“This Is My Story”

Acts 22:1-21; Acts 13:13-51

Telling Your Story . . .

  • Know your story.

    • Write it down so that you are able to articulate
      • My life before (v.3-5)
      • Me encounter with Christ. (v.6-11)
      • My life as a follower of Christ. (v. 12-21)
    • Share it with someone you trust.
  • Pray for God to open your eyes to see the opportunity to share your story.

    • People who are seeking, and asking questions.
    • People who are facing difficulties in life.
    • Moments that are obvious divine appointments.
  • Engage the moment.

    • Don’t miss the moment because eternity is at stake.
      • Acts 13:13-51
  • Trust God to speak through you.

“Now therefore go, and I will be with your mouth and teach you what you shall speak.” Exodus 4:12

  • Listen to what God is speaking to you before you expect Him to speak through

  • Leave the door open.

“As they went out, the people begged that these things might be told them the next Sabbath.” Acts 13:42

“Now when they heard of the resurrection of the dead, some mocked. But others said, ‘We will hear you again about this.’” Acts 17:32
