In this sermon we continue on in our study of the book of James. Chapter four is addressing the problem of worldliness in the church and exposing the dangers of it. James compares it to adultery for it is forsaking one’s allegiance and loyalty to Christ the Lord. Yet we also see that God is the loving Husband who pursues His people and is ready to forgive those who humble themselves before Him.
