Get into the energy of who you want your future self to be, NOW...feel the feelings of walking in your own future shoes. What would you feel like if you stepped into your future self?

For example you have a goal to share your message, your art with the world unapologetically, boldly, and freely. You would ask yourself how would it feel if I was already doing that?

Would I feel empowered? Fulfilled? Inspired? Alive? How would I behave? What actions would I take? Would I share my message daily? Would I drop limiting beliefs that are not allowing me to move forward? What beliefs would I drop? Would I create new habits? Begin to ask yourself these questions, really feel the feelings of stepping into your own future selfs shoes.

Reality is created based on energy, thoughts, feelings and vibrations, Before anything makes it into the physical realm it must be created in the invisible realm. Don’t wait for that “thing” to happen before you feel happy, fulfilled, inspired, feel the feelings NOW and it will become your reality in the physical.

A tip to get yourself into the feeling state of your future self is journaling Journal and affirm all the feelings you would feel as your future self, journal journal and journal some more until you literally feel a shift in energy within yourself, from there take action. Ask for guidance if you need it and take action, always take action Continue to come back to this state as often as possible do it daily, repeat it again and again.
