In this episode we'll go over some techniques that we love to use whenever someone throws a direct or sometimes subtle insult towards you. Take control of the situation, appear to be more confident, and even more attractive by using these techniques and little by little you will eventually see yourself becoming insult proof. We'll go over a little bit of the psychology of the why the person would be throwing those insults.  So stick around while you hear us insult each other and see how we handle it.

Today we are at Black Star Canyon, one of the most haunted places in Southern California. Blackstar Canyon is famous for reports of hikers hearing voices, laughter, and a woman weeping. There are also reports of cults and KKK clan members in this area, and there have been murders... We filmed this around 1 am-2am, trying to see if we could spot anything. We walked for 2 hours and did hear some crying while others didn't. But the main reason we came was to tell a Japanese Horror Story known as Hachishakusam. Know as the 8 feet tall woman( Please don't try this) but listen and stay tuned....

If you have any suggestions on what scary areas we should film next please let us know....

In today's episode, we are going over self impose limitations or beliefs that people have about themselves. There are two types of people, a person with a growth mindset or a fixed one. People overlook the small ways in which they could drastically improve their lives and tend to take a more narrow focus on the things that keep them from growing. Either in sports, workouts, career, relationships ect.

We will also be going through 3-4 simple techniques to help anyone overcome their brain early in the morning to build momentum to keep them going throughout the day. Don't worry if you limit yourself; we have all been there. Even Moses and Ernesto have gone through their fair shares of limiting beliefs, but remember, change happens in an instant, so don't feel stuck. We all have the capacity to change and live the lives we are meant to live. Not the lives we are told to live. Overcoming your brain is the best way to grow mentally, so stay tuned, and we will tell you how.
