Christine MacSween is a physiotherapist who specializes in pelvic floor therapy and lactation support. In this episode, we dive deep into common breastfeeding struggles, the root cause of those issues, and what to do about them!

We discuss factors related to your baby (head turn preference, torticollis, TMJ issues, tongue & lips ties, high palate, etc) as well as factors related to the mamas (positioning, fast/slow letdown, routines, etc) that could be contributing to breastfeeding difficulties!

If you experience pain, bleeding/cracked nipples, latching difficulties, mastitis, blisters on your baby's mouth, baby pushing away or baby not satisfied despite adequate supply then you NEED to check this out!
