Keeping up with NCAA Triathlon is a full-time job; here at Ironwomen, we are crushing it. While last week we chatted with the second Historically Black College or University to have an NCAA Tri team, this week we speak with the first. Welcoming the Hampton University head coach Dr. Jodi Jensen, Assistant coach Mangai HoSang, and second-year student-athlete Jordyn Bryant, they tell us all about how this team came to be.

Announcing the team in 2018, with Sika Henry and the CEO of USAT at their side, the group discusses what it was like to grow the team, and the roadblocks that came with the Covid pandemic. Haley and Alyssa also include a short interview with Dani Lewis to discuss the new PTO ranking system.
