"The Prosperous Coach" is a bestselling book on how to attract clients into your coaching business.

The book a good read overall (I give copies of it away all the time to my students) but there is one concept that I firmly disagree with.

Rich Litvin suggests giving away your coaching in an effort to make your prospects fall in love with how much value they're receiving at no cost to them. The idea is that by overdelivering to someone during a free session, they will simply throw themselves at you and beg to pay you.

While this might happen occasionally, I personally know of very few coaches who exclusively bring in clients this way (and by very few I mean none).

I'm not suggesting you underdeliver - on the contrary I'm a huge champion of overdelivering value.

Paradox? Not really.

In today's podcast I'm gonna break down how and when overdelivering works and how to do it without overwhelming your audience.

Is your coaching calendar consistently filled with clients and sales calls?

Are you able to comfortably engage with prospects in a way that doesn’t feel salesy?

Are you bringing in AT LEAST $5K each month into your coaching business?

It’s possible – and it can happen faster than you might think!
