Founded in 1969, the Dance Theater of Harlem is a pioneer company in American ballet. Since its inception Dance Theater of Harlem has shaped American ballet, from performances to performers to tights! 

This year, Virgina Johnson, a founding member of DTH and the Artistic Director, has announced that she will pass the baton to the next generation of dancers.
