When Mary stood at the empty tomb, overwhelmed by grief, Jesus showed up, bringing joy. When the disciples huddled in the Upper Room, overcome by fear, Jesus showed up, and brought peace. When Thomas stood doubting, Jesus showed up, producing faith. When the disciples on the Road to Emmaus journeyed in confusion, Jesus broke bread and gave clarity. Jesus shows up! It's one of the beautiful truths about Easter. Jesus shows up and changes things. And Christ still shows up, giving another command: "Just as the Father sent me, so I am sending you." The question is, where will you show up this week, carrying with you the joy, peace, faith, and clarity of Easter Life?
