If something is important, it’ll show up on your calendar. That’s one of the important principles that Cindy shares with us in this episode which has helped her to be so effective as a leader at Southland. She has learned that when we don’t manage our priorities on our calendars with discipline, we run the risk of disrespecting those who we work with and have appointments with. The second principle is one that brings honor to God and others as she reminds us that our work is for God and not others.
