• List out your biggest struggles in the last 5 years
• What did you have to do to overcome those struggles
• What did you learn
• Review your annual reviews
• Ask colleagues about team project achievements

• Unless you're switching career paths it should directly relate
• Even if you are switching, you will have cross over

Question 2: Been in OEM for 35+ years but no degree, however strong leadership experience, most companies require a degree

• Create a targeted list of companies you'd like to work for
• Make another list of companies that are hiring for your type of roles
• Focus on your leadership experience
• Reach out to recruiters and possible hiring managers
• If there are any certifications or programs completed for the job include those on your resume
