In this podcast episode, Rachel Braun and Dick Vermeil discuss his life before and after his time as an NFL coach. He resides in Chester County, PA on a beautiful plot of land. Did you know about Vermeil Wine? Dick Vermeil is a former American football coach who served as a head coach in the NFL for 15 seasons. He was the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles for seven seasons, the St. Louis Rams for three, and the Kansas City Chiefs for five. Prior to the NFL, he was the head football coach at Hillsdale High School from 1960 to 1962, Nappa Junior College in 1964, and UCLA from 1974 to 1975. With UCLA, Vermeil led the team to victory in the 1976 Rose Bowl. Vermeil's NFL tenure would see him improve the fortunes of teams that had a losing record before he arrived and bring them all to the playoffs by his third season, which included a Super Bowl title with the Rams.

Honestly, when trying to put Bryan’s bio into words, I hit a roadblock. He’s a student, hiker, podcaster, and so much more but when I asked him to be on my podcast I wasn’t really thinking of any of those titles. Bryan is one of those people that leaves you feeling energized and humbled after speaking to him. He is honest, incredibly well-spoken, and one of the most self-aware people I know. I hope that when anyone listens to this, they see Bryan as what he is at his core: incredibly human. This will be my last episode of the season, and I’m happy I had such a meaningful conversation to top off such an amazing season. Thanks to everyone who made it possible! "A far cry from the crop-top gym F45er’s peddling 50kg weights and jarring their joints with every jump, Gina is a passionate advocate for low-impact movement in creating healthy bodies and minds, no matter what age.
Once a professional dancer for Latin and ballroom of over two decades, Gina left the industry when she lost her fire for it. She didn’t feel that it was making enough of a difference in her own - and other people’s - lives.
Over the next few years, she gained more than a university degree.
Gina was 25 kilograms heavier and feeling as lost as when she’d left the dancing world. But, as chance would have it, from teaching a wedding couple ballroom and Latin for their big day - the sparks were ignited again.
Gina, slowly, got back into her fitness, losing the weight she had put on. After experiencing her own success incorporating the dances of her prior life with low-impact aerobics movements, she decided to offer the same to others in the hope it might help them, too. In 2014, the brand SMILE was born!
As it happened, women across the globe were exasperated by the jarring, high-impact routines popularised by fitness bloggers, and elated to find something that delivered the same sweat factor - safely. SMILE took off, and Gina and the team found themselves dancing in living rooms all over the world. As SMILE grew, and more people joined the revolution, Gina realized that workouts alone weren’t enough.
Her audience needed access to a tribe of others like them with who they could share the journey with. They wanted nutrition help, mindset tips, and a stronger sense of community. So, with the new mission to take fitness beyond just the sweat, SMILE was rebranded to Up to the BEat Fitness in 2018!"

Kat Cole is an American businesswoman. She currently is the Chief operating officer and president of North America for Focus Brands. She is a former president of Focus Brands' subsidiary Cinnabon, an American chain of retail bakeries specializing in cinnamon buns.
"Following her mother's divorce, Cole began working to help pay some of the family expenses. Cole worked at The Body Shop before starting her career at Hooters as a hostess.
During her first year waitressing at Hooters, Cole covered varied positions from manager to cook, nearly every position at the restaurant.[12][13] Upon her manager's recommendation as to the Jacksonville franchise's best employee, Cole was sent to Sydney to train and motivate the new owners and employees at the opening of the first Hooters in Australia. She continued to travel overseas in order to train employees in Hooters Restaurants abroad.[15]
She became a vice president at age 26. As the vice president of training and development, Cole oversaw the growth of Hooters, from approximately 100 locations and $300 million in revenue to 500 locations in 33 countries and $1 billion in revenue."

- You don’t have to wear all black when you go out.
- You are exactly where you are meant to be.
Pete Bernard is a father, volunteer, podcast host, and Senior Director at Microsoft. (When you say you're “too busy” just remember him and think again).

I don't know if I ever met someone more accomplished before in my life, and he is only a senior in college. James is Harvard’s student body president, alongside his VP, Ify. You may have seen their sick campaign video (check out the link below!) on the Kelly Clarkson show, Twitter, and anywhere else things go viral.
He is a talented musician, making music with his younger brother and with the group 21 Colorful Crimson that he helped found. As if he didn't have enough on his plate already, he is currently a fellow at Converse! He is not afraid to speak about social justice and is passionate about change. I met James off of ~the internet~ on an app called Clubhouse. There, he uses his platform to advocate for young voters with a campaign called 99 Problems.

Imagine becoming a professional athlete during a pandemic… Bryan did! Baltimore Native, Bryan Costabile, was selected second overall in the 2020 PLL College Draft by Atlas LC. Like most Marylanders, Bryan grew up playing lacrosse. In high school, it started to pick up for him. He played on the U19 USA team before attending college at Notre Dame, where he played D1 Lacrosse. He graduated in from college in May of 2020, but his lacrosse career didn't end there. Now, he plays for Premier League Lacrosse for the team Atlas LC, the same team that one of the founders plays on!
“Costabile enters his professional career following a sensational 3+ years at Notre Dame. Prior to the shortened 2020 season, Costabile entered the year on the Tewaaraton Watch List and as a preseason First Team All-American. Costabile ended the 2019 season as the ACC Player of the Year, a First Team All-American, and a Tewaaraton Award nominee. Laura Vogel is a boss babe, to say the least. She is the founder and designer of handbag company Vogelle. Vogelle focuses on the classic shoulder bag styles and cardholders, all sourced from Italian leather. Laura studied abroad in Milan, where she met locals that repaired leather motorcycle seats, sparking the idea of a leather goods venture. Before university, Laura began to model, inspiring her to break into the fashion industry from a different standpoint. Even though she broke into the business world, she has been able to keep up modeling, now being represented by Wilhelmina Denver. You may have seen her bags on your Instagram feed. Vogelle purses can be seen on some of the top influencer pages, such as Caelynn Miller-Keyes from The Bachelor, and US Women's National Team player Mallory Pugh (who played in The FIFA World Cup in 2019, and she is only 22!).
