We’ve been building the foundations of faith — what it is, how it comes, how it’s released, how it’s fed, and how it must lead. Tonight we come to the piece Paul calls “above all”: the shield of faith.

Ephesians 6:16 says, “Above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.”

The enemy’s only real access to your life is through thoughts, ideas, and suggestions. Fiery darts. His goal is to get you to believe something about God, yourself, or your situation that doesn’t line up with the Word. When your belief system is solid — when your faith shield is whole — those darts get quenched before they ever take root.

In this message you’ll learn:

  • Why the shield of faith is listed “above all” the other pieces of armor

  • How fiery darts show up as thoughts, ideas, and suggestions

  • Why a faith shield full of holes (from not feeding on the Word) leaves you vulnerable

  • How to recognize the counterfeit by knowing the original

  • Practical ways to raise your shield and refuse the enemy’s lies

Key Scriptures:

Ephesians 6:10-17 • John 8:44 • Revelation 12:10 • John 10:10 • Genesis 3:1-13

Your future as a believer is bright. The things that used to wreck you for days don’t have to anymore. Keep building a faith shield with no holes in it.

In this message we dig into Romans 3:21 and following — the place where Paul begins to open up the heart of the gospel.

“But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed…”

God’s righteousness is no longer something we try to earn through sacrifices, ceremonies, or religious performance. It has been revealed apart from the law and is received by faith in Jesus Christ — to all who believe. There is no difference. All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.

In this message you’ll hear:
- Why the old covenant system of sacrifices was always pointing forward
- How Jesus became the true mercy seat (propitiation) for us
- The power of the blood of Jesus and what it means to walk in it
- Why God is both just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus
- How this free gift of righteousness changes how we live and how we see people

Key Scriptures:
Romans 3:21-31 • 2 Corinthians 5:21 • Galatians 3:22 • 1 John 1:7 • Hebrews 9:22 • Acts 20:28

If you’ve never made the decision to put your faith in Jesus and receive the righteousness God freely offers, today is the day. You don’t earn it. You simply believe and receive.

In this message from our Faith series, we dig into what it really means to walk by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7). Faith isn’t just something we believe—it’s something we allow to lead. It shapes how we think, how we speak, and the steps we take.

When we feed our faith and let it go first, we stop being driven by pressure, circumstances, or what looks possible in the natural. Instead, we step out in obedience and watch God do what only He can do.

In this teaching you’ll hear:
- Why faith must be allowed to lead
- How our beliefs dictate our thoughts, words, and actions
- The difference between Holy Spirit leading and outside pressure
- Real-life stories of God opening doors that weren’t even on the market
- Why “the just shall live by faith” (Romans 1:17 / Habakkuk 2:4) is a command, not a suggestion

Whether you’re facing a big decision, believing God for provision, or simply tired of living by what you can see, this message will stir you to put your faith out in front again.
Let faith lead. God is still working on your behalf.

Healthy things grow. The same is true of your faith. Faith isn't something we're meant to receive once and then leave alone. Faith must be fed. Just as our bodies require daily nourishment, our spirits need a steady diet of God's Word if we're going to live the victorious life He's called us to.

The Apostle Paul reminds us that "the just shall live by faith." But faith doesn't remain strong by accident. It grows as we spend time in Scripture, receive God's promises with believing hearts, and allow His Word to take root in our lives.

In this message, you'll discover:

  • Why faith must be intentionally fed
  • How God's Word awakens and strengthens faith
  • The difference between merely hearing Scripture and truly receiving it

God isn't looking for believers who survive on one spiritual meal a week. He's inviting us into a daily relationship with Him where His Word continually nourishes, strengthens, and matures our faith.

The more we feed on His truth, the more confidence we'll have in His promises.

What is the gospel? For many people, it's simply the message that gets us to heaven. But Paul opens the book of Romans by revealing something much greater:

The gospel is the power of God at work in every area of our lives. In this opening message of our Romans series, we explore why the gospel is more than a one-time decision. It's God's invitation to a lifelong journey of transformation, increase, and wholeness in every area of life.

As Paul declares, "The just shall live by faith." That's more than a verse to memorize—it's a lifestyle. God never intended for us to remain where we started. Every time we open His Word, He invites us to know Him more deeply, trust Him more fully, and walk more confidently in the life He has prepared for us.

Whether you're new to faith or have followed Jesus for years, Romans reminds us that the Christian life is one of continual growth. As we receive fresh revelation from God's Word, our faith matures, our perspective changes, and the gospel becomes more than information—it becomes the way we live.

As America celebrates 250 years of independence, it's worth asking an important question: Do we really know our history?

In this message, we take a biblical and historical look at the foundations of our nation, exploring the role Scripture, prayer, and faith played in the lives of many of America's founders. We also examine why remembering history matters and how forgetting it can shape the future of a nation.

Throughout the Bible, God repeatedly instructed His people to remember His faithfulness and teach the next generation what He had done. In the same way, we're challenged to be people who value truth, preserve history, and pass on a biblical foundation to those who come after us.

Whether you've studied American history for years or are just beginning to explore it, this message invites you to consider the relationship between faith, freedom, and the responsibility each generation has to remember God's faithfulness.

In Jesus' letters to the seven churches in Revelation, we discover a powerful truth: the love of Christ doesn't leave us where we are. It lovingly calls us closer through correction.

Each church received something different from Jesus. Some were encouraged. Some were challenged. Some were corrected. But every message flowed from the same heart—a Savior who deeply loves His people and desires their spiritual growth.

One of the strongest warnings comes to the church in Ephesus. They were doing many things right, but they had drifted from what mattered most: their first love. Jesus' invitation wasn't condemnation—it was an invitation to return to relationship with Him.

In this message, you'll discover:
• Why biblical correction is an expression of God's love
• Why truth and grace always work together
• What it means to return to your first love
• How loving correction produces spiritual growth and maturity

God doesn't correct us to shame us. He corrects us because He doesn't want us to drift, settle, or miss everything He has for us. His discipline is evidence of His care, His mercy, and His commitment to forming us into the image of Christ.

In this message, we dive deeper into what faith is, how it comes, and why it must be released in order to produce results in our lives. When we understand both, we can stand confidently on His Word regardless of what circumstances may say.

Key points:
• How faith comes by hearing and receiving God's Word
• Why God's character is the foundation of every promise
• The importance of holding fast to your confession of faith
• What it means to release your faith through words and actions
• How to feed on the faithfulness of God in every season
• Why unanswered prayers should lead us to seek greater understanding, not question God's goodness

Whether you're believing God for healing, provision, protection, or breakthrough, this message will encourage you to trust His faithfulness and align your life with His Word.

Love isn't just something we say. Love gives. Love is a life that is willing to give, serve, sacrifice, and put others first. The love of God was never meant to stay contained within us—it was meant to flow through us.

Throughout Scripture, we see that God's love is demonstrated through giving. God gave His Son. Jesus gave Himself. And as followers of Christ, we're called to reflect that same kind of love in our relationships, our church, our families, and our communities.

In this message, you'll discover:
- Why love is one of the clearest evidences of a transformed life
- How genuine love goes beyond words and becomes action
- What it means to love your brothers and sisters in Christ
- Why serving others is at the heart of Christian maturity
- How generosity reflects the nature of God Himself

The Church was never designed to be a place where people simply attend and leave. We are called to know one another, care for one another, serve one another, and help people grow in Christ. That's what love does.

Faith isn't wishful thinking.
Faith isn't pretending problems don't exist.
And faith isn't something reserved for a few "super Christians."

Faith is trusting that God is exactly who He says He is—and that He will do what He promised to do.

In this message, we explore what biblical faith actually looks like and why it matters in every area of our lives. From salvation to healing, provision to everyday decisions, faith is the foundation of the Christian walk.

The question isn't whether you have faith. The question is: What are you building your faith on?

In this message, you'll discover:
• What faith truly is according to Scripture
• How faith comes by hearing the Word of God
• Why unbelief can keep us from receiving what God wants to do
• How God's unchanging character gives us confidence to trust Him
• Why teaching and knowing God's promises strengthens our faith
• How every believer is called to share the hope they've found in Christ

Faith isn't blind optimism. It's confidence built on the faithfulness of God.

When Jesus encountered unbelief, He didn't condemn people—He taught them. Because faith grows when we hear and receive the truth of God's Word.

No matter what you're facing today, you can stand on this truth:

God never fails. He never breaks His promises. His Word is trustworthy, and His character is sure.

As you build your life on His promises, faith becomes the solid foundation that carries you through every season.

What do you love most? Not what you say you love. Not what you intend to love. What actually gets your time, your attention, your affection, and your priorities?

In this fourth message of the Love Is the Way series, we take an honest look at Jesus' words and the challenge they present to every believer: Is God truly first in our lives?

It's easy to say we love God. The harder question is: Can our lives prove it? From our daily choices to our priorities, our obedience reveals what holds first place in our hearts.

This message explores:
• What it means to love God above everything else
• Why church attendance alone isn't proof of a relationship with God
• The danger of loving the gifts more than the Giver
• How eternal priorities should shape our daily decisions
• The connection between love and obedience

Jesus taught that anything—even good things like family, hobbies, careers, or possessions—can become misplaced if they occupy the place that belongs to God alone. He calls us to take up our cross, follow Him, and live with eternity in view.

This isn't a message about condemnation. It's an invitation to examine our hearts, draw closer to God, hear His voice more clearly, and walk out the specific assignments He's placed on our lives. God isn't looking for empty words—He's looking for people who love Him enough to obey Him.

Forgiveness isn't a feeling. It's a choice. Jesus commanded us to love one another as He loved us. But what happens when we've been deeply hurt? What happens when the offense feels justified? What happens when the person who wronged us doesn't deserve forgiveness?

The truth is, forgiveness isn't based on what others deserve. It's based on what Christ has already done for us.

In this message, you'll discover:
- Why forgiveness is essential to walking in God's love
- How unforgiveness affects your heart and spiritual life
- Why forgiveness is a choice, not an emotion
- How forgiveness opens the door to healing, freedom, and God's inheritance
- The importance of forgiving others—and even forgiving yourself

If you've been carrying hurt, bitterness, regret, shame, or offense, this message will challenge and encourage you to release it into God's hands and allow His love to do a deeper work in your heart.

The Holy Spirit is not a thing of the past. He is a person. And He is alive, active, moving, and available today.

On Pentecost Sunday, we celebrate the birth of the Church and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in Acts 2—but this isn’t just history. This message is a bold reminder that the same Spirit poured out 2,000 years ago is still empowering believers right now.

Too many Christians are trying to live the Christian life by willpower alone. But Jesus never told His disciples to “try harder.” He told them to wait for the promise of the Spirit and receive power.

This message challenges the idea that signs, wonders, miracles, tongues, and the baptism of the Holy Spirit ended with the early church. Instead, it points directly to Scripture and calls believers back to a Spirit-filled life marked by power, victory, boldness, prayer, and intimacy with God.

In this message, you’ll hear about:
• Why believers still need the baptism of the Holy Spirit today
• The purpose and power of praying in tongues
• How the Holy Spirit helps us pray, understand Scripture, and walk in victory
• Why dead religion can never replace the life of the Spirit
• How the Spirit empowers every believer—not just ministers

This isn’t about emotionalism or hype. It’s about living the life Jesus actually called us to live. You were not called just to survive. You were called to walk in power, joy, victory, and bold faith.

Sometimes life leaves you tired, anxious, overwhelmed, or wondering if you’re ever going to feel whole again. But Psalm 23 reminds us of this powerful truth: The Lord is our Shepherd.

In this heartfelt Mother’s Day message, Cody Tobin walks through Psalm 23 verse by verse, revealing the goodness, protection, peace, and healing that come from staying close to the Shepherd.

This isn’t just a familiar passage to memorize— it’s an invitation to experience restoration in your real life.

Through personal stories about motherhood, raising children, walking through fear and trauma, and learning to trust God through every season, this message brings fresh revelation to one of the most loved chapters in the Bible.

You’ll be encouraged to:
- Draw close to the Shepherd instead of carrying everything alone
- Find peace in the middle of anxiety and uncertainty
- Allow God to restore your mind, emotions, and soul
- Learn how to pray the Word of God over your life
- Trust that even in dark valleys, God is still near

God still heals. He still restores broken emotions. He still brings peace to anxious minds. And He still leads His people beside still waters.

No matter what season you’re walking through, you are not abandoned, forgotten, or without help. The Good Shepherd is still leading, protecting, guiding, and restoring His people today.

God doesn’t just love you… He loves you the same way He loves Jesus. That truth alone has the power to change everything.

In this message, we dive into what it really means to believe the love of God—not just as a concept, but as a reality that heals, restores, and transforms your life from the inside out. Because when you truly understand: “I am loved by God” …it changes how you think, how you respond, and how you treat people.

This message tackles real-life issues:
- Brokenness from the past
- The impact of fatherlessness and identity
- Struggles with unforgiveness and offense
- Why your faith might not be working like it should

And it brings a clear, powerful truth: Faith works by love.

If you’re holding onto offense, bitterness, or unforgiveness—it doesn’t just affect your relationships… It affects your faith, your prayers, and even areas of breakthrough in your life. But here’s the good news: God doesn’t just command love— He puts His love in you. And when you choose to walk in it, healing begins to take place. Freedom opens up. Relationships can be restored. Even things that felt stuck can suddenly shift.

When you walk in love, you position yourself for everything God wants to do in your life.

What would change if you knew Jesus was coming back tomorrow? Would you pray more? Speak more? Step out more?

This message is a direct, honest call to stop living passively and start walking in bold, obedient faith. Boldness isn’t about personality. It’s not about being loud or confident in yourself. It’s about being willing to say yes to God—even when it’s uncomfortable.

From Gideon to Noah to Jonah, we see the difference between those who stepped out in bold obedience… and those who hesitated. And the reality is—our willingness (or unwillingness) to act doesn’t just affect us. It affects others.

God isn’t just looking for people to pray— He’s looking for people who will act. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to feel fearless. You just have to be willing. Because courage isn’t the absence of fear— it’s moving forward in spite of it.

And when you start saying yes? That boldness grows. That fire builds. And God moves through your life in ways you never expected.

God is not looking for spectators. He’s looking for people who will step into the fight.

Too many are okay with staying comfortable. Too many are sitting back, watching instead of engaging. Too many are letting fear, distraction, and culture keep them from stepping into what God has called them to do.

But God is still asking: Who’s willing to stand? Who’s willing to go?

We can stop living by circumstances and start being led by the Holy Spirit. Quit looking for “signs” and start walking in obedience. Refuse fear and step into bold, active faith. Be part of what God is doing in this generation—not just watch it happen. Understand that obedience brings both victory and reward.

Gideon didn’t win because of numbers. He didn’t win because of skill. He won because he obeyed God—and God fought for him. And the same is true for us.

What if the version of you that God sees… is nothing like the version you see?

In Judges 6, Gideon is hiding—afraid, intimidated, and just trying to survive. But in that very moment, God shows up and calls him something completely different: “Mighty man of valor.”

God doesn’t speak to where you are—He speaks to who He’s called you to be. And too many believers are living beneath that calling… hiding, staying quiet, and allowing fear, culture, and distraction to keep them from stepping into what God has already put inside them.

Gideon went from hiding in a pit… to tearing down idols… to stepping into purpose. And it started with one moment—when he chose to believe what God said about him.

The same call is going out today: Mighty man. Mighty woman. The Lord is with you.

Easter is not just about Jesus rising from the dead…
It’s about the same power that raised Him is alive in you right now!

This Easter message brings it back to what the resurrection really means for us today—not just hope for heaven, but healing, restoration, and power for everyday life here and now.

When Jesus rose, it wasn’t symbolic. It was power. Power that defeated death. Power that broke fear. Power that now lives in every believer.

The disciples didn’t believe it at first—but once they encountered the risen Jesus, everything changed. They went from doubt to boldness, from hiding to healing the sick, casting out demons, and seeing lives completely transformed.

And that same call is still active today: “They will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

This message will stir your faith to believe for:
Healing in your body
Freedom from fear and anxiety
Restoration in broken areas of life
Boldness to walk in the power of God

Jesus didn’t just rise to prove who He was—He rose to bring life to you!
The fear of death has been defeated. The same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwells in you. God’s power isn’t distant—it’s in you and for you!

Rooted in the powerful truth of “those who honor Me, I will honor” (1 Samuel 2:30), this teaching challenges us to examine our hearts and make adjustments where needed. Honor isn’t just a feeling—it’s an action. It’s seen in how we treat God, His Word, His house, and the people around us.

Through the story of Paul in Acts 28, we see how simple acts of kindness and provision reflect true honor—and how honor opens the door for the power of God to move. Then, looking at Palm Sunday in Matthew 21, we’re reminded of the extravagant, public honor given to Jesus—and how we’re called to do the same today, not letting busyness or distraction keep us from recognizing Him.

This message will encourage you to:
• Grow in your understanding of honor as a lifestyle
• Recognize the connection between honor and increase
• Live with intentionality in how you treat others
• Prioritize God in your daily life, even when it’s inconvenient

Honor isn’t passive—it’s intentional, sacrificial, and powerful. Let’s be people who don’t just say we honor God, but show it in how we live.

Honor doesn’t happen by accident—it’s something you choose on purpose.

Honor is not automatic, emotional, or circumstantial. It is intentional. It requires awareness, humility, and a deliberate decision to value what God values, even when it doesn’t come naturally.

Throughout Scripture, honor is never portrayed as passive. It is shown through actions, words, and attitudes that are chosen—especially in moments where dishonor would be easier. Left unchecked, the human tendency drifts toward familiarity, casualness, and self-focus. But honor pushes against that drift. It is cultivated, guarded, and expressed on purpose.

This message highlights that if you don’t intentionally build honor into your life, dishonor will subtly take its place. Not always loudly—but through small compromises: how you listen, how you respond, how you speak, and how you value the people and things God has placed around you.

God works through authority structures, and our response to them directly impacts what we receive from Him. Honoring authority is not about agreeing with everything or pretending leaders are perfect—it’s about recognizing what God has established and choosing to stay aligned with it.

From biblical examples, we see that those who understood authority—both natural and spiritual—positioned themselves for breakthrough, protection, and blessing. Those who resisted or treated authority casually often cut themselves off from what God was trying to do in their lives.

This teaching confronts the independent, self-led mindset that resists correction and accountability. It reminds us that authority is not given to restrict us, but to guide, protect, and strengthen us. When we reject authority, we often step outside of covering. But when we honor it, we remain positioned for growth and stability.

This message calls believers to a higher level of maturity—where honor is not based on feelings, but on truth. If you want to stay aligned with God’s plan, it won’t just require faith—it will require honor for the authority He’s placed in your life.

Support the show

View Details

Honor is not just a good attitude—it’s a spiritual principle that determines what flows into your life.

In this message, we continue to explore how honor positions believers to receive what God has placed in others. Throughout Scripture, we see that when people recognize and value what God has established—whether His Word, His house, or His appointed leaders—they open the door for grace, wisdom, and blessing to flow. Dishonor, on the other hand, closes doors. It blinds us to what God is doing and keeps us from receiving the very help He has already provided.

This teaching challenges the casual and familiar mindset that often creeps into our hearts. Honor requires humility. It requires recognizing that God works through people, through authority, and through the structures He has established in His kingdom.

When believers learn to walk in genuine honor—not flattery, but true value and respect—it changes how they relate to God, to leadership, and to one another. And when honor is present, God is able to release things that dishonor would have restricted.

View Details

In a culture where disrespect is celebrated and dishonor is normalized, this message calls the Church back to a biblical foundation: honor is not optional — it’s powerful.

Honor is more than politeness or outward respect. It originates in the heart. You can say the right words and still dishonor inwardly — and God sees the difference.

Throughout Scripture, we see a clear pattern: “Those who honor Me, I will honor.” (1 Samuel 2:30)

From Eli and his sons losing their promise because they dishonored God… to Jesus being unable to do mighty works in Nazareth because of familiarity and offense… to the centurion who received a miracle because he understood authority and showed honor…

The message is clear: honor unlocks access. Dishonor restricts it.

This teaching challenges the idea that honor must be earned by personality or performance. Instead, we honor positions God has established — up, down, and shoulder-to-shoulder. Honor flows in every direction. It is not about who someone is. It is about who we are before God.

“Living in the Green” isn’t about waiting for perfect clarity — it’s about moving when God has already spoken.

In this message, we see how God works through motion, not passivity. From Paul and Barnabas stepping out without full instructions, to Isaac sowing in the middle of famine, to Jesus teaching that we are the seed planted in the earth — Scripture shows us the same truth again and again: God blesses obedience in motion.

Many believers are not stuck because God is silent — they are stuck because they are waiting for details instead of acting on what they already know.

This teaching confronts the idea that we must have every answer before we move. Instead, it reveals that direction often comes after obedience, not before it. When we live inside the boundaries of what God has already said, we are “in the green” — free to act, grow, build, and produce.

You’ll be challenged to stop circling the same place and start putting your hand to something again — trusting that God will redirect you if needed, but will always move when you move in faith.

You were planted to produce. You were built to move. And God is waiting for you to step forward.

Many believers feel stuck, waiting on God for their “next step,” when He has already given clear instructions in His Word. In this message, Living in the Green, we’re reminded that obedience doesn’t always start with a new word—it starts with walking in what God has already said.

“Living in the green” means understanding that God’s Word has already given every believer a wide-open path to move, grow, and act. Jesus has commanded us to make disciples, share our faith, pray for the sick, and walk in His ways. These are not optional suggestions—they are green lights to go, without hesitation or fear.

Through the story of Paul and Barnabas in Acts 13, we see that God often sends us without giving every detail. They were simply told to go—and as they moved, God directed, protected, and opened doors for greater influence. The same is true today: movement brings clarity.

This message calls believers out of spiritual paralysis and into confident obedience. You don’t have to wait for perfect clarity to begin. God’s command already carries His power. As you move forward—being fruitful, multiplying, and taking dominion—you’ll discover that God meets you in motion.

If you’ve been asking, “God, what’s next?” this message may be the answer:
Live in the green. Keep moving. Trust God to lead you as you go.

Many believers feel stuck, waiting on God for their “next step,” when He has already given clear instructions in His Word. In this message, Living in the Green, we’re reminded that obedience doesn’t always start with a new word—it starts with walking in what God has already said.

In this message, we explore the biblical meaning and purpose of the anointing—not as a special experience for a few, but as a reality for every believer who is born of God. Scripture reveals that Jesus is the Messiah, the Anointed One, and that His anointing doesn’t stop with Him—it flows into His body, the Church.

Using the life of Moses and other biblical examples, this teaching shows how the anointing turns ordinary moments into holy ground, equips believers for impossible assignments, and sustains us through adversity. The anointing does not remove challenges, but it empowers us to overcome them. From Pharaoh to the Red Sea, from resistance to victory, God proves again and again that what He calls, He also equips.

This message emphasizes that in the New Covenant, the anointing no longer comes upon select individuals for temporary tasks—it lives within every believer through Christ. No matter the opposition, pressure, or season, the anointing of God enables us to stand firm, move forward, and walk in victory.

If you’ve ever wondered how to face adversity with confidence, live with spiritual authority, and rely on God’s power instead of your own strength, this message is a reminder that you are anointed, called, and built to overcome.

In this message, we continue the Born to Build series by diving into one of the most foundational and often misunderstood subjects in the Christian life: the baptism of the Holy Spirit and speaking in other tongues. This teaching walks through key scriptures in Acts, 1 Corinthians, and the words of Jesus Himself to show that the Holy Spirit is not a fringe experience, but a vital part of God’s design for every believer.

Rather than treating the Holy Spirit as optional or strange, this message reframes Him as essential for spiritual growth, boldness, prayer, and effectiveness. We explore how praying in tongues builds your spirit, helps you pray beyond your natural understanding, and aligns you with what God is doing in ways you could never achieve on your own.

Through biblical examples and real-life testimonies, this teaching highlights how yielding to the Holy Spirit releases supernatural power, spiritual sensitivity, and deeper intimacy with God. The baptism of the Holy Spirit is presented not as hype or pressure, but as an invitation into more—more strength, more clarity, more fruit, and more partnership with God in everyday life.

Ultimately, this message calls believers to hunger for all that God has, not just salvation, but the fullness of the Spirit that empowers us to truly live out our calling.

If we’re going to build strong lives, strong families, and a strong church, we need more than good intentions—we need the power of the Holy Spirit. In this message, Pastor Cory continues laying a biblical foundation for why the baptism of the Holy Spirit is essential for every believer.

Walking through the book of Acts and Paul’s teaching to the early church, this message brings clarity to the difference between being born again and being filled with the Holy Spirit. From Pentecost to Samaria, from Saul’s conversion to Cornelius’ household, Scripture consistently shows that believers were empowered by the Holy Spirit and spoke in other tongues as He came upon them.

This message addresses common confusion, clears up misconceptions, and shows from God’s Word that the baptism of the Holy Spirit is not strange, outdated, or optional—it is God’s design for strengthening believers and advancing His kingdom. Praying in the Spirit builds us up, sharpens our faith, and releases God’s will beyond what our natural understanding can produce.

If you’re hungry for deeper spiritual strength, clearer direction, and real power to live out your calling, this message will challenge you to believe God for more and receive everything He has made available.

Fasting isn’t about religious pressure or extreme rules—it’s about intentionally setting time aside to hear from God, strengthen your spirit, and reset your priorities. In this message, Pastor Cory brings biblical clarity to what fasting actually is, why Scripture emphasizes fasting from food, and how it positions us to experience real spiritual breakthrough.

Drawing from both the Old and New Testaments, this teaching shows that fasting is meant to get our attention, quiet our flesh, and tune our hearts to what God wants to say and do in us. When done with the right heart, fasting breaks yokes, loosens burdens, and creates space for God’s power to work in deeper ways.

This message invites every believer to ask God meaningful questions during a fast: What have You called me to do? Give me the power to do it. Increase Your anointing in my life. Give me a heart for the advancement of Your kingdom.

If you’re starting a fast—or simply want to understand why fasting matters—this message will ground you in Scripture, strengthen your resolve, and help you step into the new year with purpose and power.

At the beginning of every year, we focus on growth—and this message launches our Born to Build series by returning to one of the most essential foundations of the Christian life: the ministry of the Holy Spirit.

From Jude 20, Acts 1–2, and the words of Jesus Himself, this teaching brings clarity to what it means to be baptized in the Holy Spirit and why praying in the Spirit is vital for every believer. The early church didn’t try to build on willpower, intellect, or tradition—they built themselves up by receiving the Holy Spirit and praying in other tongues.

This message challenges common misunderstandings about the Holy Spirit and reminds us that He is not optional, secondary, or symbolic. He is God—alive, present, and actively empowering believers today. Praying in the Spirit strengthens your inner life, sharpens spiritual awareness, and releases God’s will in ways the natural mind cannot.

If you desire deeper faith, greater clarity, and real spiritual power to live out what God has called you to do, this message sets the foundation. There is more—and God invites every believer to receive it.

Gratitude isn’t just an emotion—it’s a spiritual gear that moves your faith forward. In this message, Pastor Cory teaches how thanksgiving shifts our perspective, strengthens our faith, and positions us to experience the goodness of #God in every season.

The Bible shows us again and again that #gratitude changes the atmosphere. When we thank God in the middle of pressure, uncertainty, or waiting, we move out of frustration and into trust. Complaining keeps us stuck, but gratitude moves us forward. It reminds our hearts of who God is and what He has already done.

This message challenges us to stop letting circumstances dictate our attitude and instead choose thanksgiving as a lifestyle. Gratitude keeps our hearts soft, our faith active, and our eyes fixed on God rather than the problem. When praise goes up, peace comes in—and faith follows close behind.

If you’re ready to shift gears spiritually and walk into the next season with joy, clarity, and confidence, this message will encourage you and strengthen your walk with God.

God’s love is not seasonal or conditional—it is everlasting. In this powerful and deeply personal message, Charley Elliott unfolds the heart of the Father and reveals a truth many believers know about but have never fully experienced: God loves you the same way He loves Jesus.

Drawing from Jeremiah 31, John 17, and the story of the prodigal son, this message paints a clear picture of a Father who draws His children home not with fear or pressure, but with lovingkindness. You’ll be reminded that there is nothing you can do to make God love you more—and nothing you can do to make Him love you less. His love was His idea, not yours.

Through Scripture and lived experience, this message breaks the lie that we are merely servants trying to earn God’s approval. We are sons and daughters. We are invited into relationship, friendship, and daily connection with a Father who knows exactly how to love us personally and perfectly.

If you’ve ever struggled with feeling distant from God, unworthy, or unsure of where you belong, this message is an invitation to come home—to the Father you’ve always needed, the love you were created for, and the identity Jesus secured for you at the cross.

Our words carry real power—and in this message, we’re diving straight into that truth. From Genesis to Jesus’ teaching in Mark 11, God shows us that spoken words create, they shape, and they move things. He spoke, and it was so… and because we’re made in His image, what we say matters more than we realize.

This message calls us to guard our mouths, speak life, and align our confession with God’s Word. No more agreeing with the bad report. No more letting negativity or sarcasm train our hearts away from faith. When we believe what God has said and speak it out, something begins moving immediately—whether we see it yet or not.

There is a real spiritual battle in the world—but the enemy you face is a defeated one. In this message, Cory brings clarity to what Scripture actually teaches about demons, spiritual warfare, and the authority of the believer.

Ephesians 6 reminds us that our fight isn’t against people but against spiritual forces that Christ has already stripped of power. Colossians 2:15 declares that Jesus publicly disarmed every principality and power, leaving the devil with only one tactic: deception. He can’t overpower believers—he can only lie to them.

This message reveals what it means to stand firm, resist the enemy, and enforce the victory Jesus already won. You’ll be reminded that when you were born again, you were transferred out of the kingdom of darkness and placed under the authority of Christ. You’re not at the mercy of the enemy; you carry the authority of the One who defeated him.

God is calling His people to a higher level—and holiness is the path that gets us there. This message isn’t about rules or religious pressure; it’s a call from the Father’s heart for His sons and daughters to live set apart, empowered, and fully aligned with who He has already made us to be.

Pastor Cory teaches straight from Scripture that holiness isn’t something we work toward—it’s something God has already placed inside of us through the new birth. We aren’t “just human” anymore. We’re new creations, infused with the Spirit of God, called to live differently from the world around us.

In this message:
• The difference between being made holy and living holy
• What Paul taught the Corinthians about leaving their old life behind
• Why excuses like “I’m only human” or “we’re all just sinners” hold believers back
• How God’s grace isn’t permission—it’s power
• Why abstaining, fleeing, and building barriers are signs of spiritual maturity
• How holiness positions you for greater influence, effectiveness, and spiritual authority

📖 “Be holy, for I am holy.” — 1 Peter 1:16

We are living in the last days—days where both darkness and the glory of God are increasing. This is not the hour for compromise or casual Christianity. It’s the hour for a church that is awake, pure, bold, and fully committed to God.

Hearing the Word is powerful—but it’s the doing that brings the blessing. 👏

In this message from our Healing Series, Cory teaches from James 1:22 and Proverbs 4 on how to move beyond just hearing the promises of God to actually walking them out by faith. Too many believers stop at hearing the Word, but Jesus calls us to live it—to put action behind what we believe and see the results in our lives.

You’ll learn:
✅ The difference between hearing and doing
✅ How to keep God’s Word in front of your eyes and in your heart
✅ Why obedience unlocks healing and breakthrough
✅ How to build faith that holds on to what God has given you

Faith that only hears will eventually fade—but faith that acts will see miracles. When you take God at His Word and live like it’s true, healing, freedom, and blessing follow. 🙌

📖 “Be doers of the Word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.” — James 1:22
📖 “My son, give attention to my words… for they are life to those who find them and health to all their flesh.” — Proverbs 4:20–22

If you’ve ever wondered how to receive from God—or why faith sometimes doesn’t seem to work—this message will help you build a foundation that lasts.

Why didn’t it work? It’s a question many believers have asked after praying for healing or standing in faith and not seeing the results they expected. But what if the answer isn’t that God said “no”… but that we missed something vital in our understanding of faith?

In this powerful message, Pastor Cory unpacks what the Word says about healing, faith, and unbelief — revealing that God’s will never changes, but our level of faith can. Through passages in Matthew 17, Matthew 14, and Mark 6, we see how even the disciples struggled when doubt crept in, and how Jesus’ consistent response was the same: “Why did you doubt?”

This teaching confronts the hard questions many Christians avoid — showing us that God isn’t the problem, and that we can build our faith on a firm foundation that produces results. Faith isn’t pretending something doesn’t exist — it’s standing on what God already said is true.

Key Points:
✅ Why some prayers seem unanswered — and how to fix that
✅ The danger of doubt and “familiar faith”
✅ How to examine whether you’re truly in faith (2 Corinthians 13:5)
✅ The difference between facts and truth — and how truth changes facts
✅ How to build a foundation strong enough to withstand any storm

If you’ve ever wrestled with questions about healing or faith, this message will strengthen your confidence in God’s Word and help you walk in victory from this day forward.

For generations, believers have misunderstood Paul’s thorn in the flesh—using it as a reason to doubt God’s willingness to heal. But what if we’ve been reading it wrong?

In this eye-opening message, Cory unpacks the truth behind 2 Corinthians 12 and shows that Paul’s thorn wasn’t sickness at all—it was opposition from other people. Scripture makes it clear: the “thorn” was a messenger of Satan, not a disease from God.

You’ll see how religion has twisted this passage to create doubt and confusion when God’s Word consistently reveals a Father who heals, restores, and empowers His people. Jesus never turned anyone away who came to Him in faith—and He’s not starting now.

God’s grace doesn’t mean you have to tolerate sickness. It means you have the power to overcome it. His answer is always yes. His will is always healing.

📖 “By His stripes, we are healed.” — Isaiah 53:5
📖 “My grace is sufficient for you.” — 2 Corinthians 12:9 (and that grace includes power for healing!)

If you’ve ever questioned whether it’s God’s will to heal, this message will set you free. It’s time to reject the lies, renew your mind with truth, and receive everything Jesus paid for at the cross.

In Matthew 10:34-39, Jesus gives one of His most challenging teachings: “Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword.”

But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.

2 Corinthians 9:6-7

It’s apparent in Scripture that there is a “planting” aspect with our generosity. It’s not just kissing money goodbye, but there is a harvest (increase) the Lord adds to us through our generosity. However, just like planting a garden, once you plant, there is cultivation of the seed that is necessary. This is the watering process. Just as Paul mentioned in 1 Corinthians 3, “I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.” It’s God’s responsibility to bring the increase, but it’s our responsibility to plant and water the seed. But what does this look like? In this message, Pastor Cory talks about the importance and practicality of watering the seed of the Word in our lives.

The world has a definition of generosity, but we say it like this: Generosity is having NO LIMITS. There is a life of abundance and radical generosity that God calls us to. And when we learn to lean into that Grace, God accelerates us in ways we couldn’t even imagine.

You do well and excel in every respect—in unstoppable faith, in powerful preaching, in revelation knowledge, in your passionate devotion, and in sharing the love we have shown to you. So make sure that you also excel in grace-filled generosity. (2 Corinthians 8:7 Passion)

There is a grace that comes on and empowers us to live generously. Scripture says, “God gives seed to the sower.” In other words, when we get addicted to generosity, God will support our habit. The question is, when we see increase in our lives, what do we do with that increase? Pastor Cory shares about that and an exciting project our church is taking on.

2 Corinthians 9:8 says, “And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.” So, there’s a facet of the grace of God that launches us into a life of abundance and generosity. The question is, “How do we cooperate with that grace?” The first place we start is what God told us to do with the first.

We are right with God because of the Blood of Jesus. It’s not a place we achieve, but a position with God we receive. Right standing with God is a gift. That doesn’t mean that sin doesn’t have consequences, but when we do sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus. And as we grow in our right relationship with God and mature, we begin to live a life with less sin in it.

Through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus, our sins are not just covered. God didn’t just sweep our past under the rug. He put all our sins on Jesus on the cross and removed them from our account. Because of that, we can live free from condemnation and shame, and we can embrace and grow into the abundant life He’s called us to.

We have to ask ourselves, “If we really believe God has our best interests in mind and He has some stuff about money, should we spend time listening to what He has to say?” Our answer is yes! We are in a fight. A fight for righteousness, holiness, and truth. It’s not a fight against people but FOR people. Scripture says “Walk as children of Light (for the fruit of the Light consists in all goodness and righteousness and truth)... Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them; for it is disgraceful even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret. But all things become visible when they are exposed by the light, for everything that becomes visible is light. For this reason it says, ‘Awake, sleeper, And arise from the dead, And Christ will shine on you.’ Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, making the most of your time, because the days are evil.” (Ephesians 5:8-15)

Right now, darkness is trying to enshrine itself in our country. It seems like everywhere we go, we're constantly having to be on guard. We flip on a channel. We can't even stay on it. We're trying to protect our kids every time we look in the grocery store, any time we turn on the news, anything we look at. We're guarding what they see. We're guarding what we see.

Would it surprise you to note that Jesus mentioned this very thing in the New Testament? He said “in the last days, it would seem like the world has gone crazy.” In this series, we're going to dive into End Time events. We're going to see what’s going on from Scripture. And we’re going to see the hope that is for us who live in these crazy times.

If you're reading this, there's a good chance you believe Jesus is Lord. You believe he died and rose again. And you probably believe he's coming again soon. But is that all there is to Jesus for our day-to-day rhythms? Do we treat Jesus like a historical figure whose life is only contained in his four biographies? Or, could it be that the spirit of Christ is in us? Alive. Here and Now. How real is Jesus to us in the mundanity of our week? And could he be more real and more prevalent than we ever thought?

Today, we're starting a new series exploring the subject of stewardship. With God's favor and our faithfulness, we can partner with God to build his kingdom here on earth as it is in heaven.
