You have your strolls and dashes and when they start and finish Taking one pillar at a time and one task at a time work out what type of task they are.If they are time dependent then they will have a home If they are flexible then try and include them as soon as possible If they depend on other task then make sure you have scheduled those tasks first

Start your first stroll and dash and get those tasks done Monitor Monitor your day to day progress with a DIP call Mini Launch ReviewAt the end of each dash / stroll work out what went well and what went badly. Implement changes into the next stroll or dash
