It is also about looking after you Corona virus shown how fragile life is Important to take care of things Lots of people take feet for granted.
Walking and blisters I have had many times in my life where I walked miles especially when lived in Munich Germany Worked at Munich City Hilton hotel for 6 months Not much money so saved the bus fair and walked to work Worked on an extra BMW Conference which meant I got a lot of blisters Up until about 6.5 years ago always had blisters Then I got my dog Rufus Since having him no blisters
Socks Good socks are the reason Socks make massive difference I use Under Armour socks. Cheaper Under Armour for everyday and very expensive ones for walking. Wear comfortable shoes to get to work and then change
Foot Routine Please note this is something that you should only undertake once per week. I did not mention that in the podcast !!! Now I have tried to get even better and I discovered a range of products which are for salon So worth using. Company called Kaeso They produce a pedicure kit with everything you need to pamper your feet
