A key piece of boardroom leadership we as board members may often neglect is our raw ability to lead. It’s important to remind ourselves of the duty we have to be excellent leaders and build committed teams who believe in the mission before us. It’s paramount we are recognized by our firms, companies, and organizations as elite leaders and as someone to be followed. To expand on these topics and more we welcome Craig Hovda to the Boardroom Bound Podcast!
Craig is a recognized expert in developing and delivering technology transformation programs with demonstrable business results. He is also a consensus building motivational leader who builds committed teams that are inspired by mission and execute with efficiency. He currently serves as a Senior Advisor at CAH Advisors where he advises C-suite executives and board members by providing insights from his experience in management consulting. He was formerly with Deloitte and previously sat on the board of Braxton Systems LTD.
In today’s episode, Craig provides insight from his variety of experiences. Whether it’s management consulting with Deloitte, serving on the board of directors of Biblica, or serving in the boardroom of Champ Homes Inc., Craig has done it all and learned an incredible amount about leading with purpose. I can’t wait to share all of this and more on this episode of Boardroom Bound.
