Despite Jacob deGrom leaving early, after striking out 8 of 9 batters, the Cubs offense couldn't get anything going against the Mets and dropped their third straight contest 6-1. Robert Stock finished with 6 walks, almost all ended up being costly. Ortega and Rizzo went yard but the Cubs now will try to salvage the series with Kyle Hendricks on Thursday against Marcus Stroman.
