What does leadership mean to you? What does it take to be a leader? Whether it is at work, home, or at school, there is some shape or form of leadership. However, just because there is a person of authority, that doesn't qualify them as a leader. A leader is someone who steps up to help lead a group, meaning it is not someone delegating. They see the common goal and they make a plan so that they may all reach that goal in unison with the people they are leading.
