Dr. Grate spoke with Dr. Scott Williams and 4th grade student Gigi Gambrell from Washington Woods. Washington Woods has been a Leader in Me school since 2015. TLIM teaches the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People to staff and students. The program emphasis is on student leadership and academic accountability.
