I'm joined here by Henrik Horn Andersen and Iben Nelson of Implement Consulting Group which is a company headquartered in Denmark. They have a particular expertise in helping companies facilitate virtual meetings of all shapes, sizes, and descriptions. They are also authors of the up and coming book, Federal Facilitation out later this year published with Wiley.
