ParaYoga, who is one of the world's pre-eminent yoga and meditation teachers in the world. Brad got taken under his wing and he now offers a unique blend of both extensive Tantric Hatha Yoga knowledge and merges it with his love for Ayurveda to give depth and effective guidance for the modern Yoga practitioner.
Brad leads online training and intensives in Australia and Internationally that combine these ancient systems making them accessible and practical without diluting the traditional teachings.

I open the discussion of Meditation with Michael King, a down to earth Aussi who loves to meditate. Feeling refreshed after being on a powerful silent meditation retreat myself, in this episode we explore the gifts that meditation brings.
Michael is an experienced meditator, facilitating Meditation teacher training on his online academy guiding and supporting people from all over the world on their 9-month's in-depth training with his beautiful wife Hannah. Their mission is to train teachers so they can share meditation in a relatable, fun, lighthearted and impactful way.
For Meditation to bear fruits it has to become a regular practice, if our minds are busy which most of us can relate to experiencing, meditation can be quite challenging at the start, as it brings to the surface our inner and outer obstacles, but as Micheals Guru Baba Jl says:
“The biggest obstacles we can have is thinking we already know who we are.”
Micheal shares with us the magical art of meditation, as a three-part process,
The path or end goal of meditation is more peace, energy, creativity, self-knowledge as well as being able to carve and create the life you want through positive psychology, we can develop the true ultimate purpose of meditation, which is unconditional happiness.
Micheal does an amazing job at bridging the gap between spiritual practice and a helping people achieve a greater sense of self-awareness, which is the natural consequence of meditative practices, leading us away from ignorance, our habitual patterns, our bad-habits and our reactivity, towards greater self-love, resilience, fulfilment, observation, alignment and guidance.
I absolutely loved talking about meditation, love, relationships, Gurus in this episode, definitely worth a listen if you want to invite present moment awareness into your life, as
Micheal guides us through a short self-awareness meditation towards the end, you can practice this meditation anytime you want to tap into greater stability and awareness, through becoming still and exploring our mind on a deeper level, we will undoubtedly spark our intrinsic desire to move beyond any of our current limitations holding us back from living an auspicious life.

In this episode I interview Edward Dangerfield, a nervous system specialist, he teaches people how to breathe using a powerfully healing technique called conscious connected breath.
Through his own near death experience being caught in an avalanche the breath technique helped him overcome PTSD, and changed his whole life, he is now dedicated to teaching this profound technique and facilitates teacher training here in Bali and all over the world.
His passion is so inspiring and I have first hand witnessed the healing and transformation in my own life since using the breath as a daily practice to overcome limiting beliefs, releasing control, and be(coming) more connected, whole and aware.
This episode is really insightful if you are wanting to explore the healing benefits of the breath. We discuss how the breath helps us heal any incomplete experiences we have had, through using the breath to release big emotional events which get stored in the body and overtime prevent us from fully living in the present, inhibiting our potential and spiritual growth.
When we start to work with the breath we learn how to let go, co-regulate our nervous system, as well as oxygenate our whole cells, increasing energy our longevity and preventing stagnation and acidity that builds in the body overtime creating dis-ease.
Conscious connected breathwork helps you release and process past traumatic events, this enables you to live with more ease, clarity, as our breath is a gateway to our subconscious in this epsiode we discuss how breathing can improve and heal, so many of today's stress related issues, such as anxiety, digestive issues, asthma, PTSD and more.
I hope you enjoy this insightful episode, if you do feel free to re-share to your story and tag us or send to a friend. We appreciate your support in spreading our mission to ignite others potential, offer a variety of healing modalities that will bring us into balance, so we can create a conscious ripple effect on the world.

What are the energetic forces that have been holding me back in this lifetime, as well as the habitual patterns we have to overcome in order to experience evolution.

This week I interview a beautiful couple Kai and Gabriella as we discuss the 9 pillars needed to create devotional love in our intimate relationships.
Kai and Gabriella help couples and individuals create extraordinary relationships through the path of devotional love the 9 pillars, which we discuss in this episode they are:
We discuss how many couples can easily fall victim to old conditioning programs, which affects our adult relationships, so many couples end up in vicious hurtful cycles repeating similar unhealthy patterns in relationships.
We discuss how we can all create a new paradigm of conscious evolution within our relationships, as our relationships are the vehicles for our spiritual growth, as they fast track us to witness our programming from society our childhood, and with greater levels of awareness find a place beyond our conditioning where we can co-create a healthy dynamic in relationships through weaving the 9 pillars into our everyday life.
The path of devotional love helps is rewrite a new conscious paradigm for our children and the next generations as we model greater depths of intimacy, sacred sexuality, as two become one, we heal together and create a new revolution of devotional love.

In this episode I connect with a beautiful friend and Yoga teacher Karina, we discuss finding our purpose through the practice of yoga.
Karina has studied, practised and taught yoga for over 10 years. We discuss how yoga helps us observe our minds, our emotions, so overtime we can become less caught up in our limited thoughts patterns. The practice of yoga helps us to develop greater awareness of ourselves.
Yoga is a process of shedding the layers of conditioning, as we shed these layers we can see more clearly our true and authentic self. As we cultivate more inner peace through self-observation, we can discover our highest potential which Yoga believes to be our purpose, remembering our greatness.
Karina and I discuss the Yogic principles, the Yamas & Niyamas, the code of conduct that enable us to become better humans. Yoga helps us to untangle the knots of everyday conditioning, the deeper we know ourselves the easier it becomes to find our souls calling-Dharma, which brings us greater fulfillment and joy.
We share how Yoga helps us to evolve through self-inquiry and observation. The path of pain and suffering isn’t always necessary to discover our edges and move through our limitations. Yoga encourages us to evolve physically, mentally and spiritually through a deep desire to self-actualize to realize / remember our fullest potential.

In this episode Ixchel and I discuss plant-based medicine as our wisest of teachers, Ixchel discovered plant-based medicine over 20 years ago, as she connected back to her truest essence through the medical properties of the medicine Ayahuasca and cacao. We speak about her journey into Dharma, as a mother lover, medicine woman, retreat facilitator, and life coach.
We discuss the challenge that many of us face, which is the inability to surrender into the unknown and let go of parts of our personality that are no longer serving us.
We speak about femininity and the power of flow, intuition and manifestation that we all have access too if we can free fall and take the leap and surrender the present moment and how we will start attracting, people, experiences, abundance, and opportunities towards us when we raise our own vibration with embodiment practices that light us up, this is the magic that often gets forgotten in times of uncertainty.
We speak about the importance of community and connection which is a core human need, connecting back to a state of oneness that is needed to create a rise in consciousness.

In this episode I share from my heart the highs and lows of this year, growing my beautiful business, launching this podcast, experiencing a breakup and healing from an abortion, also a little bit of insight into my journey with plant-based medicine.
All of my highs and lows, inspire me to continue this path of deep healing and awakening through dedication to my practice and self-inquiry, so I can continue to teach authentically and help the Women I work with to reconnect with themselves, remove layers of limitations that ultimately prevent us from awakening to our highest potential.
A reminder to enjoy this beautiful life and ride this wave of dharma together. Life will always bring the inevitable highs and the lows but over time they become more easeful as we step into our authenticity, the more we can weave through life with less friction and more flow.
I hope you enjoyed this episode and it serves you in some way. A few life lessons and experiences that showed me I am the creator of my reality and as I expand and heal the shadow parts of myself, over time they have less power over me.
This year has shown me that through my devotion and hunger to grow spiritually, as by immersing myself in self-study, personal practices, connecting with wise teachers, living in a loving community, and having a loving stable relationship has steered me in alignment and enabled me to uncover my dharma.
My lesson is to always remain heart-centred as I cultivate greater humility on this healing journey and find greater compassion for my selves and others.
Enjoy, thanks for listening.

In this episode, we invited Edward Ulm who is a Polyvagal-informed and trauma-informed bodyworker to discuss the nervous system and how suppressed Trauma shows up as chronic pain and the direct link between chronic pain and depression.
We discuss how we adapt to certain protective mechanisms to feel comfortable in the unknown as so many of us don’t feel comfortable dropping into our parasympathetic state as it forces us to slow down and look at ourselves, our emotions, and our feelings, which can be confronting.
We share different healing modalities that we practice and recommend to bring our bodies into our rest and digest healing state, which is what we need in order for our immune system to function at optimal level so we can fully thrive in life and prevent chronic pain and illness from occurring.
Edward Ulm started his journey with a BA in Kinesiology from Arizona State University. Through the years he has worked as a physiotherapy intern for the MLB, NFL, and NHL, headed up teams of massage therapists and skincare professionals for an elite athletics chain, and logged over 5000 hours of on-body experience. He's also a trained Somatic Experiencing Practitioner under Peter Levine's work on psychosomatics.
Now Edward's passions have turned to teaching bodywork and neurotrauma to professionals and future therapists all over the world under his brand: Science of Touch.
In his own words on what it means to be a bodyworker:
"I want to help individuals transcend the limitations of their own neural feedback mechanisms so that they can find space, awareness, functionality in their bodies where they previously did not. I want to help them find meaning in their bodily experiences where they may once have had. And I want to do it in the most informed, effective and supportive way possible."

Mantra allows us to observe and purify our mind and move us towards liberation.
In this episode, we discuss with @Ellenarthur the power of mantra, the Hindu methodology that uses mantra as a healing tool for the mind.
As the ancient language of Sanskrit is a frequency that affects our energetic pathways, through chanting god and goddess that represents the positive qualities we want to evoke into our life.
The Ganesh mantra is sung by Ellen and used for the intro and outro of the Dharma Journey podcast. The Ganesh mantra is a way for us to connect within, to recognise the obstacles we face in our lives. So that we can use mantra to help us move beyond a feeling of lack, to remembering and acknowledging we are so powerful so full of love, light and move away from the things that keep us playing small. Have a listen and see how you feel after listening.

In this episode, we discuss Bryre Roots journey into discovering her dharma, As a Co-founder of The Dharma journey podcast, it is only fitting that she shares her transition from being a topless waitress working in Australia to living in Bali and discovering & following her dharma despite fear. Bryre, now an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Practitioner, teaches Ayurveda to her 1-2-1 clients and is an inspiring conscious leader, empowering women to embody: self-love, self-care, self-healing practices so they can feel nourished and empowered throughout every stage of life.
In this episode, talks about her journey into finding her dharma (purpose),
A catalyst to change was chronic health issues and visa issues stopping her return back to Australia due to visa issues. Forced by the universe, Bryre had to start a new life; she went to Bali to deepen her knowledge of traditional Yoga and Ayurveda as self-healing and self-empowerment spiritual practices, to help bring herself into balance.
Fast forward a few years, Bryre is now guiding women to self-heal and live in alignment & teaches the power of spiritual practice to discover our unlimited potential. She teaches that Ayurveda is a preventive & proactive medicine, as well as a method to healing the root cause of any physical, emotional, mental, spiritual blockages that we create when we are not living in harmony with our dharma (purpose).
Bryre Roots has been growing her community online, with monthly workshops, weekly women's circle, she runs a 1:1 8-week Program called the Self-Love Journey, as well as a 6-week group training called The ART of Self-love, which is an empowerment training, to inspire women to take their power back when it comes to their health, through doing this deep healing and self-inquiry work, encourages them to feel connected, balanced, which moves them closer to uncovering their purpose.
