Authentic Living. Simple Living. Balanced Living. Living Mindfully. Zen Living. Sustainability. It is hard to escape seeing or hearing these now popularized phrases everywhere these days, from magazine articles to wall décor, they seem to be everywhere. The mere mention of these phrases conjures images of tiny homes, RV’s, and homesteading, or maybe living in the woods or on the lake or just retiring. It feels like the right definition. However, for a lot of us, it is simply not possible to make such a dramatic lifestyle change in order to live authentically. Yet we all yearn for a life of meaning: a life wherein we are truly the creators. An authentic life full of our best days, balanced living, healthy lifestyles, simple and sustainable, and mindful of all we do, think, say, believe and value. It is our achievement of self-actualization. The reward is an authentic life full of ease, peace, joy, bliss, fulfillment, free-time, kindness, patience, love, friendships, respect, success, accomplishment, and a life that we will cherish until the very end. A life off this roller coaster we’ve all been told we are supposed to be on and into a life full of living in the now, enjoying every moment and relishing this life full of wonder each and every day creating our best days ever for our best life ever!
But how you ask? How do we pursue authentic living in this modern hectic “non-authentic” world? Is it even possible? What I have found is that authentic living, simple, mindful, healthy, balanced, sustainable living, is a conscious choice, a state of mind, a value that is achievable each and every day thru the laws of attraction. With the laws of attraction you can create a mind of authenticity, choose positive habits and focus that will guide your everyday choices from cleaning your home to parenting, to healthy eating and healing Mother Earth! Within the laws of attraction you can define and keep your focus, challenge mainstream beliefs, move onward, upward and forward towards a slowed-down, awareness- based type of living, ensuring that life stays simple and peaceful. It encourages us to actively think, be aware of our thoughts, habits, and ideas, to choose consciously, live harmoniously, obtain meaning in all we do, and reconnect to (and identify!) our true self, our Dharma, and care for nature and Mother Earth.
So what does it look like, living authentically each day of our lives? Well, that is exactly what I am here to discuss in these Podcasts! Simple, mindful, healthy, balanced, sustainable, living in all areas of our lives from parenting and relationships, to owning our own voice, de-cluttering and building your foundation to cleaning and organizing, from healthy lifestyle choices to nutrition and menopause and everything in between! I am excited to share my insights, personal experiences, methods, and ideas so grab a cup of tea and hit play and keep coming back for more! I look forward to our time together! Namaste!
