• Verse 10 sure seems harsh. What if someone can’t work due to a disability?

Lightning Round: - Does a minister have a right to be paid? (v.9) - What is a busybody? (11) - What does it mean to work in a quiet fashion? (v.12) - Why would Paul be concerned of their growing weary in doing good? (v.13) - Does verse 14 describe disfellowship or some other form of church discipline? (v.14) - Did Paul write only the last verse himself? Why? (v.17)

• What does all this mundane, day-to-day instruction have to do with eschatology?
• More prayers to Jesus (5, 16). It’s still OK to pray to Jesus, right?
