You're a programmer at your wits end dealing with multiple issues on a development project some you planned for and some that have come up unexpectedly. All of a sudden management comes down with more changes to the existing project that will set your work back days if not weeks. In another scenario a new software product is being launched for customers and the training on the tool was less than stellar yet you are expected to be masters in supporting the tool. Customers are not happy with the new product and you have to deal with that on daily basis because you're front end support.
