Dealing hurts, transgressions and sins towards us (accidental sins caused by ignorance) may be difficult because we have over simplified it with sayings like “forgive and forget”, or “time heals all wounds”. Forgiveness does not magically give amnesia allowing you to just forget past hurts. Dealing with transgressions & sins is not that simple. To know how to respond to the sins of others, we need to know how God responds to our sin. And how we should respond to our own sins

John 9:41 Jesus said unto them, If you were blind, you would not be guilty of sin: but now you say, We see; therefore your sin remain.
