Bread. Mix:
- 6 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp yeast
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 2/3 c water
Put parchment paper in your dutch oven pot, put the lid on, let the dough sit 8-15 hours. Cook with the lid on for 45 minutes, 425 deg.
