This week's episode is a request from a listener who wanted to learn more about how you expand your consciousness and how it fits with Dr David Hawkins, Consciousness chart.
I start by explaining what consciousness means and then look at what expanding consciousness means too. Then we move into the concept of the 'war on consciousness' and how our consciousness can be hacked as the world economic forum's Harari says in a youtube video in 2018 and also the US mind control program that we learnt about through the freedom of information act.
But essentially we can protect our consciousness levels by protecting our energy bodies, developing more discernment and accessing the wisdom of our hearts to find out what is our truth and what is not. When something triggers you it's not because its not true, it's because it just hit a belief, sore point, trauma or wound in you and now needs to be explored and understood so you can release it and let it go.
Running through Dr Hawkins consciousness and Hertz vibrational frequency chart we look at what levels our consciousness is at when we are in lower dimensions of being, and what levels we need to be in to be in higher dimensions of being.
David Hawkins found a way to measure consciousness but for ease of use I look at how we can raise our levels of consciousness through understanding and observing our emotions and our thoughts more.
Finally we look at some tools and techniques to help you expand your own consciousness via journaling and self awareness, mind mastery and emotional mastery and strong protection methods so that you can stop absorbing other people's energy and taking it on as your own.
