The return of Christ is the climactic moment which all of salvation history is moving towards. The world is Christ’s by right of creation—for he made it all. The world is Christ’s by right of Calvary—He redeemed it all. The world is Christ’s by right of Conquest—He will retake it all! In Rev. 19 we discover at least four important attributes concerning the return of Christ.
