We can never fully be prepared for unexpected tragedies.  Yet, we can have honest talks about it, at any age, when these things are discovered by our kids.

Are we prepared for an emergency? Do our kids know what to do, big or small?

Do we see that our kids also guide us forward? We must build hope.
