“Not My will, but Thine, be done” [Luke 22:42; “O My Father, if this cup may not pass away from Me, except I drink it, Thy will be done”, Matthew 26:42; “Nevertheless not what I will, but what Thou wilt”, Mark 14:36]. This resignation is not one of blind realization that “I can of Myself do nothing, the Father within Me, He doeth the work” [“I can of Mine own Self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and My judgment is just; because I seek not Mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent Me”, John 5:30; “Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of Myself: but the Father that dwelleth in Me, He doeth the works”, John 14:10].
Joseph Murphy is my favourite teacher when it comes to the workings of the mind and how to manifest. He had this straightforward, no bs, approach. Hope it can help you too.
You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you; And light will shine on your ways. Thou shalt decree a thing, and it I shall come to thee, and light shall shine in thy ways. – Job 22:28]
MANY persons, myself included, have observed events before they occurred; that is, before they occurred in this world of three dimensions. Since man can observe an event before it occurs in the three dimensions of space, life on earth must proceed according to plan, and this plan must exist elsewhere in another dimension and be slowly moving through our space.
To remove the veil of the senses we do not employ great effort; the objective world vanishes by turning our attention away from it.
"I have weapons ye know not of! I have ways ye know not of! I have channels ye know not of! Mysterious weapons, mysterious ways, mysterious channels!
For God works in mysterious ways His wonders to perform." The trouble with most people is that they want to know the way and the channels beforehand.
In the beginning was the unconditioned awareness of being, and the unconditioned awareness of being became conditioned by imagining itself to be something, and the unconditioned awareness of being became that which it had imagined itself to be; so did creation begin.
Unconditioned consciousness is God, the one and only reality. By unconditioned consciousness is meant a sense of awareness; a sense of knowing that I AM apart from knowing who I AM; the consciousness of being, divorced from that which I am conscious of being.
“When you pray, enter into your closet, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father which is in secret and your Father which is in secret shall reward you openly” [Matthew 6:6].
THE world, and all within it, is man’s conditioned consciousness objectified. Consciousness is the cause as well as the substance of the entire world. So it is to consciousness that we must turn if we would discover the secret of creation.
To what degree are you lost in your dream of success? Your world is your dream pushed out. When you can persuade yourself 100% that you are successful, success is yours! You must become so intense that you completely forget it was only a desire. You must tame the wild, new state you have entered until its naturalness causes you to forget all else.
Faith is feeling, “According to your faith (feeling) be it unto you” [Matthew 9:29]. You never attract that which you want, but always that which you are. As a man is, so does he see. “To him that hath it shall be given and to him that hath not it shall be taken away...” [Matthew 13:12; 25:29; Mark 4:25; Luke 8:18; 19:26]. That which you feel yourself to be, you are, and you are given that which you are. So assume the feeling that would be yours were you already in possession of your wish, and your wish must be realized.
It might take a moment or a year – it is entirely dependent upon the degree of conviction. As doubts vanish and you can feel “I AM this”, you begin to develop the fruit or the nature of the thing you are feeling yourself to be. - Neville Goddard
Let the world go blindly on, as it will. Eternity awaits. It doesn’t matter how long it takes. Everyone eventually will come into this knowledge. But no one will come until he hungers, until he thirsts after God with a thirst that only an experience of God can satisfy. Don’t think that your present position in life is any indicator of what you will be when you leave here. If Christ has not awakened in you, you will find yourself in a terrestrial world. Until that power in you awakes, you will continue using your rational mind in a rational world
It is in you as a person that the nature of God is revealed, for a scriptural episode is not a record of an historical event, but a parabolic revelation of truth. To see Jesus or David as an historical character is to see truth tempered to the weakness of your soul. You must see what the characters represent, rather than the characters themselves. This is true for every story in scripture, for every episode will unfold within you.
If you find yourself miserable or helpless here, may I tell you that you are not condemned to the state by a deity outside of yourself, for everything that takes place in your world is but a movement within God.
You cannot separate the dreamer from God, and all dreams proceed from Him. Some are simple and need no interpretation, while others are revealed in a symbolic language and need an interpreter. A dream is a very fluid state. Knowing what you want to dream, bring your inner circle of friends before your mind’s eye and allow them to see you as you want to be seen. When you are self-persuaded this is now a fact, relax in the vision’s gestation period. There is an interval of time between impregnation and birth. Having seen the expressions on their faces and heard the sound of their voices, break the spell and wait for that impregnation to take place in the world of dreams, while you live in the world of Caesar awaiting its coming.
“In the beginning was the Word (the purpose) and the Word was with God and the Word was God.” The Old Testament is God’s Word (his plan) which he made known through his servants, the prophets. The New Testament interprets the Old. The story of Jesus Christ is the interpretation of the prophecy recorded in the Old. Read it carefully, for everything said of Jesus Christ, you are going to experience. It is said: “His name shall be called the Word of God.” Called God’s Word, his seed, his creative power, your imagination is God’s creative power and wisdom. Can you conceive of any greater wisdom than your own wonderful human imagination? Think of something. The moment you do, it’s right before your mind’s eye. Maybe you can’t draw a straight line, yet you can imagine your mother even though she is gone from this world. Think of anyone and they instantly appear before your mind’s eye. That is your own wonderful creative power-filled imagination who is Jesus Christ in you. It is he who has come into the world to fulfill the Word of God, and everything must be fulfilled by the Jesus Christ in you, who is your hope of glory.
Is spirituality important and should it be a priority in our lives? What is true spirituality ? What is the higher purpose and meaning in life and why does it matter? Is being a human being a privilege ?
I like money, I love it, I use it wisely, constructively, and judiciously. Money is constantly circulating in my life. I release it with joy, and it returns to me multiplied in a wonderful way. It is good and very good. Money flows to me in avalanches of abundance. I use it for good only, and I am grateful for my good and for the riches of my mind.
Joseph Murphy
Earl Nightingale “Don't let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it. The time will pass anyway; we might just as well put that passing time to the best possible use.”
“Do you always turn to your imagination and, no matter what happens, do you remain faithful to the state imagined? If you do, you have passed the test. But if every little rumor, doubt, or fear can move you around like a pawn on a chessboard, then you are not keeping the faith! ”
– Neville Goddard
Meditation has never been about willpower. Effort and intention are needed but they are minimal. The real magic happens when you let go and surrender. When you allow things to happen as they are because they are perfect as they are then you can meditate. Willpower will only push you in the opposite direction of letting go.
Before man can transform his world, he must first lay this foundation or understanding. “I AM the Lord [and there is none else”, Isaiah 45:5].
Man must know that his awareness of being is God. Until this is firmly established so that no suggestion or argument of others can shake him, he will find himself returning to the slavery of his former belief.
“If ye believe not that I AM He, ye shall die in your sins” [John 8:24]. Unless man discovers that his consciousness is the cause of every expression of his life, he will continue seeking the cause of his confusion in the world of effects, and so shall die in his fruitless search.
-Neville Goddard
The spiritual journey is not only one of infinite bliss, joy and rapture. The spiritual path has obstacles, barriers and hurdles. The ego stands at every corner and is waiting to take you down.
Our desires may seem like the only quest in our lives. The fulfillment of all our cravings seem natural, normal and something completely worthwhile. Is it ? Is the freedom to desire better than the freedom from desire?
“William Blake: "In your own bosom you bear your heaven and earth, And all you behold, though it appears without, It is within, in your imagination, Of which this world of mortality is but a shadow.”
― Neville Goddard, Be What You Wish
“Consciousness is the one and only reality, not figuratively but actually. This reality may for the sake of clarity be likened unto a stream which is divided into two parts, the conscious and the subconscious. In order to intelligently operate the law of consciousness it is necessary to understand the relationship between the conscious and the subconscious. The conscious is personal and selective; the subconscious is impersonal and non-selective. The conscious is the realm of effect; the subconscious is the realm of cause. These two aspects are the male and female divisions of consciousness. The conscious is male; the subconscious is female. The conscious generates ideas and impresses these ideas on the subconscious; the subconscious receives ideas and gives form and expression to them. By this law-first conceiving an idea and then impressing the idea conceived on the subconscious-all things evolve out of consciousness;”
Neville Goddard
Damned if you do. Damned if you don’t. In this situation it’s more like damned if you get it. Damned if you don’t. Let’s not exaggerate too much.
There is no damnation when it comes to our desire. There can be frustration and confusion though. When we come to life we feel that getting what we want is the ultimate happiness.
We get to choose whether we want to be masters or slaves of our own realities. We, really, do. It's not an exaggerated claim or a inspirational quote. It's very practical but we need to put in the disciple, the awareness on the right things and the right direction.
The conception of self in the last moment before you fall asleep will impress the subconscious mind. Therefore, we need to be careful and awareness of what are the contents of our minds before we fall into slumber.
The education of the mind and the sustaining of attention is more important than willpower and actions.
Do not waste any time on the past. If you have to look back at your past, reminisce with fondness. However, should you find nothing to be fond of, revise to your liking but not dwell on the negativity past, present or future.
Awareness and stillness is truly what we need to manifest anything we want in life. Now, it is a simple concept but it needs to be cultivated and disciplined.
Spirituality is not about the accumulation of knowledge. It’s not about thinking. It’s not an intellectual process. Spirituality is as simple as picking one tool and sticking to it.
Neville Goddard and Joseph Murphy wrote about the state akin to sleep (sats). What is that state ? That state is the optimal time for you to impress the subconscious mind.
Letting go of the outcomes is one of the most liberating things we can do in life m. When we can truly do and be just for the sake of just doing and being it offer us more than we can ever imagine
Letting go is knife that begins dull and overtime with a lot of honing and sharpening becomes a deadly tool against the ego. The ego will try to stop you at every corner. Beware and be aware.
Whatever we do in life, it is important for us and the people we are dealing with to stay present and to give this present moment everything we have got. This is how we create a better future. This is how we create better relationships. This is how we allow things to happen and not always try to control them. This is how we can let go of the traumas and negativity of the past. This is how we can live a truly fulfilling life.
A mental diet will change your life more than anything else. The concept is simple and straightforward yet we brush it away like it not something worthwhile. Things like that are not being taught in school and are not promoted by the mainstream media. Therefore, we think we can do without. I am here to tell your otherwise.
The first time I heard this statement, I thought it was an overstatement meant to glorify meditation. That being said, after many years of experiment and practice, I have to agree with those words. Meditation is really something that will change your life for the better. Not only that, it will also be beneficial to the people around you, and, also, the world at large.
A lot of what we desired in the past is now something normal in our lives. We need not glamorize our desires and see them as something that will change our lives completely for the better. Instead we choose to see them as something lovely that is completely normal for us to have in our lives. It will be much easier to manifest our desires and, later on, not be disappointed by them.
Prayer is a surrender. It means abandoning oneself to the feeling of the wish fulfilled. If prayer brings no response – there is something wrong with the prayer and the fault lies generally in too much effort. Serious confusion arises insofar as men identify the state of prayer with an act of will, instead of contrasting it with an act of will. The sovereign rule is to make no effort, and if this is observed, you will intuitively fall into the right attitude.
We, too often, think that our desire is what will help us get what we want. Initially yes, the desire will propel us in the right direction. However, the feeling and strong emotion of desire can often lead us to the lower unwholesome negative vibrations and can ultimately make us struggle to get what we want or even prevent us from getting what we want.
Dropping the ball, falling off the bandwagon, "failing" is completely normal and expected. Do not beat yourself up. In fact, encourage yourself and re-commit because every time you fall and get back up, your resolve and discipline become sharper and stronger.
Letting go/surrendering is not a hard concept nor is it something difficult to do. However, one needs to understand that letting go is like a muscle that needs effort and discipline in order to grow.
When you can create a scene of you as a new person who is free of the negative pattern you are currently dealing with and you loop it over and over again, especially when the temptation comes. Your subconscious mind will bring forth that new person in your life and the vision you have in your imagination will become a reality.
Letting go is something that you need to constantly to train in order for you to become better at surrendering and allowing. You can't just do it a couple of times and complain that it is not working. No, letting go is something you do as much as possible in order for you to make it more and more efficient and more and more effortless. Treat it as a game not a chore.
Contentment is not only being content with the material life you have now. Contentment is allowing and being ok with the present moment. Allowing things to happen without pushing them away, without fighting them, without condemning them.
The letting go technique is the best way to let go of addictions and other forms of negative patterns. It does take effort and discipline, especially at the beginning but it will ultimately free you of whatever you are dealing with right now.
Autosuggestion is a psychological technique related to the placebo effect, developed by apothecary Émile Coué at the beginning of the 20th century. It is a form of self-induced suggestion in which individuals guide their own thoughts, feelings, or behavior. The technique is often used in self-hypnosis to heal the body, change behaviours and manifest external circumstances.
Helene Hadsell is the legendary contest queen, who has probably won more valuable prizes than anybody else. Not by chance or mere luck, but consciously creating every winning event she had! The prizes include numerous home appliances, bicycles, cameras, furniture, trips in first class, money, and even a big 4,300-square foot house in Irving, Texas.
Relaxation is one of the keys to manifestation. When we relax we learn how to allow. We learn how to let go of the resistance and more importantly we learn how to properly impress the subconscious mind.
Wu Wei is an old taoist concept/philosophy. Once we understand those teachings and apply them to our lives. Everything makes more sense and we get to understand how to take actions and, also, how not to take actions. We, also, learn how to be detached from the outcomes and stay present, and go with the flow instead of using force to get what we want.
The combination of David Hawkins and the practice of letting go and meditation can help you tremendously whether you want to reach higher levels of spirituality or manifest your desires or both.
Helene Hadsell is the legendary contest queen, who has probably won more valuable prizes than anybody else. Not by chance or mere luck, but consciously creating every winning event she had! Fear is something that can be crippling. Oftentimes, our fears are not justified yet we give them ground to stand on, and we risk actually bringing about what we fear into our life. Beware and be aware of your fears.
“My body and all its organs were created by the infinite intelligence in my subconscious mind. It knows how to heal me. ... This infinite healing presence within me is now transforming every cell of my being, making me whole and perfect. I have thanks for the healing I know is taking place at this time. - Joseph Murphy
To change the present state we, like Dr. Millikan, must rise to a higher level of consciousness. This rise is accomplished by affirming that we are already that which we want to be; by assuming the feeling of the wish fulfilled. The drama of life is a psychological one which we bring to pass by our attitudes rather than by our acts. There is no escape from our present predicament except by a radical psychological transformation. Everything depends upon our attitude towards ourselves. That which we will not affirm as true of ourselves will not develop in our lives.
The world, as imagination sees it, is the real world. Not facts, but figments of the imagination, shape our daily lives. It is exact and literal-minded who live in a fictitious world. Only imagination can restore the Eden from which experience has driven us out. Imagination is the sense by which we perceived the above, the power by which we resolve vision into being. Every stage of man’s progress is made by the exercise of the imagination. It is only because men do not perfectly imagine and believe that their results are sometimes uncertain when they might always be perfectly certain. Determined imagination is the beginning of all successful operations. The imagination, alone, is the means of fulfilling the intention.
“The relationship between body, mind, and spirit is that the body reflects what is held in mind, which in turn reflects one’s spiritual position. It is necessary to know where all human experience takes place because if we address that level, we will be addressing the most powerful level. If the physical is the consequence of the mental, and the mental is the consequence of the spiritual, then we need to address it in the area called consciousness. Clinically, this is true. People who address the level of consciousness itself may even witness transformation in their bodies with out even having to address the body directly with any medical approach.” David Hawkins
Define your highest ideal and concentrate your attention upon this ideal until you identify yourself with it. Assume the feeling of being it – the feeling that would be yours were you now embodying it in your world. This assumption, though now denied by your senses, "if persisted in" – will become a fact in your world.
"God is God from the creation, Truth alone is man’s salvation; But the God that now you worship Soon shall be your God no more For the soul in its unfolding Evermore its thoughts remolding, Learns more truly in its progress How to love and to adore."
I wish to ask each one of you listening to me today a question – a question which must be close to the hearts of us all concerning truth. If a man known to you as a murderer broke into your home and asked the whereabouts of your mother, would you tell him where she was? Would you tell him the truth? Would you? I venture not – I hope not. In the most mystical of the Gospels – in the Gospel of St. John we read, "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." Therein lies a challenge to us all, "The truth shall make you free." If you told the truth concerning your mother, would you set her free? Again, in John we read, "Sanctify them by the truth." If you gave your mother up to a murderer, would you "sanctify her?" What, then, is the truth of which the Bible so constantly speaks? The truth of the Bible is always coupled with love. The truth of the Bible is that spiritual realization of conscious life in God towards which the human soul evolves through all eternity.
Once you have studied and you are prepared, the only thing standing in the way of you and the results you want is your mindset and composure.
Many people tell me they cannot meditate. This seems to me a bit like saying they cannot play the piano after one attempt. Meditation, as in every art or expression, requires constant practice for perfect results. A truly great pianist, for instance, would feel he could not play his best if he missed one day of practice. If he missed a week or a month of practice he would know that even his most uninitiated audience would recognize his defects. So it is with meditation. If we practice daily with joy in this daily habit, we perfect it as an art. I find that those who complain of the difficulty in meditation do not make it a daily practice, but rather, wait until something pressing appears in their world and then, through an act of will, try to fix their attention on the desired state.
Emotions are not to be repressed and/or suppressed. Emotions must be given space, acceptance and care for them to fade on their own.
When I was a young kid, my twin brother had an accident and almost died. This is my story.
Will you dare forgive one more time? Is there someone whom you are holding a grudge against?
Happiness is just as transient as any other emotions. Don't force it. Allow yourself to be at peace with all kinds of emotions and then you will the ultimate happiness.
After you have been meditating for some time. You will experience more and more peace and clarity. However, there will be times where out of nowhere your meditation will seem to go astray. You need not worry. It's part of the course.
Detachment gets a bad reputation. In this episode, I will give my humble opinion on what is the real definition of detachment from a spiritual perspective.
Morality goes a long way when it comes to meditation. When your mind is full of unwholesome thoughts, beliefs and opinions, your meditation will suffer.
Happiness, joy, peace of mind is an inside job. It takes discipline to stay at peace but it is worth it.
"there is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so," Shakespeare Choose to see the good. There is always a silver lining. Sometimes we just need to dig deeper.
Knowing more does not make you better. When you learn and apply you really know the truth of things. When you learn more and more just for the sake of learning, it's nothing more than intellectual entertainment.
Guilt is not a small matter. Guilt is one of the lowest vibrations. We all need to deal with it in order to grow and live a more fulfilled life.
The Middle Path is the path of balance. The path of equanimity that leads you to a more balanced life and therefore a more balanced spiritual life.
It is impossible for man to see other than the contents of his own consciousness, for nothing has existence for us save through the consciousness we have of it. The ideal man is always seeking a new incarnation but unless we, ourselves, offer him human parentage, he is incapable of birth. We are the means whereby the redemption of nature from the law of cruelty is to be effected. The great purpose of consciousness is to effect this redemption.
Feeling is the secret of successful prayer, for in prayer, we feel ourselves into the situation of the answered prayer and, then, we live and act upon that conviction. Feeling after Him, as the Bible suggests, is a gradual unfolding of the soul’s hidden capacities. Feeling yields in importance to no other. It is the ferment without which no creation is possible. All forms of creative imagination imply elements of feeling.
If an imaginal act produces an external fact to support it, then is not this world essentially imagined? If you dare to assume what your reason and senses deny and walk faithful to your assumption, believing in its reality - and its corresponding effect is produced, can this seemingly solid, real-world be anything other than imaginal? Everything is imagined, for you are God - all imagination! God exists in you and you in Him. You cannot feed the mind violence and not expect violence in the world.
Meditation is not a linear, quantifiable process. The outcome is not important for it is more important to stay present to the moment and be contented. Stay true to the moment and trust the process. This is the progress.
Look at yourself in the mirror and dare to see radiant health and happiness reflected back to you. Then say within yourself: 'I remember when my reflection was so different." Persist in seeing your new image reflected there and you will resurrect that state. Your image, your concept of yourself or of another, is in your own wonderful human imagination who is Christ and Christ is the only God. God the Father and Christ your creative power are the same being, therefore he has never left you!
Begin now to actively, constantly, use your imagination; for as you prove its creative power on this level, you are awakening to a higher level and birth into the spirit world where you know yourself to be God. Prove to yourself that you are God by feeling your desire is now an accomplished fact. Listen to your friends talk about you. Are they rejoicing because of your good fortune, or are they expressing envy? Imagine their words are true. Persist in imagining they are true. Continue to imagine your desire is already an accomplished fact; and when it is objectively realized, proof will be yours. - Neville Goddard
Now I ask you to continue to test your creative power by practicing revision. If you hear something that is unlovely, don’t accept it, but instantly revise it. Hear the words that ought to have been spoken and persuade yourself, to the best of your ability, that it is so. What would it matter if you owned the world tonight and departed tomorrow to find yourself working as a fry cook, serving up flap cakes? Live your life fully while here, but remember you can’t take your money with you.
So, enjoy the things of this world and apply this wonderful law for yourself and others, for imagining truly does create reality. And remember: you are not wrestling against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers and darkness of the rulers of this world and spiritual evil in heavenly places. And one day, you who have fallen into division will resurrect into unity!
Tempest-tossed souls, wherever you may be, under whatever conditions you may live, know this: In the ocean of life the isles of blessedness are smiling and the sunny shore of your ideal awaits your coming. Keep your hands firmly upon the helm of thought. In the core of your soul reclines the commanding Master; He does but sleep; wake Him. Self-control is strength. Right thought is mastery. Calmness is power. Say unto your heart, “Peace. Be still.”
Jesus was not teaching a disciple on the outside how to pray. He was telling you how to adjust your thinking so you will not take No for an answer. In the story the friend knew what he wanted. He assumed he had it and continued to assume he had it until his assumption took on the feeling of reality and he got it. This is how you find God in yourself, by being persistent in your assumption. When you know how to pray, you will discover that everyone in the world can be used as an instrument to aid the birth of your prayer. They may be condemned in the act and pay society’s price, while you are saved; yet you are the cause of their action.
“All of us have our own inner fears, beliefs, opinions. These inner assumptions rule and govern our lives. A suggestion has no power in and of itself. its power arises from the fact that you accept it mentally.”
Joseph Murphy
The Way of Peace is a New Thought book written by James Allen. Although Allen is more widely known for his As a Man Thinketh, it is the lesser-known The Way of Peace (1907) which reflects more accurately his New Thought Movement affiliations, referencing as it does Christianity, Buddhism, and Hinduism. The book is essentially a treatise on the importance of meditation as a 'pathway to divinity'. Whatever we meditate upon, Allen explains, we become. If you meditate upon ' that which is selfish and debasing, you will ultimately become selfish and debased'. Whereas if you meditate upon ' that which is pure and unselfish you will surely become pure and unselfish'.
Envy is the best way to fuck up your manifestations. When you want something. Wish ity for someone else - Wayne Dyer
Our relationship to the Lord is like a grapevine in a garden. We are connected to Christ same way the branches are connected to its body. The Father is the gardener. We are to experience pruning for these are part of the Spirit's way to help us live a fruitful life in the Lord.
I firmly believe that if you will wisely and daily use the pruning shears of revision that you will find there is no objective beyond your ability to realize. It is magic, this pruning shears of revision. It
really is not only the achievement of objectives, but if you do it daily, it will awaken in you the spirit of Jesus, which is continual forgiveness of sin.
“I found it fun to pay more simply to see their reactions. People are not used to getting paid more. I feel it is my purpose to change people’s minds about giving and receiving. It gives me great pleasure.”
― Ken Honda, Happy Money
Be careful what you expose your mind to. Although, we think we are pretty positive. Sometimes, cutting off people, some music, some books, some movies, out of our lives will change our lives for the better.
“God is the great musician. I am an instrument and a channel for the divine. The God presence flows through me as harmony, beauty, joy and peace. The infinite presence and power plays plays through me the eternal melody of love. And when I play, I play the melody of the one who forever is. I am inspired from an eye and majestic cadence has come forth revealing the eternal harmony of God. “
In uncertain times we are living in, meditation can help tremendously. Why? Because it gives us way to be powerful not powerless.
Second nature, the response of your subconscious mind, your conscious thinking and acting just like you drive an automobile. At first you no longer, at least now, you're no longer touch the car with intensity or grip the wheel with intensity, not at all. You touch it lightly and actually, through your subconscious mind and drive in the car. It's effortless effort, in other words. Its effort without tension or stress. You paid the price, didn't show attention, devotion and loyalty to a principal and determination. Now, you're able to drive the car or ride the bicycle or swim or play music blindfolded. You repeated a thought pattern again and again with your fingers and how you play automatically. It's your subconscious playing so we pay the price for everything. Recognition, acceptance and conviction give your attention, your devotion, your loyalty to any subject to lean the secrets back to you. And if you do not give your attention to a particular subject, whether it's chemistry or physics or mathematics, well, of course, you will remain in darkness regarding that particular subject.
The subconscious is amenable to suggestion even though the subject is unconscious. The deeper mind can receive and act upon the suggestion of the operator. In a sense, you could call such an incident, the resurrection of the dead. It is the resurrection of health, faith, confidence and vitality. We must never let hope, joy, peace, love and faith in God die in us. That state of mind is the real death. We should die to fear, ignorance, superstition, jealousy in the hate and other negatives. We should starve these states to death by neglect. When fear dies, there's only room for faith. When hate dies, there's only room for love. When ignorance dies, there's only room for wisdom. Ignorance is the only sin in the world and all the suffering is the consequence.
Too often we get caught in the destination and not the journey. Trust the process and know that as sound as you deliberately choose to be on the path of your own choosing and making. You are a success.
I looked around upon the world, and saw that it was shadowed by sorrow and scorched by the fierce fires of suffering. And I looked for the cause. I looked around, but could not find it; I looked in books, but could not find it; I looked within, and found there both the cause and the self-made nature of that cause. I looked again, and deeper, and found the remedy. I found one Law, the Law of Love; one Life, the Life of adjustment to that Law; one Truth, the truth of a conquered mind and a quiet and obedient heart. And I dreamed of writing a book which should help men and women, whether rich or poor, learned or unlearned, worldly or unworldly, to find within themselves the source of all success, all happiness, all accomplishment, all truth. And the dream remained with me, and at last became substantial; and now I send it forth into the world on its mission of healing and blessedness, knowing that it cannot fail to reach the homes and hearts of those who are waiting and ready to receive it.~ JAMES ALLEN
Breaking is hard. It does not mean we should be negative about the way we go about it. Here is what I did with my last girlfriend
If you have a poor vision, or a poor estimate, or blueprint of yourself, you'll be sick and frustrated, neurotic. When you have regularly, systematically, and vigorously reiterated to your mind that the kingdom of harmony, health, and peace, and wisdom, and beauty, and boundless love are all within you, lodged in your deeper mind. When you convince yourself at the infinite healing presence which made you is almighty, there's nothing to oppose it or challenge it. It is there waiting to be released, then your vision will soar. Your faith will be kindled, and wonders will happen in your life. And the healing will follow for all things be ready if the mind be sold.
Solitude and loneliness are not the same thing. Solitude is self-love, loneliness is a lack of self-love.
Surrendering and letting go is a powerful thing. You need. We, all, need to apply "letting go" in our daily lives. The way to a better, more effortless life is surrendering to it. Not forcing things but allowing them.
We are told that whatever we desire, when we believe we already have received it, we will. This promise is based upon the premise that imagining creates reality. There is nothing you cannot become or have as an objective fact, if you believe you already have it. No restriction or condition has been placed upon the power of belief. If you will deny the evidence of your senses, suspend your reason, and persuade yourself that you are now the person you want to be, you will become it!
My monk friend used to say this to me all the time. Whenever you need to recharge your mind with energy just take the time to meditate.
You are the animating power of the universe. All things were made by you and without you was not anything made that was made, for you are life itself. This I know from experience. The universe is alive in you. It has no life on the outside. It is yours to animate, to stop, to let go, and stop again. Blake was right when he said: “God only acts and is in existing beings or men,” for God is the only actor, acting imaginatively in the human imagination.
Equanimity is an uncommon word yet so important for us to understand and grasp in order to live a balanced, fulfilled life.
THE DEFINITION OF SUCCESS
First, we have to define success and here is the best definition I’ve ever been able to find: “Success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal.”
A success is the school teacher who is teaching because that’s what he or she wants to do. A success is the entrepreneur who start his own company because that was his dream and that’s what he wanted to do. A success is the salesperson who wants to become the best salesperson in his or her company and sets forth on the pursuit of that goal.
A success is anyone who is realizing a worthy predetermined ideal, because that’s what he or she decided to do … deliberately. But only one out of 20 does that! The rest are “failures.”
Believe something is possible is one thing. Persevering until it becomes a reality is another thing.
Because consciousness is the only reality, I must assume that I am already that which I desire to be. If I do not believe that I am already what I want to be, then I remain as I am and die in this limitation.
Man is always looking for some prop on which to lean. He is always looking for some excuse to justify failure. This revelation gives man no excuse for failure. His concept of himself is the cause of all the circumstances of his life. All changes must first come from within himself; and if he does not change on the outside it is because he has not changed within. But man does not like to feel that he is solely responsible for the conditions of his life.
Courage is where all the positive changes can start without it we stay stuck in the lower vibrations
It’s really important to understand that our desires are accompanied by “the glamour” we add to them. We think that fulfilling our wishes and making our dreams come true will be the ultimate happiness. The problem with that is you are making happiness an outside job instead of an inside job. You’re also putting happiness in the future but when you reach that destination, a lot of times, you ask yourself : “Is that it ?”
Wat Ram poeng - That's the name of the retreat where I spent 3 months. A meditation centre in Chiang Mai, Thailand. That's my story.
We all have different experiences with meditation. In this episode I share with you my greatest benefit after years of meditation,
Answer: Personally I like to confine my imaginal act to a single thought, but that does not mean I will stop there. During a day I may imagine many things, but instead of imagining lots of small things, I would suggest that you imagine something so big it includes all the little things. Instead of imagining wealth, health and friends, imagine being ecstatic. You could not be ecstatic and be in pain. You could not be ecstatic and be threatened with a dispossession notice. You could not be ecstatic if you were not enjoying a full measure of friendship and love. What would the feeling be like were you ecstatic without knowing what had happened to produce your ecstasy? Reduce the idea of ecstasy to the single sensation, "Isn't it wonderful!" Do not allow the conscious, reasoning mind to ask why, because if it does it will start to look for visible causes, and then the sensation will be lost. Rather, repeat over and over again, "Isn't it wonderful!" Suspend judgment as to what is wonderful. Catch the one sensation of the wonder of it all and things will happen to bear witness to the truth of this sensation. And I promise you, it will include all the little things.
Can man decree a thing and have it come to pass? Most decidedly he can! Man has always decreed that which has appeared in his world and is today decreeing that which is appearing in his world and shall continue to do so as long as man is conscious of being man. Not one thing has ever appeared in man’s world but what man decreed that it should. This you may deny, but try as you will you cannot disprove it, for this decreeing is based upon a changeless principle. You do not command things to appear by your words or loud affirmations. Such vain repetition is more often than not confirmation of the opposite. Decreeing is ever done in consciousness.
“I have often heard the expression, “If I had my life to live over, I would live it differently.” However, I could not truthfully say that I would change anything that has happened in my life if I were living it over. Not that I have made no mistakes, for indeed it seems to me that I have made more mistakes than the average person makes, but out of these mistakes has come an awakening that has brought me real happiness and abundant opportunity to help others find this much sought state of mind.”

Ehi Passiko - That's what the Buddha used to say. Come and see. Do not speculate. Do not study. Just come and see for yourself.
Fear, this self-made enemy of yours, must be completely destroyed before the Lord God can shine through you. Your fear is the cloud that hides the sunshine of God. Men have made personal devils out of fear of the past, the present, and the future.
It is our attitude toward life that determines the experiences we are to meet. If we expect misfortune, we shall have it. Knowing the law of God or good, the truth student expects only good fortune. The world is not harsh; it may seem to be, because we fail to affirm or claim the Presence of God. Men fear criticism so much, that many of their most beautiful thoughts never see the light of day. To the man who believes that God is the only Presence and the only Power, there is no past; he knows that if he believes in the power of the past, he is disbelieving in God. God is the Eternal Now; there is no future and no past in God.
Other words told to me by my monk friend while I was in the meditation centre center, 12 years ago.
"My word that goes forth from my mouth shall not return to me empty but shall accomplish that which I purpose and prosper in the thing for which I sent it." (Isaiah 55)
This is the same word recorded in the Book of John as:
"In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God. The word became flesh and dwells in us." (John 1)
Meditation is the cultivation of the mind. Meditation is a constant awareness of the mind, something that needs to be practiced constantly.
My consciousness, my I AMness is the great tree, and habit once more suggests emptiness, it suggests barrenness, it suggests four months before I can feast. But I cannot wait four months. I give myself this powerful suggestion that never again will I even for a moment relieve that it will take four months to realize my desire. The belief in lack must from this day on be barren and never again reproduce itself in my mind. It is not a man blasting a tree. Everything in the Bible takes place in the mind of man: the tree, the city, the people, everything. There is not a statement made in the Bible that does not represent some attribute of the human mind. They are all personifications of the mind and not things within the world.
The understanding of metaphysics can be explained by the fundamentals which are: Self- Observation, Definition of Aim, and Detachment. The first one discusses how we should observe ourselves first for we can find that the things we dislike stems from us. After self-observation, the want to change will emerge. That is when we should define what we aim to be. Knowing what we desire, detaching from the previous self will follow. Imagining what you want and having faith in it will make it harden into fact.
They said that God's name was spelled, JOD HE VAU HE. I shall take these symbols explain them in our normal manner. The first letter, JOD in the name GOD is a hand or a seed. Not just a hand, but the hand of the director. If there is one organ of man that discriminates and sets him apart from the entire world of creation it is his hand. What we call a hand in the anthropoid ape is not a hand. It is used only for the purpose of conveying food to the mouth, or to swing from branch to branch. Man's hand fashions, it molds. You cannot really express yourself without the hand. This is the builder's hand, the hand of the director; it directs, and molds, and builds within your world.
During the day when thoughts came to his mind, such as “I am short of money. I hardly know how to pay my bills. What have I to give? I am broke,” and so forth, he never permitted the sentence to be finished in his mind. He persisted in neutralizing the negativity by immediately affirming: “God is the constant source of my supply, meeting all of my needs instantaneously.” Often, at first, he had to do this thirty and forty times in one hour, but after a few days the momentum and force of habitual negative thoughts died out, and he ceased to be troubled by them.
Claim what you want to be aware of here and now, and - although your reasonable mind denies it and your senses deny it - if you will assume it, with feeling, your inward activity, established and perpetuated, will objectify itself in the outside world - which is nothing more than your imaginal activity, objectified. To attempt to change the circumstances of your life before you change its imaginal activity, is to labor in vain.
benevolence, loving-kindness, friendliness, amity, good will, and active interest in others. It is the first of the four sublime states and one of the ten pāramīs of the Theravāda school of Buddhism. The cultivation of benevolence is a popular form of Buddhist meditation.goodwill
If you came to this meeting tonight conscious of wanting something, desiring something, you walked in the company of Barabbas. For to desire is to confess that you do not now possess what you desire, and because all things are yours, you rob yourself by living in the state of desire. My savior is my desire. As I want something, I am looking into the eyes of my savior. But if I continue wanting it, I deny my Jesus, my savior, for as I want, I confess I am not and "except ye believe that I AM He ye die in your sins." I cannot have and still continue to desire what I have. I may enjoy it, but I cannot continue wanting it.
“A most effective way to embody a desire is to assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled and then, in a relaxed and sleepy state, repeat over and over again like a lullaby, any short phrase which implies fulfillment of your desire, such as, Thank you, thank you, thank you, until the single sensation of thankfulness dominates the mind.” – Neville Goddard
The forming of your dream takes place in your mind. Know that for it to be realized to reality, it must first be realized in your mind too. Rise yourself up, and value yourself more.
If you seek to realize your future dream, it must become a present fact in your mind. You must experience, in imagination, what you would experience in reality if you had achieved your goal, for the soul, imagining itself into a situation, takes on the results of that imaginary act. If it does not, the goal remains unfulfilled. Everything depends upon your attitude towards yourself! That which you will not affirm as true of yourself cannot develop in your life!
Putting limitations in your imagination will just stop you from the endless possibilities. All things can exist from your imagination for it creates reality. Assume that it is and you will see the world coming together for you and make it into harden fact.
All things are possible to you because you are all imagination and imagination creates reality. Knowing what you want, imagine you have it. Knowing what you want to be, imagine you are it. Subjectively appropriate your objective hope and you have assumed a virtue you did not have. Ask no one to help, and do not feel below the water for something to fall back on if imagination doesn’t work. Instead, learn to count on your true Self, who is Jesus Christ!
Why is self-love so important for meditation?
Whatever harm I have done to myself or others - by words, by thoughts, or by actions - I now forgive myself.
Everything you have ever done was done by Christ! He is your life and without Jesus Christ in you, you could not breathe. Allowing everything to happen, he will experience it all, as you! Believe every precept literally, for it will be fulfilled literally. Believe that all things are possible to you and that you are what you want to be. Persist in that assumption and it will harden into fact.
In the Bible, Paul recommends that we make known our requests with praise and thanksgiving. Some extraordinary results follow this simple method of prayer. The thankful heart is always close to the creative forces of the universe, causing countless blessings to flow toward it by the law of reciprocal relationship, based on a cosmic law of action and reaction.
For instance, a father promises his son a car for graduation; the boy has not yet received the car, but he is very thankful and happy, and is as joyous as though he had actually received the car. He knows his father will fulfill his promise, and he is full of gratitude and joy even though he has not yet received the car, objectively speaking. He has, however, received it with joy and thankfulness in his mind.
In the second chapter of the Book of Luke the story is told of Jesus’ parents, worried and seeking him for three days, finding him and complaining, to which Jesus said: “How is it that you sought me? Know you not that I must be about my Father’s business?” I ask you not to put yourself in that frame of mind. Your earthly parents seek you and, at the tender age of twelve, you dare to say to them: “I must be about my Father’s business.” This statement has reference to the 40th Psalm and the 4th chapter of John. In the 40th Psalm you are told: “In the role of the book it is written about me.” Every man is destined to discover that scripture is his autobiography. It’s not written about individual beings like Jesus Christ, Moses, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and so on who lived unnumbered years ago, but about the individual you! The 4th chapter of the Book of John begins with a discussion between the Lord Jesus Christ and a woman of Samaria about a well and water. After this discussion, the disciples say to Jesus: “Master you have had nothing to eat” and he replies: “I have food you know not of. My food is to do the will of him who sent me and to finish his work.”
“This too shall pass” is a great mantra that teaches us the power of impermanence. The essential idea is that no matter what you are currently going through in life, it’s ultimately temporary and will change.
Then this story is told to show how you should pray and not lose heart: "In a certain city there was a judge who neither feared God nor regarded man. There was a widow in that city who came constantly, asking him to vindicate her against her enemies. At first he refused, then he said to himself, ‘Although I neither fear God nor regard man, yet because this woman bothers me I will vindicate her before she wears me out.’” Again we see the need for persistence in prayer.
Now, who is Jesus? He is your awareness, your I AMness. In the Book of Exodus, Moses was told to "Say unto the people of Israel, ‘I am has sent you.’ This is my name forever. By this name I shall be remembered throughout all generations, and besides me there is no other Lord." Jesus is the Lord, your I AMness; your consciousness of being. “Joshua” is the Hebraic form of our word “Jesus” and means "Jehovah is savior." There is no other Lord than I am. "Our God is a God of salvation. To God, the Lord, belongs escape from death." God is buried in humanity to make man a living being. And he will rise in the individual as his own wonderful human imagination.
At the end of some buddhist ceremony we would do something called sharing of merits, which is the sharing of our good karma with others. One person would be pouring water in a bowl and we would all chant : Idam me natinam hotu sukhita hontu niakayo 3x times Before we get into the details of sharing merit we have to define what is merit. There are 10 forms of meritBuddhist,
The first divine abiding (brahmavihara) is love & kindness (Metta). It’s the sublime quality and skill of benevolent love towards all living things. As rain does not discriminate when it falls so should you NOT, when practicing loving & kindness.
“The human mind is a composite of many qualities and tendencies. It consists of likes and dislikes, optimism and pessimism, hatred and love, constructiveness and destructiveness, kindness and cruelty. The mind is made up of all these qualities and more. It is a blending of them all, some minds showing one of these qualities dominating and other minds showing others dominating.”
Muditā means joy; especially sympathetic or vicarious joy. Also: the pleasure that comes from delighting in other people's well-being, success, happiness and joy.,
How is your energy level today? Did you wake up eager to face the tasks ahead? Did you push your chair back from the breakfast table with the feeling that you were rarin' to go? And did you plunge into your work with enthusiasm?
You didn't? Perhaps for some time now you just haven't had the vim and vigor you think you should have. Perhaps you feel tired before the day begins, and drag through your work without joy.
If so, let's do something about it!
With the idea that we are about to give you, you can have riches far beyond your fondest hope. This idea will bring you a wealth of happiness. For your personality will expand. And you will receive affection and love, both of quality and a quantity you have never before dreamed possible.
Equanimity is one of the most important skills and qualities one can develop. It is the fourth and last of the sublime abidings (brahmavihara). It is also one of the perfections (paramis) one needs to develop in order to reach enlightenment. Equanimity is not necessarily the easiest concept to understand but it is crucial, nonetheless. Equanimity is a balance and form of wisdom in life. You see it clearly in meditation, things come and go but you remain serene. You don’t get too caught up in the happy feelings and too distraught during the bad feelings. Picture a straight line. Most humans will be on a roller coaster of ups and downs, whereas once you can develop equanimity the line will never go too high or go too low.
“Be still and know that I am God.”
We must realize that the cause underlying most failures to effectual prayer is muddled thinking and lack of emotional control.
The important thing to observe is that we find the same law operative in the magnetic attraction of impulses of fear, jealousy, anger, and
despair (which are responsible for most of the failures and frustrations
in life) as we find in the ineffable emotion of love which results in
good. A single principle, an identical force, lies underneath accomplishment or failure.
The Buddha taught: “If you knew as I know the benefit of generosity, you would not let an opportunity go by without sharing.” The Buddha taught and lived what is really a “way of life”: giving and receiving—the practice of dana.
The Ancient Greeks said, “Man, know thyself.” As you study yourself, you seem to be made up of four parts: Your physical body, emotional nature, intellect, and the Spiritual Essence which is called the Presence of God. The I AM within you, the Divine Presence, is your Real Identity Which is Eternal. You are here to discipline yourself, so that your intellectual, emotional, and physical nature are completely spiritualized. These four phases of your nature are called the four beasts of The Book of Revelation. {The Revelation of St. John means God revealing himself as man. The real way for you to discipline and bridle your intellectual and emotional nature is by the Practice of the Presence of God all day long.

The solution lies within the problem. The answer is in every question. If you are presented with a difficult situation and you cannot see your way clear, the best procedure is to assume that Infinite Intelligence within your subconscious mind knows all and sees all, has the answer, and is revealing it to you now. Your new mental attitude that , creative intelligence is bringing about a happy solution will enable you to find the answer. Rest assured that such an attitude of mind will bring order, peace and meaning to all your undertakings.
Wealth Is Of The Mind
Wealth is simply a subconscious conviction on the part of the individual. You will not become a millionaire by saying, “I am a millionaire, I am a millionaire.” You will grow into a wealth consciousness by building into your mentality the idea of wealth and abundance.
Your Right To Be Rich
You were born to be rich. You grow rich by the use of your God-given faculties, by tuning in with the infinite, and as your mind becomes productive and full of good ideas, your labor will become more productive and will bring you all kinds of material riches.
It is your feeling of oneness with God in your heart that makes you rich, and you are rich according to your mental attitude and faith in all things good. All of the riches of the Infinite – within and without – are yours to enjoy.
“Making Money
Making money the way a Happy Little Millionaire would mean doing the thing you love to do and sharing that gift or talent with others. When you put the most importance on being your sincere, true self and share your joy with those around you, you’ll inevitably succeed. In order to make money, many people believe that they need to betray their own values or control others. Making money is not about finding ways to defeat the competition or more easily and effectively turn a profit. Making money means being true to yourself and then being able to share your abilities with the world. As a result, you spread joy everywhere you go, and the money you receive is simply an expression of your clients’ or patrons’ gratitude.”

So . . . the message is simple. Start with ambition and excellent seed (your story) . . . keep on sowing the seed (persevere).
Determination, Patience and the Law of Averages will carry you past the birds . . . the weather . . . the thorns ~ to harvest time . . . !
We do not appreciate life enough. It's not a criticism. It's a fact. It's not meant to hurt or provoke. All I am saying is that we can always appreciate more and we always be more grateful. That's all.
It is your right to be rich. You are here to lead the abundant life and be happy, radiant, and free. You should, therefore, have all the money you need to lead a full, happy, and prosperous life.
You are here to grow, expand, and unfold spiritually, mentally and materially. You have the inalienable right to fully develop and express yourself along all lines. You should surround yourself with beauty and luxury.
Why be satisfied with just enough to go around when you can enjoy the riches of your subconscious mind? In this chapter,, you can learn to make friends with money, and you should always have a surplus. Your desire to be rich is a desire for a fuller, happier, more wondrful life. It is a cosmic urge. It is not only good but very good.an
Anton Chekhov an incredible story of love, resilience, and freedom. Anton Chekov long before he became a famous writer, was born in the city of Taganrog. Anton's father was a lazy drunk and he owned a failing grocery store. Anton soon realized that this hypocrisy was not only present in his family but all over the town of Taganrog. Anton laughed at this hypocrisy and he was really good at impersonating the phone people of Taganrog. The harshness of his circumstances made Anton cruel, bitter, and resentful. Anton was the only one who stayed in Taganrog to finish his studies and get his diploma. The new owner of the house gave Anton a small corner where he could stay. Several months after he was left alone Anton was walking through the streets of Taganrog. The Chekhovs had been serfs for generations and Anton's grandfather had bought off their freedom. Anton's father was made to work a job he had no inclination towards even though he wanted to become an artist. Anton's father was reduced to the failing grocery store, his wife was were and six kids. Anton could finally relieve himself of this negative load, this burden that he had been carrying for so many years. Work and love was his new M.O. He would share his new inspiration and aspiration with the world through his writings and his plays.
You said, “I will go forth into the physical time-space-reality among other Beings, and I will assume an identity with a clear and specific perspective. I will learn to see myself from that point of view, and I will enjoy being seen as that point of view.” You said, “I will observe what surrounds me, and my response to what I observe will cause my own valuable personal preferences to be born.” You said, “I will know the value of my preferences. I will know the value of my perspective.” And then you said (and this is the most important part of all), “I will always feel the power and value of my own personal perspective, for the ‘Non-Physical Energy’ that creates worlds will flow through my decisions, my intentions, and my every thought, for the creation of that which I set into motion from my perspective.” You knew then, before your physical birth, that you were “Source Energy” specifically focused in this physical body, and you knew that the physical person you would become could never We Are Keeping Our Promise to You . . . be separated from that which you came from. You understood then, your eternal connection to that Source Energy. You said, “I will love pouring myself into this physical body, into physical time-space-reality, for that environment will cause me to focus the powerful Energy that is me into something more specific. And in the specifics of that focus, there will be powerful motion forward—and joy.”
Chapter 1 Believe in Yourself
BELIEVE IN YOURSELF! Have faith in your abilities! Without humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy. But with sound self-confidence, you can succeed. A sense of inferiority and inadequacy interferes with the attainment of your hopes, but self-confidence leads to self-realization and successful achievement. Because of the importance of this mental attitude, this book will help you believe in yourself and release your inner powers.
It is appalling to realize the number of pathetic people who are hampered and made miserable by the malady popularly called the inferiority complex. But you need not suffer from this trouble. When proper steps are taken, it can be overcome. You can develop creative faith in yourself—faith that is justified.
After speaking to a convention of businessmen in a city auditorium, I was on the stage greeting people when a man approached me and with a peculiar intensity of manner asked, "May I talk with you about a matter of desperate importance to me?"
I asked him to remain until the others had gone, then we went backstage and sat down.
"I'm in this town to handle the most important business deal of my life," he explained. "If I succeed, it means everything to me. If I fail, I'm done for."
I suggested that he relax a little, that nothing was quite that final. If he succeeded, that was fine. If he didn't, well, tomorrow was another day.
"I have terrible disbelief in myself," he said dejectedly. "I have no confidence. I just don't believe I can put it over. I am very discouraged and depressed. In fact," he lamented, "I'm just about sunk. Here I am, forty years old. Why is it that all my life I have been tormented by inferiority feelings, by lack of confidence, by self-doubt? I listened to your speech tonight in which you talked about the power of positive thinking, and I want to ask how I can get some faith in myself."
"There are two steps to take," I replied. "First, it is important to discover why you have these feelings of no power. That requires analysis and will take time. We must approach the maladies of our emotional life as physician probes to find something wrong physically. This cannot be done immediately, certainly not in our brief interview tonight, and it may require treatment to reach a permanent solution. But to pull you through this immediate problem I shall give you a formula which will work if you use it.
"As you walk down the street tonight I suggest that you repeat certain words which I shall give you. Say them over several times after you get into bed. When you awaken tomorrow, repeat them three times before arising. On the way to your important appointment say them three additional times. Do this with an attitude of faith and you will receive sufficient strength and ability to deal with this problem. Later, if you wish, we can go into an analysis of your basic problem, but whatever we come up with following that study, the formula which I am now going to give you can be a large factor in the eventual cure."
Following is the affirmation which I gave him—"I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." (Philippians 4:13) He was unfamiliar with these words so I wrote them on a card and had him read them over three times aloud.
"Now, follow that prescription, and I am sure things will come out all right."
To err is human. To forgive is divine. A true story of forgiveness. Not for everybody but beautiful, nonetheless.

A Prayer To Overcome Envy & Resentment
“I know that all men are my brothers; all of us have a common Father. I wish for everyone health, happiness, abundance, and all the blessings and riches of life. I mean this; I am sincere. I know that what I wish for the other, I also wish for my- self, and as I bless the other I am blessing myself. The love of God flows through me to all mankind. I bless all who are richer than I, and I bless those who criticize and speak ill of me. I rejoice to see all my co-workers succeed and prosper. I open the windows of my mind, and I let in the riches of Heaven. I am loving to- ward all. I pray that God's riches flood the mind and heart of all. I give thanks for His riches now. It is wonderful!”
Man has only one mind, but he has two distinct phases or functions of the one mind. Each phase is characterized by its own phenomena, which is peculiar to itself. Each of these minds is capable of independent action as well as synchronous action. We call one the objective mind because it deals with external things, and the other is the subjective mind. The subjective mind is amenable and controlled by suggestion of the objective or conscious mind. The objective mind takes cognizance of the objective world.
In this work Dr. Joseph Murphy expands on his theory that the latent powers inherent in our subconscious can improve our lives. Dr. Murphy provides specific steps to nourish your conscious mind with the tools and attitudes that will open up the infinite power of your subconscious mind. Whether you wish to conquer a bad habit, be more successful, obtain harmony in your family, or achieve goals that have thus far been unattainable, you will be given guidelines to put you on the right path.
THE world, and all within it, is man’s conditioned consciousness objectified. Consciousness is the cause as well as the substance of the entire world.
So it is to consciousness that we must turn if we would discover the secret of creation.
Knowledge of the law of consciousness and the method of operating this law will enable you to accomplish all you desire in life.
Armed with a working knowledge of this law, you can build and maintain an ideal world.
Consciousness is the one and only reality, not figuratively but actually. This reality may for the sake of clarity be likened unto a stream which is divided into two parts, the conscious and the subconscious. In order to intelligently operate the law of consciousness, it is necessary to understand the relationship between the conscious and the subconscious.
Use them constantly. Change the mental chatter. Replace it with one of your own choosing.
Hear them once or twice then use them. Repeat them consistently and constantly till they sink in your subconscious mind. Do not force them into your mind. Keep it monotone and neutral.

Talking to oneself is a habit everyone indulges in. We could no more stop talking to ourselves than we could stop eating and drinking. All that we can do is control the nature and the direction of our inner conversations. Most of us are totally unaware of the fact that our inner conversations are the causes of the circumstance of our life.
We are told that “as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.” But do we know that man’s thinking follows the tracks laid down in his own inner conversations? To turn the tracks to which he is tied in the direction in which he wants to go, he must put off his former conversation, which is called in the Bible the Old Man, and be renewed in the spirit of his mind. Speech is the image of mind; therefore, to change his mind, he must first change his speech. By ‘speech’ is meant those mental conversations we carry on with ourselves.
The world is a magic circle of infinite possible mental transformations. For there are an infinite number of possible mental conversations. When man discovers the creative power of inner talking, he will realize his function and his mission in life. Then he can act to a purpose. Without such knowledge, he acts unconsciously. Everything is a manifestation of the mental conversations which go on in us without our being aware of them. But as civilized beings, we must become aware of them and act with a purpose.

How to Get the Results You Want
The principal reasons for failure are :
Lack of confidence and too much effort. Many people block answers to their prayers by failing to fully comprehend the workings of the subconscious mind. When you know how your mind functions, you gain a measure of confidence. You must remember whenever your subconscious mind accepts an idea, it immediately begins to execute it. It uses all its mighty resources to that end and mobilizes all the mental and spiritual laws of your deeper mind. This law is true for good or bad ideas. Consequently, if you use it negatively, it brings trouble, failure, and confusion. When you use it constructively, it brings guidance, freedom, and peace of mind.
The right answer is inevitable when your thoughts are positive, constructive and loving. From this it is perfectly obvious that the only thing you have to do in order to overcome failure is to get your subconscious to accept your idea or request by feeling its reality now, and the law of your mind will do the rest. Turn over your request with faith and confidence and your subconscious will take over and answer for you.
You will always fail to get results by trying to use mental coercion – your subconscious mind does not respond to coercion, it responds to your faith or conscious mind acceptance.
I tell you a truth: There is nothing greater than your own wonderful human imagination! It is he who inspired Blake, Shakespeare, and Einstein, for there is only one spirit in the universe! "Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is One." That one spirit is the human imagination! When Blake was asked what he thought of the divinity of Christ he answered: "Christ is the only God, but so am I and so are you." Don't think of Christ as someone greater than yourself. He is the only God, but so am I and so are you! Don't consider yourself less than Christ, for there is only God, who is your own wonderful human imagination.

Is the Secret a bunch of bullshit or is it actually something we should all pay closer attention to ?
AUTO-SUGGESTION is a term which applies to all suggestions and all self-administered stimuli which reach one's mind through the five senses. Stated in another way, auto-suggestion is self-suggestion. It is the agency of communication between that part of the mind where conscious thought takes place, and that which serves as the seat of action for the subconscious mind.
Through the dominating thoughts which one permits to remain in the conscious mind, (whether these thoughts be negative or positive, is immaterial), the principle of auto-suggestion voluntarily reaches the subconscious mind and influences it with these thoughts.
NO THOUGHT, whether it be negative or positive, CAN ENTER THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND WITHOUT THE AID OF THE PRINCIPLE OF AUTO-SUGGESTION, with the exception of thoughts picked up from the ether. Stated differently, all sense impressions which are perceived through the five senses, are stopped by the CONSCIOUS thinking mind, and may be either passed on to the subconscious mind, or rejected, at will. The conscious faculty serves, therefore, as an outer-guard to the approach of the subconscious.
Fear is a major component of one’s life. Its an annoying companion yet it is here for the ride. Fear is looking at the future and sees what will go wrong. What if my business fails? What if my husband leaves? What if Isis strikes? What if I get sick? What if I get rejected? What If I end life as a failure? So much of our lives are lived in this constant state of worry and anxiety. The price you have to pay for living with those emotions might be too high. Your ego is writing cheques your body can cash. It is all about our scared and fragile ego.
The 3 most important questions you need to ask yourself on a moment to moment basis. They will change your life and give you the joy you can squeeze you can get from this beautiful thing we call life.
Many people don't practice building self-esteem daily because they don't realize that it's something that they can learn to do, no matter what experiences they have had in life.
Start now and repeat your mantra in a loop. You will see that it is not that hard. Of course, sometimes you lose yourself in the present moment and have no thoughts at all.
The important thing is to use it as soon as you are aware that thinking is coming. Of course, you have tasks that require you to think and it’s ok.
However, if you have space and within that space useless thinking comes to mind then you ought to repeat your mantra over and over again. It’s you taking control over the thoughts of your mind. It’s 100% achievable. It just requires a bit of discipline
Karma means action. Use it wisely because everything creates karma and what goes around comes around.
How you can benefit both methods and principles. Mental diet and letting go together are the keys to a blissful life.
Alcoholism is a treat to humankind and the human mind. Talks bout Alcoholism and addictions to intoxicants need to have a bigger platform.
I am not only talking about the junkies and the hardcore addicts. Intoxicants serve as a escape and a buffer to so many people.
You see every day in every walk of life. You might think they look normal, act normal but their default mode is being intoxicated from the moment they wake up till the end of the day when they fall asleep.
I, myself quit drinking many years ago. I spent 3 months in a meditation center and after that I was done.
It’s hard to remember because it was such a long time ago but I just did not feel like drinking anymore. And I used to love drinking so much.
It was just so much fun but I think deep down I just could not accept that I needed this to actually be a person that enjoys life.
Those intoxicants give you blind spots to the world you don’t want to face but the problem is you can’t stay too long without having to face the consequences on your body, on your health, on your relationships, on your work, etc..
Sooner or later, there will be a price to pay. I see women needing to drink in order to have sex. I see young men destroying their lives for they have no hope.
Apathy with guilt is the lowest vibration you can find. It’s lower than fear. It’s lower than depression. At this level there is little, to no energy. You have given up.
You have just settled for what you think is and what is, is made better through intoxicants.
It’s often debated when it comes to manifestation. On one side you got the one that believes that action is required to make one’s desire to come to fruition. You’ll hear things like the action is the last word in the Law of Attraction or that massive actions are needed once you have the right mindset (i.e) Tony Robbins. On the other hand, you have others who believe that things will come to given the proper way of thinking.
Sadhguru said that when one’s mind is set in the right way. One needs not even lift a finger to have one’s desire manifest so which is it? I want to read one excerpt from Napoleon Hill Think & grow rich book and one except from David Hawkins Letting Go book.
Express your love to your loved ones. Take the time to do it. Do not think you'll always have time to do it another time. Do it now.
Letting go is very simple but few will apply it to their lives. It’s a discipline of the mind that needs to be cultivated but as Leo from actualized.org, it is a superpower.
Letting go will make your life much easier in every aspect. Whether it is your goals, your spirituality, your relationships. Letting go will help tremendously depending on much you are willing to let go.
Letting go is the disciple of surrender to a particular thing, generally speaking, it’s an emotion that can lead all the way to an attachment. Once you let go it is like putting the weight down. You automatically feel lighter. As Bruce Lee it’s not the daily increase, it’s the daily decrease.
Fear will play a role in your life. You get to choose how much of a role it will have in your life.
Jim Carrey
We talked about gratitude previously. We are now going to talk about it’s “evil opposite cousin” fear.
Fear is a very low vibration, it’s not the lowest because fear still has a lot of energy as opposed to other vibrations of apathy, guilt, and shame.
Fear can run your life and pretty much ruin it. Fear is looking at the future and seeing all the things which might go wrong.
Fear is not doing things you want to do because you fear what others might say. Fear at its very core boils down to survival.
We fear that we will lose everything and everybody and end up alone, destitute and depressed.
That’s why we want to conform, that’s why we don’t after what we really want. That’s we stick to relationships that do not benefit us.
Fear oftentimes is paralysis by analysis. We see a girl. We are attracted to her but instead of acting we start thinking and she’s gone.
Do the thing you fear and the fear is certain to disappear.
Ralph Waldo Emerson.
Maro is a japanese spiritual concept that brings about happiness and miracles in your life when you start applying it.
Contentment is the highest wealth
Gratitude is a word thrown around so easily these days yet we overlook it so often. Gratitude is an attitude but it’s also a muscle, a practice, a feeling, a must-have in one’s life. The first noble Buddhism is that life is suffering. The cause of suffering is craving. Now I don’t want to sound pessimistic and start ranting on the consumeristic society we live in. In some of my previous content, I talked about the vibration of desire. David Hawkins in his map of consciousness has desire as one of the lower levels of consciousness.
Desire, craving, yearning is trying to find happiness outside of oneself and that’s the reason why it is on a lower level.
Gratitude on the other hand is on a much higher level because it is an appreciation of life. It’s the contentment of our current situation.
It’s adding love to the present moment. When we crave we look for faults in life. We look for the lack of what we don’t have and forsake and take for granted what we do have. When we practice gratitude we look for beauty and put the lens and magnify the beauty in our own life.
Perspective matter. We lost it. Media and ads trick us with subliminal messages to want more and more. We succumb to peer pressure. Our need to conform coupled with our desire and insecurity put us in an everlasting rat race.
Gratitude is the answer. Gratitude is the key. Gratitude is our guardian angel. Gratitude will save us. Gratitude is the best attitude to adopt.
Stay put, I will you guys more examples and ways to adopt gratitude in your own life. Gratitude is not only to manifest our desired reality. Gratitude is also for those harder moments in life. The inevitable ups and downs. When you adopt an attitude of gratitude. You’ll have a more general sense of well being but shit still happens because that’s just life.
We have no control over life. Life is ephemeral, transient, and fragile. I am not saying that because it’s negative. It is what it is. However, life is more beautiful because of those facts of nature. Because things don’t last we have to care more. Because relationships will end one way or another we have to care more. Because we will get old and die we have to care for our bodies and mind. If we were immortal and could control everything in our external world gratitude would be useless but because the outside is subject to the law of uncertainty, decay, and death we MUST have gratitude.
We must stay in the present moment, we must have gratitude for that moment. We have to shine a light on all that is beautiful in life.
Shakespeare said that it is no good or bad. Only thinking makes it so. The “good” and the “bad” is always available. Shine more light on the good.
When the “bad” happens, there is always a silver lining. Look deeper.
When you are sick, be appreciative of the rest of your body that is healthy and look at the sickness as a growing pain because sickness, old age, and death are the greatest teacher and bring the most wisdom.
Have perspective, instead of always looking at those who have more and are seemingly happier. Look at those of have less and look and how much you really have and lucky you actually are. You will realize more and more that you are so blessed and lucky.
Self-love is the prerequisite to meditation. This is the story of how I was given the greatest mantra ever.
Why sports are so captivating? Sports inspire, empower, and keep us on our toes. We can just glance at how much money athletes are making, to understand how important sports are, in our modern world. World cups, playoffs, Super Bowls, grand slams, master cups, and the list goes on. Why are those events so captivating? Why are our eyes so locked in during an event? Why do they make us so emotional? The answer is one word. Greatness. We love to witness greatness. We love to see athletes comeback, fight back, risk it all when the stakes are high and there are only a few seconds left on the clock. Sports are physical but if you look at any sports show, they will, more often than not, talk about the intangibles. Michael Jordan had that killer mentality. Roger Federer is so calm and at peace. Floyd Mayweather is so composed and in control. The mental aspect of sports is so much more important than what people might think. That’s why we tune in to watch live events. That’s why we cheer. That’s why our hearts stop and that’s why we are tense. When we watch a popular sports event, what fascinates us, is witnessing the impossible becoming possible. Nowhere else can we get a thrill like that. We watch those athletes and think to ourselves “how the hell did he/she do that ?” For that reason, sports are ubiquitous and incredibly inspiring, for they make us believe in ourselves and the power of disciplining the mind and the body.
Will Smith, the law of attraction (inspiration at its best) As Will Smith said to his son in the great movie “The Pursuit of Happyness”: “You got a dream you got to protect it. Don’t let anybody say that you can’t achieve your dreams, even me. People can’t do that and want to persuade you that you can’t either. Don’t listen, you got a dream, go get it. Period.” “Being realistic is the most common road to mediocrity” _Will Smith_
Too often we think compassion is meant for others and not ourselves when I fact compassion should start with ourselves first than others.
Oprah Winfrey | Think like a queen. A queen is not afraid to fail. Failure is another steppingstone to greatness! (Law of attraction) Your only job is to, as much as possible, as often as possible, let go of everything preventing/blocking that stillness. For that, you need to allow yourself to be imperfect. Part of Oprah Winfrey success is due to the fact that people were able to relate to her. They could see her as a friend even though she was a worldwide megastar. In one of her interviews, she mentioned that she had made a mistake mispronouncing the name of a country. At first, she felt bad about it. She thought about it and realized that nothing was wrong with her mistakes. Mistakes make us more authentic. Everybody loves people who are natural. And being natural means making mistakes and owning them. Allowing yourself to be imperfect. Be fearless. Oprah Winfrey had to overcome a lot of things in her life to get to where she was. For that she needed courage.
An inspiring story from the book Love is letting go of fear. Don't see the world from the eyes of a victim.
All too often we think getting what we want requires a strong desire yet it might be the thing that delays or prevents our desire to come to fruition.
A lady of 55 years of age went from zero to hero with a just a simple phrase and emotion.
Jim Carrey has always been a great law of attraction practitioner and a great believer in its power, so he did get all he ever wanted but it was not all rainbows and butterflies.
Jim Carrey is also known for being on Prozac for a long time and suffering from depression. He called it a low level of despair. He had to deal with it for a large part of his life.
Why Jim Carrey is such an interesting case study? Jim Carrey is the proof you can truly receive all you want from the universe. That being said, Jim Carrey can also serve as a cautionary tale to prevent us from the “dangers” of some of our desires.
Perhaps we should, in fact, beware of what we wish for, and for what reasons, we would want such things to manifest into our physical reality. Furthermore, maybe there is something better than desiring and getting or not getting what we want. Maybe there is inside of us, something that is enough and needs no further validation.
Perhaps we are truly enough, not at the end of our journey when all success and desires have come to pass but perhaps to begin with, regardless of anything in our outside circumstances.
Excerpt from one of Joseph Murphy’s book. The power of the thank you technique to manifest your desires.
Allow yourself to truly love life After Kanye West had his accident, and not unlike a lot of people in the same situation, he found a new way to appreciate life. As corny as it might sound, life is too short and unpredictable to waste it on negativity. Kevin Hart talks about relentless positivity. He talks about not giving way to negativity, for it will only drain you of your PRECIOUS finite energy. It might seem hard for a lot of us, depending on where you stand at the moment but it is a worthwhile aspiration and it does not need to be a hard one. Oftentimes we don’t realize that we are simply not allowing ourselves to be free, joyful, and positive. We refuse ourselves that joy. You might disagree, but how many times were you having a great time, a great moment, and all of a sudden, some negative thoughts started entering your mind and you started dwelling on them. As a consequence, your good vibe was slowly or quickly destroyed. That’s a refusal. That’s you, accepting the negative thoughts and refusing to sustain that moment of happiness.
One of the turning points of his life is when his elder sister got the movie “The Secret” for him. She thought it might help him. At that time Conor was pretty lost and purposeless. Conor became an avid practitioner of the law of attraction after watching the movie, and his wife Dee believed wholeheartedly that her husband would make it as an MMA superstar. Times were hard for many years, at one-point Conor McGregor became a fighter in the Cage Warrior promotion, one of the most popular in Europe. He rapidly rose through the ranks and won two belts in two different weight classes. Other promotions were paying attention to this upcoming young fighter from Ireland. The UFC had their eyes on him. Dana White, the CEO extraordinaire of the company flew over to meet him. He was impressed by Conor McGregor. Not only for his prowess’s in the ring but for that X factor, he also had. That elusive thing is possessed by so many of those high achievers.
I want you not to compare yourself to anybody. Those stories are meant only to give you the inspiration that this stuff works.
The timeframe is different for everybody and yes at first you might stumble and fall because you are rewiring your mind.
That’s not necessarily an easy task, some people have a mind that is easily convinced of the power of intention and have little, to no resistance, and/or limiting beliefs.
A lot of us have some things that we need to turn around and get better at. We might need to love ourselves more, meditate more, stop listening to others more often, removing people who are toxic, etc,etc..
It’s about the journey, I know it’s a cliché but it’s true nonetheless. Take the time you need and know that eventually, you will get there.
Trials and errors apply for the mind as well. A lot of us think of the LOA as something simple and easy. It is simple but not necessarily easy, especially at the beginning.
We need to understand that all the work is from the inside out. We might not get everything overnight but we can get better and better over time and when we reach that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, we can look back and say to ourselves that it was an amazing journey.
Before you practice any of the law of attraction techniques, you want to meditate and make your mind as still as you possibly can. It is better to do this when you wake up or before going to sleep or both. At first, you will try to control, thoughts, sensations, feelings, visions come, and go into your mind. You are trying so hard to empty your mind yet it becomes more and more restless. You push harder and now you got a headache.
You are drained and want to give up then something magical happens. You give in, you accept and you let go. You breathe in and breathe out while following the continuous rise and fall of your stomach and just catching and releasing with your awareness, all the things coming in your mind and always reverting back to the rising and falling of your stomach.
All of sudden the restlessness is lessened, fewer thoughts are coming in, your body feels lighter and slowly but most definitely surely, your mind is getting emptier. Now your breath is swift and smooth. Meditation becomes effortless. Now you are happy and contented with this moment. Now you feel at peace. Now is the best time to focus on your visualization. Don’t worry about if you are peaceful and still enough. You don’t need to be blissed out of your skulls to do some visualization, just still enough where there is nothing much distracting you and little, to no negativity.
Always stay in the present moment. Meditation helps you calm the mind and be as still as you possibly can. You often hear, not to apply the techniques of the law of attraction when you are feeling overwhelmed or too negative. It’s true. You should not. What you can do is meditate. Meditation will help you let go of all the negativity and put you in a more balanced state of mind where you will more and more clarity. Meditation should serve as a foundation for your meditation practice.
Napoleon Hill wrote:
THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR PERSISTENCE! It cannot be supplanted by any other quality! Remember this, and it will hearten you, in the beginning, when the going may seem difficult and slow.
Those who have cultivated the HABIT of persistence seem to enjoy insurance against failure. No matter how many times they are defeated, they finally arrive up toward the top of the ladder. Sometimes it appears that there is a hidden Guide whose duty is to test men through all sorts of discouraging experiences. Those who pick themselves up after defeat and keep on trying, arrive; and the world cries, “Bravo! I knew you could do it!”
Those who can ”take it” are bountifully rewarded for their PERSISTENCE. They receive, as their compensation, whatever goal they are pursuing. That is not all! They receive something infinitely more important than material compensation--the knowledge that” EVERY FAILURE BRINGS WITH IT THE SEED OF AN EQUIVALENT ADVANTAGE.”
Jesus talks about a woman who came to a judge in the middle of the night and ask for help. The judge told her to come back again in the morning. The woman would have any of it. She kept on banging on the door till finally in exasperation the judge opened the door and tended to her needs.
The second step of the SPEC method is to Project it.
Helene Hadsell used visualization as her number one tool to get what she wanted but there is more than one way to skin a cat.
Visualization is not necessarily something that comes easy to all of us and oftentimes it leads to so many questions pertaining to whether we are doing it well or not, which can be very frustrating and discouraging.
Visualization is a powerful tool. I remember watching Tony Robbins on YouTube once and he was talking with two other self-made millionaires. He was emphasizing the power of visualization.
He gave a great example of the power of the mind. A study was made where they took a group of basketball players and tried to improve their free-throw shooting percentage.
They divided those basketball players into three groups.
One group was shooting countless free throws for 6 weeks in each practice. One group was not shooting free throws at all for 6 weeks.
One group was not shooting free throws as well but they were asked to visualize making perfect free throws in their minds.
After these 6 weeks period they tested all three groups to see who had the better shooting percentage and the group who had visualized ended having better success than the other two groups.
Jack Niklaus is widely regarded as the greatest golfer of all time, even ahead of Tiger Woods. He is the only golfer to have ever won 18 PGA majors.
Jack is known to have visualized every single shot he ever made, including those made in practice. That’s one of the reasons why he was so successful.
This is the method Helene invented and it is pretty straightforward. S stands for select it. P stands for project it. E stands for Expect it and C stands for collect it. Now let’s dissect it a bit more.
Select it is rather simple. One has to know what one desires. Sometimes it can be hard though. A lot of people are lost and confused when it comes to this.
Helene did not think twice when it came to her desire. She knew what she wanted and a lot of times, the desires of her family became her own as well.
She would ask one or more of her loved ones what they wanted and she would get it for them but to do so, she would have to make it her desire.
Your feelings show you what you want and what you don’t want. When you feel good, it is something that you want more of and when you don’t feel good, it is something you want less of. You might not be able to put a finger on exactly what you want but with a bit of meditation and self-awareness, you will be more tuned in to what is your desire, your true desire. One way you can go about it is through your feeling instead of searching for something you want, just go for the feeling. A lot of Abraham Hicks work is based on that premise. Ultimately whatever we want boils down to the feeling we will get once our wish is fulfilled, so why not start with conjuring up the feeling first. People usually think that one should manifest a certain thing then feel good but if you feel good to begin with, that’s where the magic happens and that’s your first manifestation: the feeling. Once you take care of this, the rest will unfold naturally. Whether you know exactly what you want or not, at the very least you know that you want to feel good.
You will get anywhere you want with determination. The path to enlightenment is long, countless lives but with determination anything can happen.
Truth is also an essential part of the path to enlightenment and a much, much greater, fulfilling life.
Energy is important to reach enlightenment. Nothing gets done without energy but you need to place it in the right area.
Living a life where you don’t harm yourself or others, will help you be more peaceful and clear. This is not blackmail, try it out for yourself and see what is best to do and what is best not to do.
Paramitas are essential, not only to reach enlightenment but also to live a MUCH better life.
Too often we failed to forgive the person that we spend the most time with, and this person is yourself. This person is supposed to be your best friend so we should always forgive our best friend.

Catch and let go. Catch the movements of the mind with your awareness and then let go of them.
Loving yourself is so important. You might think you have no problem in this department. But do you really ?
Equanimity aka Upekkha is one of the most important quality you need to develop in your life in order to find a balance of wisdom.
Mudita, Sympathetic joy for the happiness of others. A sublime quality that will make your life so much better.
The second of the divine abidings. Karuna also known as compassion. Relieve some of your suffering and some of the suffering of others.
Brahmavihara number one Metta also known as Loving & kindness. An essential quality you need to live a happier and more caring life towards yourself and others.
Sometimes meditation will fall short of giving you the relief from an overwhelming state of mind. The next best thing is to take a nap. Usually you will wake up feeling much better than you felt prior to the nap.
Wherever you are, here you are. Is it a place where you feel peaceful, happy and contented ? Or do you feel like escaping?
Peace is not achievable by rushing here and there. When it comes to meditation and life, one needs to take the time and slow down to ensure the benefits you reap are not wasted.
At first it might be difficult to be grateful yet slowly but surely, will find more and more things that will bring a smile to your heart.
Never give up on hope. Sometimes the belief and the positive mindset is enough to make miracles happen.

We are social creatures and no matter how much it hurts us to admit. Our reputation matters.
We choose an identity and show up in the world a certain way and expect people to see us in a certain light.
We all have something or many things we would like to change or would like to be different in the way we look. Some can easily be changed, altered, modified... others might cost money, need time and patience to transform.
Happy new year!!! Commit to your goals not unrealistic ideals build up in your head. Consistency and kindness are more efficient than momentary motivation.
