As a black woman I’ve been struggling with the reality of knowing that there are black men that have given up on the fight for me. I just struggle with knowing that I constantly fight for the respect of the back man, and unfortunately don’t get it in return. The hardest part of this reality is simply accepting the fact that black men are soooooo hard on the black woman. Reciprocity is all I’m after! Uplift me, inspire me, and most importantly protect me!
