1. Worry is needless. God cares for his own v.25 He goes from the greatest to the least
2. if he can do the greater he obviously can do the lesser
3. They he goes from the lesser to the greater v. 26

6. Worry is pointless. It accomplishes nothing v. 27
7. worry doesn't add anything but it can take it away

8. worry is like a rocking chair. It takes a lot of energy to move but goes nowhere.

9. Worry is faithless. It demonstrates a lack of trust in God v. 30

10. examples: the disciples in the storm, Peter on the water (Matt. 14), food for the disciples (Matt. 16)

Wrong theology about God - when we give way to worry we are saying that... 1. God, you don't know what's going on in my life 2. God doesn't care 3. God is powerless
