I've been an app developer for a long time but I've never used Wordpress for anything professional. In my mind, Wordpress runs on old technology and I didn't want to get anywhere near it. But all that's changed! I'll be talking about [1] some background on what Wordpress is, [2] building your own CMS while running your own business, [3] and how to transition your website over to Wordpress, while maintaining your own design, and function!
