E1- Hiring your First VA: The Hiring Process
It's been a month since I've hired my first Virtual Assistant and it's been incredible! Let's talk about the hiring process I went through in hiring my first VA.
In this podcast, I'll be talking about [1] the prerequisites for the hiring process, [2] different online job boards like Upwork and Onlinejobs.ph, [3] when to post your job and how long it will take, [4] narrowing down the number of candidates, and finally [5] hiring the best candidate for the job.
If you're thinking of hiring a Virtual Assistant (which I suggest that you should), this podcast will take you through each step! If you already have a VA for your business, follow me on Twitter: @WesAdvance and share with me how you went about hiring your first VA.
