James gives two specific rebukes in chapters four regarding prayer. First of, there is a praylesness which results in a lack of answered prayer and then there is asking with wrong motive which also results in unanswered prayer. So in this sermon we look at the call to come often to God as our heavenly Father, and then also to come in humility, submitting ourselves to God’s will.
