Mathew Wilkinson, Maple Syrup Producers Association of CT. March 20-21 is Maple weekend in CT.  The Maple Syrup Producers Association of Connecticut (MSPAC) brings together individuals interested in sugaring, or the process of transforming maple sap into maple syrup.
