Today’s episode marks a big point for this podcast, being the last interview of the series. We will have a final sum-up next Sunday which I do hope you join me for where I will reflect on all of our guests, their journeys and inspirations.
The other exciting news is that when we come back, for our second series the name is changing to The Nutrition Nourishment Podcast: Sharing Our Journeys. We will have the same structure and content but can cover more of our passions and give us the freedom to share more of our inspirations from along our journeys.
Today I am joined by Tony, a first-year Food Science and Nutrition student. We talk about how Tony has loved to cook from a young age, and how this has developed into his passion for nutrition. Tony began work in the hospitality industry and was successful in his job but knew that something wasn’t quite right.
Tony completed his access course to begin his studies again which led him to Teeside University. Now, Tony is going into his second year as a mature student and is looking forward to learning more in nutrition.
We talk about all of this along his journey and Tony has some words of advice for us about following our passions.
I am delighted to be sharing Tony's journey today.
Welcome to Journeys in Food, Nutrition and Sustainability.
