In this episode of The World as We Know It Chelsy and Taylor navigate their own experience of unhealthy conflict and share why they’ve learned the importance of embracing conflict and how to do so in a healthy way.

Last episode Taylor & Chelsy talked about emotions. Oftentimes as Christians we are told to hold our anger in or our society around tells us to let it out all the time, but Chelsy and Taylor explore a third option. In this episode they focus on anger and what it means to be angry in a healthy way.

Is fasting only about giving up food? Listen as Chelsy & Taylor talk with Pastor Chris Routen about giving up other things and how fasting from screens might be healthy and help us understand how quick we are to passify our relationship with God.
As Chelsy & Taylor dive deeper into what it means to fast, they interview Pastor Matthew Young on the significance of fasting from food and what the Bible says about it. They ask the significance of Jesus fasting and look at what Jesus says while he himself fasted for 40 days and why this is so important to the Christian person.
In this episode Taylor asks Chelsy to explain Lent and why Christians observe it.
