1️⃣ Cody Rhodes vs. CM Punk brings intrigue, but Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins turned their World Heavyweight Championship contract signing into a scathing, personal, Shield-haunted war of words.

2️⃣Raw showed why character development still matters: Maxxine Dupri’s heel turn gave Austin Theory new heat, Otis got his heart stepped on, and Chad Gable’s El Grande Americano redemption earned him an Intercontinental Title shot against Penta.

3️⃣ Saturday Night’s Main Event at Madison Square Garden could reshape SummerSlam, with Danhausen’s New York crossover magic, Fatal Influence chasing the Women’s Tag Titles, Lyra Valkyria unraveling against Bayley, and the Undisputed Title scene becoming beautifully chaotic.

1️⃣ Danhausen has become WWE’s most improbable crossover star, bringing casual fans in and old fans back through character work, curses, comedy, and the Knicks’ historic NBA Championship run.

2️⃣ El Grande Americano vs. OG El Grande Americano proved that the wildest wrestling ideas can become magic when everyone commits — even a lucha honor match for Mexico between two men who aren’t Mexican.

3️⃣ Wrestling doesn’t need to become normal to go mainstream. It needs to be bold, committed, entertaining, and unapologetically itself.

Can you believe it's been 24 years since the final broadcast of WCW Nitro on TNT, where Tony Schiavone called it "a landmark night" in the history of sports entertainment/pro wrestling? It was March 24, 2001 when Vince McMahon announced on simulcasted segments during WWF RAW is War and WCW Monday Nitro that he had bought and owned his competition.

Lex and Chico recollect their their thoughts about that epic broadcast that the mix of the work and the shoot, the real life and kayfabe blew the minds of the entire wrestling world.

Lex, Jose, John, Colin and Chico weigh in on John Cena's first promo since we last saw him turn heel in our own yard! We talk about the impact it has not just in this storyline but what it could mean in the grander scheme of wrestling history. Could it be one of the greatest promos of all time, warranting a place on the Wrestling Promo Mount Rushmore? And what is the pathos, blurring of the lines of reality and kayfabe and the Hollywood references that made it so effective?

Also, after Damaris Lewis unwittingly blabbed about the open "secret" of the business, we talk about what went wrong, and how AEW could fix that issue. And what was worse? Travis Scott sucker-punching Cody risking the main event of WrestleMania, or an actress unwittingly calling the wrestling the "f" word (you know what we mean!) without using the word itself on a live broadcast?

People have been waiting for this moment for more than 20 years, and it happened in Toronto's Rogers Centre.

John Cena turned heel.

And he didn't just turn heel willy nilly. He did it in the most epic and shocking way possible, especially when you consider how information travels in the social media era. The Rock was looking for Cody Rhodes to sell his soul to him, and unbeknownst to the world, John Cena had already done that

Lex, Jose, Colin, Chico and Colin recollect their experiences and start talking about what could happen next with Rock, Cena, and Cody. They also talk about the rest of the Elimination Chamber card which was also phenomenal, and how all of that leads into WrestleMania and beyond.

Elimination Chamber weekend in Toronto is mere days away and the Ringside Heat Ring Crew of Lex, Jose, Colin and Chico are raring to go and celebrate the first WWE Premium Live Event at SkyDome/Rogers Centre since WrestleMania X8 in 2002! But we also have a bunch of questions to ponder, especially with The Rock and Cody Rhodes' promo from last Friday on SmackDown and the confusion about the direction of his character and the story.

Since Toronto's iconic baseball stadium is hosting WWE festivities this week, we discuss about what we're looking forward to with the fan experience offerings from the worlds largest wrestling promotion.

Mississauga's Santino Marella and tag team legends Matt and Jeff Hardy made their return to WWE programming representing TNA Wrestling with an appearance on NXT! What's in store for the 2Xtreme/Broken brothers in what could be their final big run leading up to their title defence at NXT Roadblock next month?

Jose Taboada hosts the show in place of Lex and shoots with John Dawson about the WrestleMania XL Kickoff Press Conference in Las Vegas last Thursday and all the implications of Cody claiming his spot against Roman Reigns, when not even a week went by since he seemingly abdicated his spot against Roman Reigns to The Rock!

What does that mean for The Rock and Roman Reigns, who showed that the Bloodline is thicker than water? With The Rock seemingly setting aside his aspirations to become Head of the Table, how is that setting the table for a potential feud with Paul "Triple H" Levesque, even though Hunter's heart condition renders him unable to compete in-ring?

It's the week of WrestleMania and all through the Universe,
Wrestling fans were stirring, but nobody thought the worst!
The card for both nights seemed to be handled with care
By Triple H and his creative team, without Vince in his hair!

The fans were all gathered around their TVs
While visions of Cody and Roman filled up their screens
With Sami and KO and Usos in tow
Who'da thunk they'd make this a must-watch show?!

When out in So-Fi there arose so much pyro
The booms could be heard from Los Angeles to Cairo
The fans in the stadium looked like a great big sea
Starting chants of "This is Awesome!" "Whoah-oh!" and "Acknowledge Me!"

With many great stories, and even a steel cage
Fans knew in the moment, it was Triple H
That's making WrestleMania feel special... aGAIN!
While Mike Rome and Sam Irvin called them all by name:

John Cena and Theory! Reigns! Usos and Rhodes!
Drew! Sheamus! Gunther! KO, Zayn, Mysterios!
Asuka! Bianca! Charlotte Flair vs Rhea!
Damage CTRL, Becks, Trish Stratus, and Lita!

Ricochet-Stroman, Street Profits and Alpha!
The Viking Raiders along with Valhalla!
Edge and Finn Balor, I think that's them all,
Oh right, Seth Rollins and (sigh) Logan Paul!

Join Lex, John, Jose, with Chico and Steve!
Listen every day 'till WrestleMania Eve!
On Spreaker, on Google, Spotify, iHeart
Sauga960AM.ca is where all the fun starts!

And when the night's over the fans go home happy,
Or at least I hope so, wrestling fans can get snappy!
But I heard them exclaim, as they drove out of sight
Happy WrestleMania to all, and to all a good night!
