This is the audio part of a video podcast. Things are things, they work or they don't. But when they fail, we  either get frustrated with the process, the people or one's own self. As  if the mess itself weren't enough, we love to assign a reason to  things. Which may be right from a learning point of view, but when it is  only the blame that is being looked at, the problem multiplies. How do  we take responsibility even when it is not seemingly ours.
