Namibia’s first game meat food festival is happening this week. Elzanne Erasmus, one of the organisers of the event, joined us in studio to explain why the sustainable use of our natural resources ensures that our most iconic species are preserved and that a healthy appetite for game meat is in keeping with good conservation practise as these species are less harmful to our environment than many farm species such as cattle.
