After a year as the GA at Clemson, Thomas decided to get out of coaching. He quickly realized that a life away from basketball wasn't for him and started working to get back into the profession. Butters took a volunteer spot at Charleston Southern and now, 6 years later he is their Assistant Head Coach. Butters talks about his journey through the coaching profession, the culture they've built at Charleston Southern and his ability to connect and build relationships.
