Mbithi is a filmmaker, writer and artist who has earned local and international recognition for his experimental and shape-shifting work, most notably his debut film Kati Kati and music videos with Just A Band. He describes the mindset that keeps his creativity open through life's changing seasons, the importance of trusting his intuition, what he learned from travelling in East and Central Africa and some lessons from his days as an activist.
