Reminder that you are so loved and you are so important.
A reminder that when we continue to follow and listen to our fears, we will always be followed by disappointment. Fear based thoughts usually introduce themselves as "Eye think...."
"Eye feel"... on the other hand is our heart speaking. Our hearts thats connected to the divine source that is the epitome of unconditional love. That's us. When we follow the feeling in our hearts, we are telling source that we love and appreciate them just as much as they do us. When we follow the feelings in our hearts, every thought attached to the feeling (e-motion) either has to get in line (aligned with the feeling) or get gone (letting go or releasing emotions that doesn't serve the frequency we are on) in order to create room for that that does and will serve our frequency.
Following our hearts will always be followed by screams of excitement, tears of joy and a overwhelming feeling of love and support, inner peace, bliss, joy and everything else you feel like you are missing out on. It's here for you. Get out in a quiet space, get out in nature, go for a hike, lock yourself in your closet if you need to, but get out and TAKE BACK WHAT'S ALREADY BEEN YOURS. Shit, it's just been waiting on YOU.
Eye love you for no reason.
Sometimes its best...with the people and things we love and admire so much. Sometimes it's necessary to lay it to rest in order to align with your highest frequency. It's all love regardless. Eye can't keep talking and not be an example. Here goes.

Eye recently went through a real breakthrough. Losing my car key for a couple hours really allowed me to sit with myself and reflect on somethings that eye never knew was still blocking me from the love and abundance the universe desires to give me. Seeing myself in a new light has allowed me to reach a new level in this beautiful journey called life. Eye ask you, what are you willing to lose in order to gain new wisdom? A new KEY to a new perspective, is a key to a new life. Surrender to the flow of life and receive everything the universe has in store for you.
"Eye leave nothing behind. It's evidence of the expansion of my being."

This episode eye speak on my personal journey over the last 3 months. After all the reflecting, inner work, healing modalities, basically hermit mode with myself, it clicked. "There's nothing wrong with you KaShara. These aren't reflections, they are reminders. Reminders to always be the change you want to see in the world."
Taking things personal is f*cking exhausting and unnecessary suffering. Taking it for what it is, accepting and embracing energy in its rawest and purest form is a reflection of unconditional love and that's my role in this lifetime. When you see it for what it is, it's innerstood. When it's innerstood, there's peace of mind and when there is peace of mind, it is ALL LOVE.

This rising eye woke up with a flat tire which took me in a deep reflective moment. Tune in to hear a little about my past and how eye was able to gain control of my toxic emotional reactions and responses in order to gain more control and innerstand what was happening in my reality.

Things have to end in order for things to begin. You had to end the world you know it in your mother's womb in order to experience reality. You had to quit that job to really start your business. Things must end. The end doesn't necessarily means it's over, but rather there's just more to it. We have been taught to naturally fear the unknown, when it's the unknown that shows us the most insight in this life's journey. Just a reminder that when something ends or you feel called to put an end to something, it's only allowing room for new life, experiences, wisdom, etc. It's allowing the room to really be connected to that universal consciousness we all desire to be connected to. It's a chance to transform into YOU. Get excited.
In this episode, eye discuss the infinite frequency of love and how love is absolutely limitless. Love is beyond our own perspective and expectations. Love is not limited to relationships or connections to other people. Love is everywhere. Love is everything. Feeling and knowing you are loved is a constant energy flowing in life that we cannot avoid. As long as the trees still dance, the birds still sing, the water still flows, we are forever loved and beyond. With new and fresh perspectives, perspectives being the key to new experiences and new realms even in this lifetime.
