The second part of my Higher Consciousness Mini Series looks at how I use, and benefit from, accessing higher consciousness in my own life. And the life of my family. 

I discuss how I use it myself, to heal my body, get rid of aches and pains, and even make my hair grow thicker. And also how I use it with my children. In particular my daughter who experienced immediate healing on her body, when she was plagued with mollusks. 

As usual its a very normal, but sciencey discussion around energy work and consciousness and I give a lot of advice on how to direct consciousness in order to create, and manifest, the life that you wish for.
