We’re into diversity in Australia. Or so we say. We’ve got a favourite local Thai place, we have women’s leagues for our favourite sports which we identify by putting the word “Womens” in the title, and we watch You Can’t Ask That, sometimes. We say we want to embrace difference, but is that only until it makes us uncomfortable.  We like talking about diversity. But do we really know how to do it? And how to make the most of it?
