Here’s a New Years challenge that will revolutionize your life if you commit to it...Tag 3 friends to join you, it’s life changing Love yourself as you love someone who is dear to you Love yourself deeply Look into your own eyes in the mirror and say to yourself “I love you Marina” using your own name ;) Tell yourself how deeply you honor and appreciate yourself Tell yourself the girl or guy in the mirror looking back at you how proud you are of him or her. Really feel it, really know how deeply loved you are by you. Begin to accept yourself as you Begin to accept all the weird little quirks Accept all the pieces of you, the loud obnoxious pieces, the shy, quiet, timid pieces, the creative, expansive, flowy pieces and the scared and fearful pieces Look at all the pieces of you pull them all together and hold that girl tight, really love her, she desperately needs your love and approval, she is trying her best, love her accept her, she’s worth it.

We sometimes can be our own worst enemies, we beat ourselves up for not being good enough. We beat ourselves for eating too much, not working hard enough, not being thin enough, thick enough, smart enough, being a bad spouse or parent or you fill in the blank

But hating yourself, punishing yourself, feeling remorseful, guilty, shameful, are feelings that will only get you very far, yes you can create success by pushing yourself by being unhappy with yourself by being discontent with yourself but the sad part is when you reach your so called success you will be left alone in your own misery and self hate.

Success, fulfillment, true wealth, starts within, its begins with you knowing you are enough, you are loved, you are worthy, and you get there by loving yourself first, then allowing God to love you. And then and from there you begin to build, you begin to create, you begin your journey Coming from a place of brokenness, coming from a place of lack, not being enough, not being worthy not being deserving enough No matter how much success you reach you will always come back to the broken little girl or boy inside that desperately needs your love, needs your attention and needs your approval

So start now, start by looking at yourself in the mirror and saying your name “I love you _____” I honor you, I appreciate you, I appreciate the work your doing, I am proud of you. Really feel the feeling of acceptance and approval.
