Giving birth to a child is one of the most miraculous and momentous experiences of life. Even if you are the unlucky one in ten to give birth prematurely, you are still indeed very lucky and blessed. Every child s journey will be full of ups and downs, and every small victory and milestone should be cherished and celebrated along the way. Babies bring love and joy to all homes, even the homes of preemie babies. I d argue preemie babies bring even more love and celebration to their homes than full term babies.

In just a year, I lost it all and went from being a husband, dad, and chief officer to divorced, broke, and a janitor. Ray Freitas will be discussing his personal transformation story called Our Families Deserve to see the best of us. He will also be explaining his mission not only as a business owner but as a someone who understands the need for a higher purpose, and why families are leaving organized traditions, especially in the millennial generation. 70 percent of millennials want nothing to do with religion and are never going back. Community has been very beneficial for Ray and his grandmother in times of need, however with many families now isolated and leaning towards online communities for support, he understands that love must be taught without the role of institutions, and that most of us still mourn for a relationship with the creator and still have faith. Many of us do not want to be told how to run our lives when we are simply looking for spiritual guidance, and that is something Ray provides with his coaching and education business.

Self-love is often dismissed as frivolous and self-centered, or simply misunderstood as self-care (and relegated to Sundays...oy).
But self-love is actually the basis for every relationship we have and everything we create. More than that, our capacity for self-love -- and its sister skills of self-attunement, self-nourishment -- IS our capacity to embody the Truth of Who We Are.
This is not a 'one and done' kind of thing but a life-long discipline Kristy calls Self-Reverence. It is a 'discipline' in the sense that self-reverence calls us to be a Disciple to Something Greater in our lives, to apprentice ourselves to That Which Wants to Live Through Us and Into The World.
Self-reverence is the decision to live from, be guided by, and have full-access to the depth of our heart -- No Matter The Condition. And it is this decision that allows us the freedom to create and serve in ways that are both deeply nourishing to ourselves and meet a deep need in the world.

Jonathan and his brother Dave had plans. Jonathan has been a financial advisor working with wealthy folks for over 2 decades. David was a technologist using social media to reach the masses with important information. They had been working on plans to start a financial co-op, or a non-profit, to provide financial education to the 99% for the better part of a decade. They were on the door-step of making the plans a reality when tragedy struck Dave drowned in the Pacific Ocean.
Now Jonathan is transforming his own life to pursue the dream they shared together without his brother. He is asking questions about what it all means. He is rebuilding (in an altered form) his good habits from scratch. He is preferencing impact over money; significance over success. He is joining a small group of advisors who are helping people launch their dreams instead of only working on people who are protecting their dreams.

There is a conversion that goes beyond the realm of Reinvention.
Being Reinventable is an intentional ownership of today, blended with the wisdom of our history, inspired with the HOPE and possibility of the future.
There is only one day that matters on the yellow brick road of Being Reinventable ... THIS moment, and it grants us permission and power to pivot.
Vernita was bullied in school and developed a codependency character. She needed to be needed and was a people pleaser perfectionist. She divorced after 24 years of marriage, lost her first born son due to a tragic car accident, and then subsequently lost her second son to the prison system.
She then lost three parents in less than a year, almost lost her life to COVID.
Through all this - Vernita says "God restores!"
Vernita's life has been centered around trauma. She said "I have been depressed, pitiful, angry, evil, and a screamer. I have gone through a lot and have learned how to suffer and how to live abundantly. I am living triumphantly because I refused to remain stuck in what could have caused my demise. Instead I rise victorious knowing that God is a very present help and that even in my toughest moments, He is there. And now I help others see the other side.
Vernita is a true inspiration.
Fred was born with challenges due to an ABI that weren't identified until his mid-30s. Then starting in 2009, he had more added on via medical trauma, misdiagnosis and medical device failures, leading to 22 hospitalizations, 12 heart procedures, being clinically dead roughly 50 times along with dozens of concussions. There is no established road map for recovery from a multi-factorial trauma like this. So he set out to devise his own road map. It was moderately successful, until he learned about and began practicing Intermittent Fasting. Originally prescribed for weight loss, Fred experienced the flip side of Intermittent Fasting - its relatively unknown healing and restorative benefits. Twelve years after the initial traumas of 2009, Fred is improving and inspiring people every day. He attributes the large majority of his recovery to Intermittent Fasting. He believes his purpose is to find ways to help people in their own struggles. He is writing his memoir "The Summer I Died Twenty Times" and has coached thousands on the benefits of Intermittent Fasting.
In a world where we are hard-wired to be fearful and feel like powerless victims, usually in specific areas of our lives, hope springs eternal. And yet, hope from this place doesn't seem to get us very far. We need to understand how to create the conditions for hope that works in ways we only dare to imagine. First, it requires that we understand this hard-wiring and how to come to peace with it. In addition, authentic hope requires an edit of the stories we tell ourselves, the ones that don't serve us. With those two pieces in place, hope really does spring eternal!

This lead to her alcohol drug use, overworking, physical pain, burnout, and the early stages of an AutoImmune disease. Michelle shares how she's learned to love all parts of herself, feel at home in her body, come to a place of understanding and deep compassion, and how we can begin to tap into the longings of our mind, body, and soul.

Throughout school, Alan never felt like he fit in. He remembers feeling very uncomfortable when people in his life said things like "you will understand when you grow up, get married and have kids of your own" - he didn't see getting marred and having children as part of his future, but at the same time didn t know what he wanted.
As Alan's friends were planning their futures, ie. attending university, careers, etc. all he wanted to do was earn some money, leave school and find his independence which he did at age 16 after taking his GCSE's. He spent the first few years of his career exploring different roles, jobs, having fun but didn't find his calling. He started putting pressure on himself to "do better" and realized this was not how he wanted to live his life.

Alex will share how safety ties into so many areas of our lives.
This show is very important to me as I battled an eating disorder for most of my life. It wasn't until I had the proverbial light bulb moment that the reason I kept releasing and adding the same 15-20 pounds, was because I did not feel "safe" to be fit.

Being a mom is one of the most rewarding things we can do with our life. It can also be the most difficult. As moms, we navigate through balancing family and career, who we used to be before kids and who we are now with kids, societal judgments and expectations, and, not to mention, our own. We struggle with proper self-care, exhaustion, underappreciation, mom guilt, maintaining healthy relationships (romantic and non-romantic) and so much more.
