As of June 21st, the OSHA Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) is part of the Federal Register. This means that employers must comply with most provisions within 14 days of the publication. There are certain provisions that have 30 days for implementation. Here is the link to the ETS page on OSHA, and the complete standard.
